今天一人食早餐,行經vcity只有羅麥記在營業,看似是唯一的選擇。今天天氣寒冷,剛坐下侍應就奉上一杯熱水,十分細心。早餐只有八款,看似選擇不多,能早餐而言都算足夠。云云早餐當中首選五香肉丁最為保險,再配上炒蛋多士,份量十足,加上一杯香滑奶茶,實在滿足。在百物騰貴的今日,只需38元就可享用一個如此豐富的早餐,實在是難能可貴。

呢度d菜式確實幾有新意,但如果話味道呢,就真係so far so good,不過呢度食既都係環境同氣氛,都幾適合老一輩人黎呢度飲杯奶茶,傾個閒計,細數當年史。

下班接了寶貝,寶貝說肚子餓,想先吃過飯才回家。寶貝想吃羅麥記。其實之前都食過幾次,感覺一般般。就個衰仔,冇計。平日晚市,人客不多。侍應態度只能說是一般甚至差,侍應比MENU我時好像還是用拋到桌上的,超讓人火大。叫了個芝士焗咖喱雞扒飯和一個芝士炸雲吞,埋單連加一好像一百元多些吧。所見即所得。焗飯份量不算大,咖喱味偏淡,芝士部份只是做到牽絲效果,飯的熱度不足。至於芝士炸雲吞剛炸起很難會難吃,不過蝦肉饀料內的芝士相對之前完全沒有的情況好像好了些,但是同樣味道偏淡。可能真的要BLACKLIST它了。

焗飯份量不算大,咖喱味偏淡,芝士部份只是做到牽絲效果,飯的熱度不足。

至於芝士炸雲吞剛炸起很難會難吃,不過蝦肉饀料內的芝士相對之前完全沒有的情況好像好了些,但是同樣味道偏淡。


可能真的要BLACKLIST它了。

今日去咗屯門接女朋友收工, V city又唔知食咩好,行行吓見到一間懷舊風格的餐廳!裏面的裝修好特別很多都是香港70、80年代懷舊的街景!由於時間都不早,咁夜食咁多會好肥,但係眼見餐牌上好多好野食!餐牌內竟然有乳鴿,很少茶餐廳會有乳鴿食的!一般只有酒樓、小菜館才會有!於是我就叫左試下,乳鴿的表皮炸得好脆,肉質非常有彈性,而且非常juicy !之後仲食左一客炸雞翼,有點似避風塘個隻,有炸蒜係表面,炸既火候啱啱好,如果揸得太耐會有苦澀味,但係呢個完全冇火候啱啱好,雞翼依然好多汁,表皮好脆!

之前睇影評話「解憂雜貨店」幾好睇,難得同個frd放早,緊係趁套戲未落畫之前捉佢睇啦可以唔洗好似平時咁趕住去睇戲而食唔切飯要哽熱狗,最慘係個熱狗腸係好食呀,不過個包翻叮翻叮再翻叮到好似張紙咁韌呢!所以今次見時間有少少充裕,走去食少少野先睇戲。搭西鐵返去V city搵野食但都唔知食乜好,時間尚早又唔係太肚餓見到啲食肆全部到係好heavy,驚食得太飽陣間會訓著,哩個時候見到羅麥記就二話不說就衝咗入去。可能我地早,店裡面都冇食客侍應好快咁安排咗我地坐卡位我地得2個女仔,佢俾咗張可以坐到6個人既枱超級闊落哩間餐廳既裝修走懷舊風我幾中意佢本menu,顏色配搭好正食物呢就係茶餐廳fusion ,都幾得意佢有個百變撈丁係列好得意我地唔同國家既菜式撈丁,全部都想試下,不過穩陣起見都係叫咗個黑松露卡邦尼秋冬天氣乾燥,佢又岩岩出咗個真蜜系列,可以滋潤一下諗住叫蜜糖雞翼,但好似好普通咁所以都係轉咗豬腳個卡邦尼一上枱已經有好濃郁既黑松露香味平時食撈丁好多時都唔夠汁食食下會乾晒哩個卡邦尼汁creamy 得黎又夠晒汁,仲加咗少少橄欖油等啲麵唔好痴埋一舊,都幾貼心佢有卡邦尼意粉既味道但係麵質非常煙韌好食蜜糖豬手個買相

難得同個frd放早,緊係趁套戲未落畫之前捉佢睇啦


可以唔洗好似平時咁趕住去睇戲而食唔切飯要哽熱狗,


最慘係個熱狗腸係好食呀,


不過個包翻叮翻叮再翻叮到好似張紙咁韌呢!


所以今次見時間有少少充裕,走去食少少野先睇戲。





搭西鐵返去V city搵野食但都唔知食乜好,


時間尚早又唔係太肚餓


見到啲食肆全部到係好heavy,


驚食得太飽陣間會訓著,


哩個時候見到羅麥記就二話不說就衝咗入去。

在懷舊風餐廳品嚐新派多士在久違的假期約左朋友係vcity行街,血拼到6點幾終於累累地要搵間餐廳叉叉電,於是佢就介紹左間懷舊餐廳 -羅麥記裏面既裝修好有八九十年代風格,除左唔同既懷舊擺設,仲有好多舊陣時既廣告壁畫,感覺上好似時光穿越左返去幾十年前咁。食物方面,我地叫左個鐵板牛排同埋職員誠意推薦既阿華田多士。鐵板牛排大大份,兩個人share都好夠,同埋佢落左勁多汁,唔怕會好似平時茶記咁食食下唔夠,墊底既薯條都係懷舊波浪薯條,可見佢地懷舊特色係細節上都有。之後就係呢個阿華田多士啦,六舊大大舊既多士烘得香脆,而且好邪惡地落左好多煉奶同埋阿華田粉,食落去好香阿華田味,果然無介紹錯,呢舊野係必食!最後我地為左中和下油膩感叫左個菜菜黎講略嫌蠔油不夠,但係無煮得太老,而且比較健康,食落去係少油既,當係消除頭先食牛排同多士既罪咎感啦。

鐵板牛排大大份,兩個人share都好夠,同埋佢落左勁多汁,唔怕會好似平時茶記咁食食下唔夠,墊底既薯條都係懷舊波浪薯條,可見佢地懷舊特色係細節上都有。

之後就係呢個阿華田多士啦,六舊大大舊既多士烘得香脆,而且好邪惡地落左好多煉奶同埋阿華田粉,食落去好香阿華田味,果然無介紹錯,呢舊野係必食!

阿華田多士一上檯係有少少比佢嚇親,一黎我無諗過佢咁大份,二黎我無諗過佢咁重粉,本身諗住一定又乾又鞋啦,但原來個多士本身落牛油烘過(有適量起碼唔會乾)加上煉奶、同埋面頭大量阿華田粉,係無想像中乾,反而係互相配合到,我就覺得啱啱好啦,係大份左d食完有d罪咎感。

埋齋係奶茶紅豆冰,奶茶本身唔係用茶味好重好澀個隻茶,有d人或者會覺得唔夠正宗,但係我自己係鍾意淡口d既,所以呢杯野老實講佢好睇個人口味,如果鍾意重口既就叫檸樂、檸七個d會仲爽。

總括而言,野食算係咁啦,宜家商場越開越多係方便左人搵餐廳、聚會食飯既,如果要食懷舊味道但本身住個頭少舊區既,都可以黎呢度試下。

平時去商場食都唔會太大期望,但今次真係喜出望外。特別要推介呢間羅麥記。本身以為唔太好,點知雖然係港式,但一啲都唔hea!首推呢個多士盒。出面食到嘅通常都係擺啲茄汁芝士就算,但呢度加左好多新意口味。例如呢度個葡汁非常好味。多事亦唔會因為焗耐左軟奶奶。呢個亦非常特別,肉放落麵包入面很香口同有口感。可惜太少哈哈。最後呢未瑞士雞翼,唔知佢啲味點樣調,但同出面茶餐廳食到嘅事但加啲滷水汁攞啲雪藏雞翼都完全唔同。雞翼好入味,滷水汁唔會過鹹過甜。如果有返可以食十碗!不過見佢同分店位置都唔係咁近市區,下次入到屯門先再食啦。
