實在令人懷念的晚市堂食,都不記得相隔了有多長時間,終於可以在餐廳優優悠悠地晚餐。將軍澳南有很多美食,精緻中菜大概只有這間。雅緻的裝修寬闊的環境,柔和的燈光,實在是傾計品茗的好地方。這裡的茶品質素不錯,選擇了鐵觀音,清香甘醇,茶味回甘。店員推介了幾款很適合夏天的小菜。黑松露手撕雞天氣漸熱,先來個清涼頭盤,青瓜清新爽口,雞肉嫩滑雞皮爽彈,配搭黑松露醬汁,味道突出又不會太濃。懷舊鳳梨咕嚕肉酸酸甜甜醒胃惹味,梅頭質感鬆軟肉味濃,炸至金黃香口,粉漿厚薄適中,沒有厚膩的感覺。配爽口青紅椒,新鮮菠蘿,加埋金鳳絲苗飯,真是黃金配搭。禮記小炒王色彩鮮豔香味濃郁,用鮮蝦、魷魚、海蜇、九菜花 、鬆脆炸銀魚,滿滿牘鍑鑊氣的小炒,很惹味。

天氣漸熱,先來個清涼頭盤,青瓜清新爽口,雞肉嫩滑雞皮爽彈,配搭黑松露醬汁,味道突出又不會太濃。

懷舊鳳梨咕嚕肉
酸酸甜甜醒胃惹味,梅頭質感鬆軟肉味濃,炸至金黃香口,粉漿厚薄適中,沒有厚膩的感覺。配爽口青紅椒,新鮮菠蘿,加埋金鳳絲苗飯,真是黃金配搭。

禮記小炒王
色彩鮮豔香味濃郁,用鮮蝦、魷魚、海蜇、九菜花 、鬆脆炸銀魚,滿滿牘鍑鑊氣的小炒,很惹味。

飲落唔覺有味精,好怕飲嗰啲淡而無味嘅湯,故呢度唔錯🥳.

紅燒花菇豆腐,輕微炸到金黃色,豆腐很柔軟,秘制的醬汁鹹香味十足,令人食得很開胃。

招牌紅運脆皮雞,賣相幾好,雞皮很薄又脆口,髀肉鮮嫩滑嘟嘟的很美味,有少許鹽&青檸伴碟,配合一齊食都唔錯😊。
 
見佢平日有點心放題,搵日都過黎飲下茶先得😊。

可能是我人生中食過最差的幾間中餐廳之一,不如大家樂。辣子雞個顏色好唔正常,問侍應是否少左工序,侍應話乜乜干炒係咁架。Ok,結果食落去發覺d雞完全冇任何味道,你冇聽錯,除左食到麵粉之外,冇任何味道。可能我買份麥樂雞切碎倒入去仲好味d 。咕嚕肉,百幾蚊,見到個碟尺寸未,好似男人一隻手手掌咁大。宜家唔係講緊豪大大大雞扒,係講緊一個兩人份餐的份量。點心,d餃皮好腍,好似泡過水咁最後我地兩人幾乎剩低全部辣子雞,個侍應過來收檯仲大大聲話:“呢個食得架”。其實,廚餘都可以食,要唔要迫埋你果份?真係好鬼嬲。

可能是我人生中食過最差的幾間中餐廳之一,不如大家樂。
辣子雞個顏色好唔正常,問侍應是否少左工序,侍應話乜乜干炒係咁架。Ok,結果食落去發覺d雞完全冇任何味道,你冇聽錯,除左食到麵粉之外,冇任何味道。可能我買份麥樂雞切碎倒入去仲好味d 。
咕嚕肉,百幾蚊,見到個碟尺寸未,好似男人一隻手手掌咁大。宜家唔係講緊豪大大大雞扒,係講緊一個兩人份餐的份量。
點心,d餃皮好腍,好似泡過水咁
最後我地兩人幾乎剩低全部辣子雞,個侍應過來收檯仲大大聲話:“呢個食得架”。其實,廚餘都可以食,要唔要迫埋你果份?真係好鬼嬲。

來到禮記,叫了一份酸菜魚,這是食過最難食的酸菜魚。雖然湯底唔錯,但酸菜魚用了鯇魚整,吃上來十分唔夾,而且味道有魚腥味,可以話係食過最難食的酸菜魚,真是非常的失望,可一不可再。

最終直接出櫃枱拿了,發現單沒漏,但除了脆皮雞外,等了半小時也沒有一碟點心。櫃枱幫跟進,最終再過半小時才把大部份點心送到😫,但流沙飽個心是凍的,又等佢再蒸😓。最最後,流沙飽再嚟,個灌湯餃又再等多15分鐘都未到,取消走人😡😡

整體嚟講, 坐位舒服, 服務周到, 食物OK.

這個時代,presentation重要過一切,食物質素只係其次,所以食物相只要夠igable,就已經可以引來排長龍,而禮記都是其中一間。今日叫了四樣點心,有雪山叉燒包、小籠包、叉燒腸、和紅菜頭素菜餃。先來叉燒腸,見師傅即叫即拉,想質素也不會差到那裏去。果然皮薄晶瑩,偏重彈性,可以。然後再來紅菜頭素菜餃,職員上枱時叮囑要稍涼才吃才不會筴散,這樣的食用提示是第一次聽到,事實的確,一筴果然散到不堪。為什麼不可以將皮搓得較為有韌性,可以讓人趁熱食用?跟住上的是雪山叉燒包,索價$59大洋,價錢挨近酒店裏的中菜館,期望自然高。試過逸東軒、香宮、點一龍的雪山叉燒包,好食的都是包質鬆軟內裡叉燒和醬汁均勻,外皮上枱時仍然脆身。但,這裏的包(說是signature)好像仍然未完成發酵,包質完全死實!比平一半有多的小店還差,內涵偏乾,吃了一口,不得不放棄。最後上的是小籠包。三種顏色亮麗,賣相吸引但放入口偏硬,頂部又硬又厚,基本小籠包的摺花完全沒有,內涵肉少汁乾,為了不浪費,勉強清碟。買單$230連茶芥,平均$60一個點心,性價比跌出平均線,完全沒有回頭的意慾,徨輪要排隊。再一次證明,在此平台,哈哈笑正評越多

今天2月4日 (年初三), 下午1pm 到將軍澳禮記, 之前已訂了1pm 4人枱, 到達門口, 門口男接待員不斷派枱給六人, 七人枱, 重申, 當時是有四人枱, 男接待員把-張四人枱拼合二人枱, 給遲過我們進來的客人, 當我問男接待員為何先到反而沒有枱, 男接待員態度極度惡劣回答, 有枱就給你, 你鍾意入去搶枱吧, 我當時真的呆了, 在這經濟環境下, 仍然可以有這樣的服務態度, 是否已習以為常? 當天還要額外多付5%的新年付加費, 總共付上15%的服務費, 竟得到如此服務!
