星期日行街行到攰,係屯門想搵個地方休息下等下人真係好難。今日我就黎到 v-city呢間羅麥記休息下,食個下午茶。因為羅麥記係無下午茶餐既關係,所以呢度既下午茶時間係無咩人既~~正合我心意~得自己一個人就簡簡單單叫左個羅麥雞翼撈丁,其實食落佢就係普通一個瑞士雞翼撈丁黎~佢個價錢其實就偏貴,不過都勝在個雞翼夠林夠入味~個麵上黎果時又跟埋包出前一丁既麻油~而且個撈麵d 汁又夠多,所以我呢個為食妹好快就食哂成碗麵~

今曰好去左食羅麥記, 先講下佢嘅裝修佈置, 都係用咗舊香港黎做主題, 放左好多舊式嘅電器 ,報章廣告貼咗喺牆上, 感覺幾特別。 我同老婆兩個人叫左個乾炒牛河, 磚頭焗豬扒飯同一個忌廉紅豆奶茶,食物製作速度都算幾快 ,乾炒牛河佢用咗唔係平時食開嘅炒河,而係用左1d比較幼身既河粉, 磚頭焗豬扒飯 份量好多 ,足夠兩個人食, 最值得推介嘅我覺得係個杯忌廉紅豆奶茶,茶味很香 ,忌廉都很滑 但係份量就比較少 ,我只係飲咗四五啖就已經飲曬喇。最後兩個人埋單用咗一百七十蚊左右 ,食物質素絕對符合這個價錢的。

整體來說水準依舊,

去完大陸剛回香港,突然好想食鐵板西冷牛扒,看到羅麥記食評有鐵板餐,就專登去食,點知,食到一肚氣! 塊扒一到,我拿刀一切已心知不妙。果支已經係扒刀嚟,但仍要好用力先切得開d肉。我叫7成熟,心諗唔通整左10成? 一咬,我從來冇食過咁un,趙都趙唔開,咁難吞既牛扒!之後叫佢再煮過第2舊,講返我係要7成唔係10成。前後等了35分鐘,再上碟,又係同第一舊一樣,難吞到銀胃。咩事呢間餐廳!! 大家樂都好過佢! 普通茶餐廳都好過佢! 佢呢舊係$98蚊既扒! 我其實有時翠華唔小心煮了9成熟,都會照食,人地起碼吞得入口,呢舊!我真係接受唔到!un到咁樣既牛扒香港第一次見!個waitress食完都明我講乜。個reception解釋是買錯牛部位可能。餐廳老闆要正視問題。仲有個餐湯龍蝦湯又杰又咸,我寧願佢比返羅宋忌廉我!好火,負評!以後唔會再幫襯呢間野!又貴又差!比openrice d 圖呃左!賣相ok食落....

今日難得放假 好辛苦終於揾到個fd都係day off可以陪我fing下 去左大西北嘅vcity行下街行到6點幾肚餓見到羅麥記門口嘅餐牌 幾吸引就入左去家常小菜都幾多款入面啲裝修都幾有香港味道有唔少塗鴉座位空間仲好闊落我地見到入面餐牌仲多選擇就揀左避風塘炒麵味道少少辣 好香口仲有好多海鮮 蝦、魷魚、炸魚柳好新鮮另外叫左磚頭焗豬扒飯磚頭係大大個麵包殼入面裝滿左飯豬扒份糧都唔少 有成5、6塊如果個飯係炒飯就更加完美茶餐廳食野點少得凍檸茶雖然只係叫左2樣野食share 但都食到好飽下次放假都可以考慮下再去試佢啲家常小菜

小時候最鐘意食到媽媽煮瑞士雞翼,亦喜歡媽媽帶我去食鐵板燒,我喜歡食東西,媽媽都會煮,所以小時候瑞士雞翼都係我拿小菜V City 羅麥記,以香港六、七十年代的冰室做主題,門口有舊報紙、黑白電視、黑膠碟機作裝飾瑞士雞翼撈丁由細食到大,對瑞士雞翼有一定研究,雞翼鹵得入味,雞翼仍然嫩滑。加上瑞士汁撈公仔麵,重拾當年媽媽外出,自己一人煮麵,加上媽媽煮好瑞士雞翼。原來小時候食到瑞士雞翼撈丁,已經成為羅麥記的招牌菜鐵板餐還送上餐湯鐵板羊架 鐵板燒亦係小時候喜歡食物,間中會問媽媽帶我去「剧扒」,熱到出煙鐵板加上蒜蓉汁,聽到「炸炸聲」,心情特別興奮羊肉沒有羶味,羊架厚身,肉質尚算嫩滑.Manu
