To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尚蓮此餐廳來自國內,以往到國內時本咯也有吃,算是一間頗有水準的泰越菜餐廳,現在過江來到香港開業,本咯也去試試,首先先講環境,裝修尚算不錯,而且設有戶外枱(本咯選坐店內),再講下食物,咯點了墨魚粒炸蝦餅,這個美味,蝦味足溝入墨魚粒幾特別而且兩者也佩合,也點了串燒牛肉,這個份量比較細,每一串的肉也只有半串份量,真的比較孤寒,味道ok 冇乜特別,反而跟來的沙嗲醬有不少花生碎粒,個人來說很喜歡這個配撘,但如果對花生過敏者要小心,再點了一個旦包金邊粉,這個造法幾有特色,所謂的旦包是造一個網似的包裹著金邊粉,可謂精緻,味道也不錯。

The restaurant is new one in Tung Chung. The interior was really nice. But the food was not good. We order one beef noodles, one fired rece and curry crab. I think local noodles shop is much better than this restaurant. It's totally different to the food photo in the menu. The ingreidents are poor noodles also are not enough. The fired nice is okay. The restaurant is new one in Tung Chung. The interior was really nice. But the food was not good. 

We order one beef noodles, one fired rece and curry crab. I think local noodles shop is much better than this restaurant. It's totally different to the food photo in the menu. The ingreidents are poor noodles also are not enough. 

The fired nice is okay. But not special. 

The yellow curry crab was too oily. The crab was big and good. But the sauce was not good.

They said they are Thai restaurant but I don't feel any Thai stuff there.

每次經過都見到餐廳爆滿,感覺應該值得試的餐廳,今次終於選擇它,點了差不多10款食物,因為每款份量不太多,每樣的水準都很好,味道很岩我們口味,而我叫的當中最值得推介我覺得是燒豬頸肉,燒牛舌,燒雞和鳳梨軟殼蟹海鮮炒飯,其中燒牛舌我們食完再叫,因為它們的牛舌是一粒粒,好有口感,再配埋特製醬汁,非常好食,感覺外面食的多數是一塊塊,而餐廳環境很有氣氛,燈光柔和,還有室外座位選擇,總括而言,值得推介的餐廳

第三, 以下呢個咖哩牛舌牛腩就完全唔合格。個咖哩汁味道 ok 正常。不過牛腩柴皮又韌, 牛舌貨不對辦, 又硬又乾。感覺上成窩野似係烚熟左再淋個咖哩汁上去就上檯了。

第四, 油酥餅兩塊上檯是燶的! 我們即時叫佢拎走換過! 唉!

第五, 朋友望見隔離檯每人有一杯水但我地無呀! 要叫才肯比水我地。

下圖呢個炒蓮藕苗算係最正常的了。
可惜我仍然最愛 "牙莊" 的蓮藕苗沙律, 又爽又脆。中國式炒法始終不是我杯茶。不過朋友說味道不錯。

** 最後我地忍唔住告訴經理個咖哩煲出左問題, 我地完全食唔到, 淨返晒响度, 只係用汁食左兩塊油酥餅, 同埋兩舊薯仔, 其餘通通食淨在自己的碟上。佢一聽到我地咁講, 好快幫我們 cancel order!

雖然如此, 但已經令到我地整個東涌之旅被破壞了。行程結尾的一餐竟然係敗筆, 真失望!
唔好食係好少事。不過山長水遠入東涌, 居然以這樣一餐作結尾, 確實影響心情哩!!!

由於較早前與朋友食過午餐覺得食物還可以,於是再去外賣,見到門口有張告示話東涌居民可獲九折,於是即管問下,女職員話要show 住戶證,我住的屋苑是居屋,根本不會有私人屋苑的住戶證,於是問另一個男職員,個後生男侍應行過來答:優惠只係for 私人屋苑!態度惡劣!取外賣時才發現告示上所提及受惠屋苑包括我的屋苑。於是向女職員提出,女職員馬上道歉及做回優惠給我,但當男侍應走過來時,我向佢反映:下次唔該睇清楚先好答客人,佢完全沒有半點不好意思繼而行開。我認為一間餐廳食物質數固然重要,但員工的態度也非常重要。雖然我只是一盒外賣,所得的優惠亦只是數元,但這不是錢的問題,是待客的態度問題,當我發現原來錯不在我時,我認為需要取回公道。我明白私人屋苑才有住戶證,才能容易證明係東涌居民,但係,難道住公屋就不是東涌居民嗎?那後生男侍應的態度令我對呢間餐廳印象大減,不會再幫襯。

見到有間新泰菜開左,門口員工介紹新店開幕,就一於入去試吓。🧐我哋一行4人入去坐低左,但唔係太鍾意坐嗰張枱,員工馬上轉其他位置,表現服務細心又有禮貌👍,落單嘅時候應該係一位男經理,佢介紹有特別菜式,我哋就點了肉骨茶,柚子沙律,麥香蝦🦐,豬頸肉咖喱,蝦餅,牛油薄餅,食物好有水準,重點係果碟麥香蝦熱辣辣又好香,超正😋😋😋,上菜速度都幾快,我們還點了泰式奶茶,枯仔梳打,椰青,好好味,整體高分。服務員還派咭片叫我地多的㴝幫襯,埋單時仲有驚喜,原來住戶有9折優惠🤩🤩,整體都唔算貴,食到好飽,坐得舒服,下次一定會再黎過。

尋晚去食 足足30分鐘先上到 兩個菜。等左一個鐘都上唔到 一位概冬陰功湯 。廚房d單亂咁來 遲來點菜概客 上菜仲快過我 食完走埋 原來只要幾台客叫同一個餸矩就會上得快 所以個廚房好似等幾台客叫先會整果樣餸咁 叫個白飯都要15分鐘先上到。 去到千奇唔好叫 冬陰公湯 同 豬頸肉.. 佢隻豬唔知要劈幾耐 最後坐左個幾鐘等佢上埋最尾果兩碟餸都無上到個湯 同 個豬 買單走人叫佢取消個餸話等左咁耐都無上到 又無合理概解釋以後唔會再食 btw 其實佢d粉就上得快 只要唔係叫餸食飯
