朋友係銅鑼灣放工太攰就近近地係timesquare搵野食,地鋪好似大部分都要排隊,唯有搵樓上鋪,依間佢平時夜晚都會尼食我地叫左兩個main,另外有個湯同沙律西蘭花忌廉湯雖然係西蘭花,但個湯唔會好草青味,口感幾滑沙律再尼西餐應就會有的雜菜沙律個醋幾開胃,菜就有少少苦,不過可接受黑松露蟹肉意粉賣相唔錯,食落都唔錯,意粉口感適中,蟹肉都食到有,面頭都加左啲黑松露,不過味道唔算太出,整個意粉都creamy但唔膩法式慢燉紅酒牛面肉依個肉係配薯菜有別於平時食的薯蓉,依個感覺健康啲,cream份量唔多,冇出面果啲咁膩,但又唔會好淡,又保持到薯蓉的質感,仲食到一粒粒的薯仔,蓉得尼又有咬口牛面肉味道好香濃,又唔會太鹹,切的時候唔需要用太多力,輕輕一切就得,唔會好韌!唔錯

喺朋友嘅推薦下先知原來銅鑼灣有一間主打平民法國菜嘅餐廳。一入到餐廳個感覺都好舒服,以柔和嘅燈光營造氛圍。餐廳得大概5-6張枱,由一位廚師主理。 🔆前菜 - 田園沙律 & 是日餐湯 沙律菜好fresh,個醬酸酸地好適合做開胃菜。餐湯係每日都有機會唔同,今次用甘筍主打嘅濃湯,飲落一d都唔膩。 🔆Today Special Today Special係三文魚蒜香扁意粉,三文魚係微微地煙熏過,個醬汁mix咗蒜香&cream,再加上新鮮嘅香草點綴,增加咗菜式嘅層次感同埋色彩 👍🏻 🔆法式油封鴨髀 被餐牌上寫嘅 ‘4天風乾12小時慢煮’吸引咗。或者係經歷數日風乾,再加上慢慢係油中煮咗長達12個鐘,呢種獨特的烹調技術令鴨肉嘅質感超級嫩滑,有種入口即溶嘅感覺,加上法式配菜,味道豐富而層次分明。
