一間經常坐滿人的火鍋店,當中一定有佢的原因。我老婆係四川人,連佢都話呢到係佢係香港食過最正中的麻辣火鍋,湯底唔會太麻,如果你食得辣,唔夠辣,老闆真心好人,佢會同你加辣。講真湯底冇得輸,唔會好似其他麻辣火鍋咁,一尾得個辣字,原全冇麻同香味,而家諗起要食麻辣火鍋一定簡呢間。食材方面,每次去我都必定會叫手切牛, 食落去好有牛味,賣相又ok ,價錢方面好合理,其他鋪食唔會平得過佢,但最重要係真好食。仲有一味,老闆話佢自己獨創,好推介咁叫我地試下,一味叫黑松露墨魚滑,心諗咁食都得?試過又真係好夾woo , 老闆真有創意!其他食材都係咁,主要個湯底得食咩都正,呢個係食火鍋的精髓。講完食,唔可以唔提係個到個氣氛,老闆有人情味,好好心問下你佢d 食物得唔得,又同你飲返幾杯,食完老闆又唔會趕住叫你走,慢慢食慢慢飲。就係呢樣野就值得再encore

一般小店但收費極之不合理,兩人要$800多元!!菜單上寫最低消費是$400,沒有寫最低消費有任何附帶條件。但我點菜完後,服務員才說酒水不計,湯底又不計。湯底最平也要$108,還有蔥蒜到最後埋單時才說要$15一位,還要加一,即二人最底消費合共是$591。食材真的只屬一般,又細碟。還有服務員不斷推銷較貴的牛肉,又說肥牛不靚,極之煩,站在你旁邊又不走,不斷說,簡直是不合理不可以再去的食店!!!🤬😡🤬😡誓不再去!!!

秋風正起,即是話又係打邊爐嘅季節,又嚟到我最愛嘅火鍋店;無論試過幾多間,到最後依然覺得二姐係最好食。已經嚟過好幾次,對上一篇二姐食評我略厭唔夠詳細,我真係好想大家可以試吓咩叫真正好食嘅麻辣火鍋。二姐嘅火鍋配料並唔係街市求其執一袋返屋企打邊爐嘅貨色:湯底一貫麻辣味濃,牛油香十足;藥材清湯鮮甜。由於本人不嗜牛食,所以通常打邊爐肉食均以雞豬取代。平時打邊爐嘅丸類我通通唔叫,因為所謂嘅豬肉丸咪又姐係貢丸,芝心丸咪又姐係啲化學魚蛋,但考慮到友人都要食肉嘅關係,我地叫莞茜豬肉丸,豬肉腸同黑豚肉。莞茜豬肉丸莞茜味超級香,鬆化嘅豬肉,唔彈牙因為真係用肉搓出嚟成丸狀。豬肉腸質感類似台灣腸,爽脆為主。呢到嘅嚮鈴係新鮮即炸,新鮮還新鮮,即炸還即炸,係兩回事嚟,坊間有太多話自己即炸嘅嚮鈴只不過買現成拎去翻炸就話自己新鮮即炸,一試就試得出係現成貨;但二姐嘅嚮鈴每一舊都脆卜卜大大件,無油益味,一浸落湯索曬湯底嘅牛油香。紅薯粉亦係必叫,比起其他粉類佢充份吸收曬湯汁嘅精華。兩個人食咗五百蚊鬆啲,我真係食足五百蚊嘅價值。依加好多餐廳好似攞正牌Hea你咁,收到你貴一貴但用一般貨色加少少Gimmick就排曬長龍,根本唔憂無

晚上10點幾埋一班朋友去食宵夜,重慶二姐火鍋營業至凌晨三點,放工食宵夜一流,加上當晚係平日,唔多人。二姐的重慶麻辣鴛鴦鍋(中辣),中間係藥膳養生湯,零味精,飲湯唔會口渴。重點係麻辣鍋,叫左中辣,已經係一般店的大辣程度!好足料!一上鍋,鍋中的辣椒、花椒等香料已經佔左一半位置,之前食過的麻辣鍋會愈食愈唔辣,但二姐的麻辣鍋好足料,不斷加餸煲極都仲係咁麻辣🤤芫茜,蒜蓉,蔥,麻油,醋,重口味朋友不斷要二姐refill😆二姐建議火鍋配料點麻油,所以枱面上豉油提供,不過已經好夠味!配料推薦:本地手切肥牛鴨血豆皮萵荀現炸嚮鈴雖然店面偏細,一行7人坐得有點迫,不過有二姐熱情招待同介紹,十分推薦食得辣的你。
