禮記今日收工同老婆去開將軍澳嘅Donki行街見到附近有間唔錯嘅中菜就去試吓啦,佢哋個名都幾特別而且環境睇落幾舒適當然要一試芋頭油鴨煲聽講呢個係新嘅菜式,店員都極力推介,果然唔錯到佢哋嘅油鴨同埋芋頭煮起上嚟好啱依個啱啱凍嘅冬天瑤柱魚滑上湯浸時疏另外我哋叫咗個菜食到佢哋依個菜都幾特別,魚湯在配魚滑,絕對好補身保暖椰汁杞子桂花榚最後叫咗個桂花糕杞子再配椰汁,桂花味都幾香濃,同椰汁絕對係相映成趣喺個舒適嘅環境享用高質素嘅中菜絕對係上等嘅選擇🥰同老婆我用咗一個唔錯嘅晚餐

噚晚收工去將軍澳探朋友, 佢帶我去咗呢間中菜館,聽聞呢間餐廳有位擁有任職米芝蓮星級粵菜餐廳經驗的主廚,相信食物質素有保證。餐廳裝潢雅致, 座位闊落, 感覺好舒適。我地首先叫咗玫瑰荔枝茶, 玫瑰香氣撲鼻, 但係明顯喝下去的茶是充滿荔枝味, 個人好鍾意呢壺玫瑰荔枝茶。我地叫咗: 鐵板蜜餞叉燒、椒鹽大海蝦、蟹肉扖西蘭花鐵板蜜餞叉燒: 甫上枱, “炸炸聲”的, 見到大量蜜糖圍在叉燒旁邊被鐵板的熱力迫出好多泡泡, 非常吸睛。作為喜歡食蜜汁叉燒嘅我, 真係好欣賞呢種浸泡在蜜糖裡嘅半肥瘦叉燒,鐵板燒得好熱, 叉燒就算放久了, 仍然夠熱, 少少的燶邊要大加分。椒鹽大海蝦: 海蝦肉質彈牙, 開邊炒,椒鹽味十足, 蝦頭都很濃味, 食得好滋味。蟹肉扖西蘭花: 呢碟小菜就比較淡味, 蟹肉較少, 清清淡淡的。夜市人客不多, 可以靜靜的和朋友暢所欲言。侍應服務貼心。

鐵板蜜餞叉燒: 甫上枱, “炸炸聲”的, 見到大量蜜糖圍在叉燒旁邊被鐵板的熱力迫出好多
泡泡, 非常吸睛。作為喜歡食蜜汁叉燒嘅我, 真係好欣賞呢種浸泡在蜜糖裡嘅半肥瘦叉燒,
鐵板燒得好熱, 叉燒就算放久了, 仍然夠熱, 少少的燶邊要大加分。

偶然看到雜誌推介,又看到這裡的食評不差,所以雖然家住港島區也專誠去試一試,試後實在失望,食物質素跟價格不成正比,實在不明白為什麼會有這麼多讚好食評,看來花了不少在宣傳上,問題是與其花這種錢,倒不如做好本份,令到性價比比較高更實際,首先是店舖地點不便,港鐵下車還要走一段不短的路程,而且食物整體質素真的很一般,主打的脆麵只適宜打卡,點心是福和雍價錢,富臨質素,唯一可取的是地方整潔,裝修不錯,但性價比太低,實在不值得試,笨一次就好,這種價格有太多更好選擇,不會再來光顧!本來想評一般,但系統說與細項不符,又不想勉強在食物方面加星,只能劣評了!
