My boyfriend and I went down for a late Saturday lunch and we got a table inside. No one gave us a menu so we had to ask for it. We ordered Baker’s Lunch, which comes with a tartine of the day. The waitress told us they have curry chicken tartine for the day but we were served beet hummus tartine... What a surprise! We had to keep on raising hand for a few minutes everytime we needed something (menu and bill) before someone finally noticed us. I am sure one of the waitresses saw us but she decided to ignore. The staff were slow, unprofessinal and seemed to have no interest in serving customers. I started to wonder if they work there for free or something. The quality of service here was below cha chaan teng, which is notorious for horrible service. Why charge 10% service charge when there is no service?
