呢排有個朋友唔洗返工,日日揾我出街食嘢,今日兩個人行荃新天地覓食,見到有間新開餐廳,裝修懷舊得嚟又好靚~正好可作晚餐之選地方好大,座位款式好多樣化,卡位同布椅都比較舒適,但由於都多人食,所以要搭枱~我地叫晚市二人套餐,同叫咗個比較特別的磚頭咖喱焗軟殼蟹飯。二人餐可選兩個小炒加兩個小食,跟兩個白飯和飲品。我地揀咗口水雞和菠蘿京都豬扒,而小食就揀咗蝦多士同炸魷魚圈先嚟豬扒,夠酸又入味,甜酸度啱啱好,而且好厚身,啖啖肉,跟住就嚟炸魷魚圈,炸得酥脆香口,魷魚圈夠軟腍,就算炸都不會影響肉質同口感~之後就上焗飯,呢個其實係烤到香脆的方包,再掏空入面D包,放入米飯丶咖喱同炸軟殼蟹焗嘅焗飯,四四方方,因此得名磚頭,軟殻蟹焗後還是脆口,而咖喱是不辣的,有咖喱香味,咸度適中。再來上口水雞,好大碟,半隻份量,灑上香蒜,而且辣度不錯,雞肉入囗嫩滑,而且佢相對街外的口水雞小辣油,不會成口油,最後先到蝦多士登場,佢個多士好厚身,不是薄薄一片的方包,咬下除了鬆脆外,還有鬆軟嘅麵包在內很👍🏻當然小不了飲品,叫咗兩個特別D嘅菠蘿粒粒冰同紅豆粒粒冰咖啡,佢地會用返飲品的用料嚟做冰,令個飲品免卻了因冰溶化而將味道變淡呢個問

逛街時間完結,又係時間醫肚!一眼望過去這間餐廳最大,又有梳化位於是就選擇這間餐廳裝修摩登又有氣派,從瓷磚、傢俱到燈飾,全部都經過精心設計,務求做到懷舊而又舒適的感覺。餐牌上有很多選擇,除了一般茶餐廳食物外亦有鐵板餐叫!蜂蜜鮮牛奶蜂蜜牛奶很少見,以為蜜糖配牛奶一起會搞肚痛,難得menu 有,點了來試試。味道有點特別,牛奶微甜,比一般牛奶多了種清新的感覺。炸魷魚圈魷魚圈炸粉不會太厚,魷魚仍然清晰可見。 魷魚香口,沒有雪味,口感帶點嚼勁,略嫌炸得有點過火,顏色不夠金黃。

懷舊冰室最近大行其道!每區至少有幾間大大小小以懷舊做主題的餐廳開業。很久沒有飲過紅豆冰,難得這裏有間佔地超廣的懷舊冰室,就進內試試!蝦多士一碟有五件,比起坊間一直吃到的大很多,十足十厚多士一樣。蝦多士脆卜卜,炸得乾身不太油膩。蝦肉比例不少,啖啖蝦肉。麵包軟殼蟹終於黎到!磚頭上面鋪滿咖喱汁、芝士,軟殼蟹大大隻放在最頂,夠晒吸引。慢慢將麵包切開,裏面充滿飯粒,未食已經覺得超級飽肚。軟殼蟹酥香,配上香氣十足的芝士咖喱汁,惹味非常。咖喱汁味道有點像星洲炒米的那種咖哩粉味道,不太鹹又不太辣。麵包跟飯的份量蠻多,我們特別請侍應替我們拿多一點咖喱汁。除了配炒飯,將麵包切粒,沾咖喱汁同吃,又是另一種吃洗,有點像吃越南菜。來到茶餐廳,當然要點杯紅豆冰!這裏的紅豆冰面頭還有雪糕的。雪糕慢慢溶化在牛奶,令紅豆冰增添軟滑口感。粒粒紅豆飽滿,本身浸了糖水,味道偏甜。

茄子黑椒牛仔骨的份量非常足夠,牛仔骨多汁得來又不會太軟身,帶有一點嚼勁,再加上我平時最愛的茄子,真的是非常有家常菜的感覺,但是又比家常菜特別,因為一般我都覺得茄子是搭配豬肉碎一起煮的,送飯的程度真的可以媲美茄子鹹魚煲,但是感覺更加新鮮。

蟹籽蝦仁炒蛋, 對我們兩個人而言份量是有點多了,哈哈。首先把蝦吃了先,在慢慢品嚐滑蛋,超級喜歡跟蝦仁一起炒的滑蛋, 因為比起炒蛋更加容易送飯,進入口中的感覺好像會融化一樣。
