就在上個月,突然心血來潮下,隨即相約友人去吃逢週日才供應的Sunday Roast Menu,目的就是吃那份美味的Roast Beef。Menu上雖然只是三道菜,但實際上頭盤已可幻化成七款之多,分別有Cocktail Prawn、Country Terrine、Tomato Salad、Beetroot Salad、Mini Lobster Bisque、Pickled Sardine及Raw Oyster,全部都以Family Sharing 形式來分享。

頭盤的份量確實不少,但也要記著留下位置去吃美味的主菜。主菜有幾款可選,除了Roast Beef外,還有招牌的原隻波士頓龍蝦、時令烤魚、香烤豬扒及羊架等等,但此行是為了吃Roast Beef,所以也不作他選。

味道方面,Roast Beef外側滿佈香草兼略帶焦香,甚為香口,內裡則是柔軟嫩紅的肉質,吃起來肉味香濃又富含豐富肉汁。尤其是吃到近脂肪的部位,更是香口不膩,連上肉汁及約克郡布甸一起吃,真是非常美味。

吃罷主菜,肚子也差點被撐破,誰不知還有共三件分別是Banoffee Pie、Triple Chocolate Mud Pie及Yuzu Pie的甜品,雖然每件看上去都很美味,但也只能吃上少許,始終胃口有限,否則自己一定獨享那件喜愛的香蕉奶油批。

這個Brunch還可追加Free Flow Package,可按喜好在VC、Ruinart及Krug之中選擇,當然價錢有別。若然享用香檳Package的話,還可享用其他餐酒及指定雞尾酒。可是,苗子後來才發現有Sparkling Tea供應,即時點來暢飲,開心又興奮。

It’s my first time here and I ordered a cocktail with a spirit base that I haven’t tried before, which is rum. Rum, not Rhum, as it is made of molasses and not freshly pressed sugarcane juice. I intially thought it was just another British and American English spelling variation, lol.


El Presidente is composed of Havana Club 3 years as its spirit base, with Mancino Secco Vermouth, Liquor N4, homemade grenadine syrup and essentia lime, which is sprayed into the drink.


For a novice drinker like me, it was pretty strong and fragrant, as it is laced with liquor and liqueur. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to order another one, so if I don’t, I’m coming back here for the another drink.


Lobster Bar is a nice after-work bar, which is great, because I just got off work and headed straight here. The ambience is quite relaxing and I was able to enjoy my drink at peace. Its layout is elongated and narrow, compared to that of Argo and St. Regis Bar.


It deserves to be on the Top 10 Bars here in HK and I’m definitely be coming back here for another drink.

呢塊肉眼扒係勁大塊。。又厚又有我一隻手掌咁大😨😨食得出係用石紙嚟烤,雖然望落全紅色,但少少血腥味都冇~牛肉肉質扎實,唔算重味,適合配上牛肉汁咁食,否則味道變得單調🤔🤔同埋呢塊扒嘅最邊邊位唔係焦嚟,而係全部都係黑椒…好重黑椒味。
牛肉旁邊咪有大大舊嘅東西嘅,唔知佢叫咩名。佢只不過係空心一個,麵包最焦嘅部分😂唔建議食曬佢。

•香烤原隻龍蝦配烤焗馬鈴薯、烤時令蔬菜及蒜香牛油
呢個龍蝦好新鮮,味道鮮甜多汁,整得原汁原味🦞

•提拉米蘇配馬斯卡彭沙巴雍、特濃咖啡手指餅乾及朱古力碎片
估唔到係呢個分量🙈🤎,同埋呢個tiramisu應該係我覺得最好食嘅!手指餅乾又唔會浸咖啡太耐或者太快,剛剛好的👌🏻嗰啲Cream甜甜地,裏面仲有朱古力塊,增添咬感同獨特風格。

烤側腹牛扒配燈籠椒、孜然及牛肉汁
點了medium rare,生熟度到剛剛好,牛味香濃。燈籠椒內釀有牛肉,味道很好。
甜品
法式蜜桃梅爾芭配杏仁、桑莓醬及雲呢拿雪糕
雪糕不算太甜,配合蜜桃和杏仁,口感豐富。
意大利檸檬芝士蛋糕配檸檬甜洒、沙巴雍及醃漬檸檬
芝士蛋糕帶有淡淡的檸檬香味,還有一點點檸檬的苦澀味,可見成份天然。醃漬檸檬很酸。
餐飲點了兩杯熱檸檬茶,正常味道。
食物方面,總的來說,覺得食材質素不俗,不過主菜的醬汁有點過濃,反而把食材本身的味道掩蓋了。
環境方面,我們坐在弧形的卡座,座位舒適。卡座後有鑲嵌在牆身中的魚缸,很特別。向前看去,全是落地玻璃窗,景觀開揚,陽光透過玻璃窗照入餐廳內,一室明亮,給人很舒服的感覺。
最想一讚的是服務,入座、點菜、用餐、結帳,侍應都殷勤招待。送上甜品時,碟子上沒寫上生日祝福語句,正想請侍應跟進,還未開口,侍應已另外送上一個精緻漂亮的生日蛋糕,實在是喜出望外。後來,侍應看到我們沒吃生日蛋糕,就主動提議為我們把蛋糕放在盒子內,帶回去享用,真的貼心!

農曆新年好多時都會食中菜,但由於自己偏愛西餐多一點,所以今年嘅自己農曆生日就選擇了西餐,選址位於香港,金鐘香格里拉酒店內的龍蝦吧。。。當日雖然是平日,但是位於(紅日)之內,所以餐單設置為假日brunch,價錢上輕微有些少上調,但唔緊要吃得開心最重要~聽聞之前有裝修過,但自己是第一次來,所以沒有比較,樓底高已經贏了一章,加上絕頂好的殷勤服務,往後就要睇睇出品是如何?餐前小包分別有小法包/甜餐包/薄脆片,三款都好吃,雖然我一人入座,但份量很慷慨~當日前菜揀上了龍蝦湯,濃縮龍蝦湯絕對十級讚,不過。。。論綿滑情度要略略次了中港城內的Cxxa,如果沒之前可能不會比較,蝦肉切得大件點口感更為理想⭐️⭐️⭐️主菜我依然選擇(龍蝦)+HK$180.. 在飲下龍蝦湯下隨隨送上,體積不算大(中級),蝦鉗已經去殼啖啖肉很鮮美,蝦身烹煮時間恰好肉質幼嫩,其實不加醬油也很鮮美,身旁還有幾件烤得好吃的薯角,整份主角很簡單但自己很滿足⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️甜品我讓職員推介,他示意(心太軟)果然無選擇錯,自己不太愛甜,甜度令人剛剛好,真是外冷內暖超有水準⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️訂位時職員已知是慶生日要否蛋糕及牌,自然赤亦已早早推卻,在毫不知情下由三位職

迷你小生日蛋糕推想應是咖啡廳出品,味道上大一點檸檬清新的芝士蛋糕,好吃,不過自己已經點上一份甜品,所以來的時候已經實在沒有太多胃口容納⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
