一向比較抗拒任何墨魚汁配搭嘅我,因為想食risotto而揀咗呢個墨魚汁海鮮意大利飯,估唔到會有驚喜喎。好多西餐或cafe會將米煮軟煮腍,製作出creamy但無咩咬口嘅risotto。但正宗嘅risotto就米粒應該係有少許硬度同有嚼勁,呢間cafe就做到呢一點。

第二個main我哋揀咗個名好長嘅油封鴨髀,特別之處在於鴨髀先經4天風乾,再以12小時慢煮等過程烹製,令鴨肉結實而不乾柴,同時更入味。用匙羹輕輕按就住鴨髀,再用刀切塊,可以見到內裏嘅鴨肉顏色鮮嫩,雖然無爆晒汁嘅juicy,但啖啖充斥濃烈鴨油香氣,我同朋友都食唔停口。

伴碟嘅薯菜同樣落足心機,翠玉瓜粒粒爽口、西蘭花煮得入味、薯蓉仲係店主親手將新鮮薯仔搓成泥,不論味道或口感都勝過連鎖cafe,果然夠用心。

配有是日餐湯或沙律,蘑菇忌廉湯唔會太thick太heavy,每羹都食到片片蘑菇肉,可以用蒜蓉法包沾湯食;沙律dressing酸酸甜甜,餐前食用醒胃非常。

今日我和朋友去了銅鑼灣行街,行完去了這間西式cafe吃午餐。跟餐今日的餐湯是洋蔥🧅湯,雖然我平日不太喜歡吃洋蔥,但呢款洋蔥湯煮到洋蔥好淋,我又覺得幾易入口,不錯。另一個餐選了要田園沙律,沙律菜都幾新鮮幾fresh,幾清新,開胃,番茄仔🍅甜甜地都好食。冬陰公蟹肉意大利飯($198):冬陰公個味唔算好辣,但都夠哂香口,蟹肉又夠鮮味,同冬陰公個味又好夾,不錯,幾正。意大利飯煮得夠軟熟,索哂冬陰公d汁,又幾正。45度慢煮油封鴨:這是今天special menu,慢煮油封鴨非常香,鴨肉都好滑,幾好食,香口,不錯。鴨肉都不會太老,d肉幾鮮嫩多汁,好食。我比較少係其他餐廳見到,都幾特別,食到好香的油脂味。埋單$436,價錢公道不會貴,幾好食。

之前喺旺角都食過這一間餐廳今日嚟到銅鑼灣唔係好想再四圍搵就嚟呢間餐廳睇咗今晚餐牌ok就入去朋友揀咗佢覺得比較特別嘅4天風乾12小時慢煮法式油封鴨髀我就揀咗墨魚汁海鮮意大利飯,唔錯唔錯,因為上一次食嘅時候墨魚汁係配意粉,覺得食得比較論盡,今次配飯就會食得比較乾淨先上牛肉湯, 裏面有一些蔬菜, 唔會太濃味 配上的小麵包夠脆身沙律蔬菜都新鮮,唔會有太多嘅汁,感覺都健康鴨髀上菜嘅時候,非常香噴噴肉質非常嫩滑,裏面剛剛好夠熟,睇出出真係慢煮, 肉質夠鹹香味,但係又唔會太鹹朋友用刀具切兩下後,直情拎上手原隻食,覺得好爽皮 墨魚汁海鮮意大利飯,海鮮都鋪滿整個飯面今次食墨魚汁飯真係冇食意大利粉咁論盡,非常好意大利飯係裏面有少少咬心的感覺, 同平時食的意大利飯有少少唔同是日整體係朋友聚一聚簡單吃個飯餐廳環境坐得舒服係一個好傾計嘅好地方

今次嚟到銅鑼灣呢間樓上良心小店,一入門燈光暗暗地,幾浪漫。侍應主動為我哋介紹餐牌,知道呢度最招牌的係油封鴨髀,一定要試試佢啦。是日餐湯首先上的係洋蔥湯同餐包,呢度係洋蔥清湯,唔係平日的cream ,幾特別,清清地有種肉味,日式的感覺。冬蔭公蟹肉意大利飯冬蔭公香味撲鼻,意大利飯偏軟身,配埋蟹肉的鮮味,小小小辣味佢為調味令成個飯生色不少。Today special 慢煮油封鴨髀第一次食鴨髀,嫩滑到不得了,慢煮令肉汁封喺髀入面,切開有有一絲絲的鴨肉。配菜方面,薯蓉食到仲有一粒粒薯仔,口感豐富,菜的份量亦唔少。總結,在銅鑼灣三五知已聚餐好地方。
