尖沙咀金馬倫道有間餐廳叫小魚兒。樓梯直上一樓就係餐廳位置,座位寬敞舒適,適合同朋友聚會。主打麻辣川菜,菜式多樣化包括:炭火風味烤魚,雞煲,川菜鍋物,BBQ燒烤,小食,甜品等等。黃金蒜香海鱸魚由於朋友唔太食得辣,揀左個唔辣湯底嘅烤魚,估唔到有驚喜,湯底本底看似清淡但食落好濃郁,爆蒜愈煮愈入味,最後先食仲會食到蒜本身嘅甜味,煮透左嘅蒜頭係最好食。魚嘅尺寸真係好大,肉又厚,但肉質十分滑亦而好結實,唔會一夾於散。魚味亦都好濃烈,又無細骨方便食用。酸辣土豆絲呢個估唔到係必叫嘅。土豆絲切但夠幼所以炒得好均勻,爽口唔會過熟而太淋。小小花椒油嘅麻香,增加食慾。濕度亦都適中。燒茄子同樣出色嘅仲有呢個燒茄子,茄子肉就好似一舊海綿咁吸收哂蒜茸辣椒牛油同埋調味料嘅香味,茄子本人嘅水份都保存到,所以造到一個好好嘅融合。同埋有樣咁值得一讚就係味道好平均,真係一個好高分嘅燒茄子。

最近去咗一間尖沙咀嘅餐廳,試咗佢哋嘅重慶雞煲,價錢係$168,半隻雞。整體味道相當唔錯,雞肉鮮嫩,入味十足。最重要係份量十足!而中辣同中麻嘅選擇令到啖啖都有驚喜!另外,還試咗幾樣小菜:椒鹽豆腐 ($68)外脆內嫩,椒鹽味道適中,豆腐吸收咗香料嘅味道,做為開胃菜非常合適。麻辣涼拌魚皮 ($68)魚皮爽脆,加上麻辣醬汁,口感非常獨特,挑逗味蕾。萵筍 ($48)清新爽口,作為配菜非常好,幫助解膩。飲品方面,選咗:龍鳳檸樂 ($28)檸檬味道清新,適合搭配重口味嘅菜。青檸梳打 ($36)氣泡水加上青檸,口感清爽,幫助消化。整體而言,呢餐嘅性價比相當高,菜品新鮮,味道出色,值得一試!如果你鍾意重口味,重慶雞煲絕對唔可以錯過。

今日去咗尖沙咀嘅小魚兒度食烤魚佢有幾款唔同嘅魚可以揀我就揀咗海鱸魚嘅肉身比較厚實,而且骨少,食落去啖啖肉,真係好正。然後我嘅朋友唔太食得辣,所以我就叫咗個黃金蒜香魚,好多蒜,鹹鹹地真係好開胃。佢每一份烤魚裏面會有好多配菜,我依份就有豆腐,青瓜,寬粉,金針菇同木耳等等。然後我哋仲叫咗一份手拍青瓜,叫咗小辣,辣辣地,都幾惹味同開胃,而且份量都幾大而佢飲品方面,有得揀竹蔗茅根同埋白桃烏龍健康得來又好飲。
