呢間滷水車仔麵店係荃灣都有分店,今日就去咗銅鑼灣加路連山道試試佢!餐廳位置唔算好多,但整體都坐得舒適~生炸大雞比 $36首先講講驚喜位,滷水車仔麵賣嘅生炸雞髀竟然好出色!餐廳火喉控制得好好,肉質好juicy嫩滑,外皮又香脆。自選四拼麵 $63 牛筋、金錢肚、窩筍、台灣腸滿滿藥材味嘅滷水湯底幾有驚喜,因為本身唔期望會有藥材味。另外牛筋軟嫩又有膠質感覺,金錢肚爽口而且份量多。麻辣汁雞絲粉皮 $52粉皮同平時嘅口感唔同,似係涼皮多啲,撈麻辣汁越食越過癮。另外好想特別讚兩位後生仔店員勁有禮貌態度勁好!

-雞扒同麻辣油、米酒、薑絲、老抽拌勻 醃10分鐘
-用大中火熱油落鑊(先放皮個邊面 等雞皮油逼出)
大概1-2分鍾 煎至表面金黃色 再轉另一邊煎香
(我自己鍾意煎香後放入焗爐慢慢焗熟佢😋)
-如果唔想煎都可以最簡單做法就係放入焗爐/氣炸鍋
