Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再來一道香噴噴的蒜蓉炒蓮藕苗,這個小菜香港很少見,原來蓮藕苗是奶白色的一條幼苗,中間是空心的,配以銀芽、小量韮菜及甘筍快炒,再灑上炸蒜,非常香口,口感爽脆。如果少些銀芽多些蓮藕苗,又或者變化成泰式小炒皇,上菜時配以炸好的碎花生,不知會不會又有另一種特別的變化。蓮藕苗在香港不常見,見到記得試試。不怕辣的朋友可以試馬拉盞,會更突顯泰式風味微辣的調皮。

最後一道碳燒厚切香茅豬扒,期待已久。上菜時賣相吸引,厚身的豬扒切件,側邊連著燒焦了的少量脂肥,豬扒燒得金黃,傳來香茅混和豬肉的香味,肥脂經高溫碳溶化,再加上魚露特有的甜,散發出碳燒的脂油香,一啖咬下去,口感肥而不膩,豬扒鬆軟,有香茅的清新,也有淡淡的碳火狂野。

整餐飯也很滿意,唯美中不足的是那碗平凡而重要的⋯白飯!以一碗白碗收取$16,我所期望的就是一碗正正常常的白飯,但等一等⋯所謂正正常常的白飯,每個人定義也不同,我的正常是指在家中也可以煲到的香噴噴熱辣辣有粘性的白飯,但這碗白飯應該是用上泰國的米,飯質很鬆散,沒有白飯的香味,適合用於炒飯或湯飯,但如果只是一碗solo 白飯,就真正測試一碗白飯的質素,這碗$16的白飯做不到熱、香、粘的效果,有一點失色。

呢一間泰國越南餐廳係我同屋企人係東涌其中一間幾鍾意食嘅餐廳,佢啲泰越野食都做得好出色,今日就去左食晚餐。餐廳環境唔錯,不過枱與枱之間距離都算近,疫情期的都係用板隔開,如果闊落啲會好啲。住東涌附近啲私人屋苑出示住戶證會有折扣,可惜我呢啲住村屋就無份嚕😢兩個人叫左三樣嘢,分別係馬拉盞炒翡翠苗、牛油果芒果軟殼蟹米紙卷同埋鳳梨軟殼蟹海鮮炒飯,餐廳上菜速度都幾快,坐左一陣就有野食,馬拉盞炒翡翠苗炒得幾香,正常發揮;牛油果芒果軟殼蟹米紙卷都算係我心頭好,不過我覺得牛油果味可以再出啲,同埋我麻麻地佢入面加左紫薑片,個味太出,通常我都會夾佢出黎食就perfect!最後鳳梨軟殼蟹海鮮炒飯味道出色,海鮮同軟殼蟹都足料,配埋肉鬆落個炒飯到就令成碟炒飯昇華,炒飯旁配有新鮮菠蘿,唔算太甜但都ok,整體黎講,呢間餐廳味道有質素,價錢唔算太高,東涌想食泰國野又坐得舒服會揀呢到👍🏻

餐廳環境唔錯,不過枱與枱之間距離都算近,疫情期的都係用板隔開,如果闊落啲會好啲。住東涌附近啲私人屋苑出示住戶證會有折扣,可惜我呢啲住村屋就無份嚕😢

兩個人叫左三樣嘢,分別係馬拉盞炒翡翠苗、牛油果芒果軟殼蟹米紙卷同埋鳳梨軟殼蟹海鮮炒飯,餐廳上菜速度都幾快,坐左一陣就有野食,馬拉盞炒翡翠苗炒得幾香,正常發揮;牛油果芒果軟殼蟹米紙卷都算係我心頭好,不過我覺得牛油果味可以再出啲,同埋我麻麻地佢入面加左紫薑片,個味太出,通常我都會夾佢出黎食就perfect!最後鳳梨軟殼蟹海鮮炒飯味道出色,海鮮同軟殼蟹都足料,配埋肉鬆落個炒飯到就令成碟炒飯昇華,炒飯旁配有新鮮菠蘿,唔算太甜但都ok,整體黎講,呢間餐廳味道有質素,價錢唔算太高,東涌想食泰國野又坐得舒服會揀呢到👍🏻

咖喱唔算辣、味道少少甜之餘有唔錯既香料味,本身諗住叫薄餅黎送咖哩,可惜賣晒😭 所以叫咗兩碗白飯,用嚟送飯都係一個好選擇
牛舌份量都幾多,食極都仲有,而且口感好好,彈牙得黎又唔會好韌
反而牛筋就得兩三舊,唔係太突出

最特別既係加左椰青肉入去煮,椰子味同咖喱配合得啱啱好,又可以中和返油膩嘅感覺

上枱嘅時候 係連埋個火一齊熱住,所以咖喱味越食越濃郁,不過要注意去到咁上下,要叫佢地熄火,如果唔係會有少少濃底🤭

清邁香檸明爐珍珠斑🐟
珍珠斑比起食開既明爐烏頭 肉質更滑,條魚夠新鮮所以滑得黎唔會好霉
雖然叫珍珠斑但份量一啲都唔珍珠,兩個人食岩岩好夠晒喉😗
個汁小辣偏酸,同時又有啲蒜味平衡返
整體黎講有驚喜、唔錯👍🏻
雖然今次20蚊就食倒,但下次再有機會黎食飯,正價都值得食

服務的確唔係最一流😹 不過都會主動加水之類既,係reception有待加強💪🏻

下次要再黎食過珍珠斑同試吓豬頸肉、燒雞,望落好似都好吸引
