M5西冷澳州和牛$488,上枱賣相較黑,五成熟,肉香,內嫩红,肥甘,但肉質韌,無和牛氣質。

帶骨豬肋排$380,即有骨豬扒,焦香味加些更好,有肉香,但肉質不夠彈,乳紅蘿蔔,手指尾大小,無特別,喜歡薯蓉,像潛艇,绵滑如絲。

以前來,有外國美女,穿着睌禮服,唱着磁性英文歌,在一頓高级晚餐上,增添高貴氣氛,生色不少,疫情影響,少點樂趣,歌女生涯又無咗!

以前細細個好中意酥皮龍蝦湯
但係大個之後
反而覺得最好嘅龍蝦湯
應該係要飲佢最純粹嘅味道
看似簡單但係其實要做得出色
必須要食材新鮮配以用心嘅技巧

八年前吃過後,平均每一兩年會來吃一次晚飯,最近在我的生日在這裏吃了下午茶。我們被安排坐在圓形梳化位置,眼看現場大概四成滿。當日心情大好,開了一支白酒、再點了出名的燒龍蝦及蒸龍蝦每人各一半,還有蟹餅。最後,再叫了手指魚條,真的很飽。是次我們散叫食物,因為沒有set,但份量也十分多,可能配了沙律及薯條。食物也像預期般水準,一如既往,能保持著八年前第一次食的感覺,且服務亦不錯。只是由於政府措施安排下,未能欣賞現場音樂表演。

主菜是三選一的,我選擇了龍蝦配牛柳,上桌時賣相精緻,特意放上蔬菜於旁作點綴擺盤,色彩很是吸睛。波士頓龍蝦肉質新鮮,經烤製過的表面微脆鮮美,內裡結實甘甜,嫩滑彈牙,口感十足,龍蝦味道亦濃郁出眾。黑安格斯牛柳來自美國,外層帶有菱格焦紋,食用時牛味香濃,酥香多汁,味道帶有微微焦炭香氣,層次豐富,若熟度方面能夠更好地掌握時間,不要煎至太熟則口感更佳。配菜的蘆筍、西蘭花、小紅蘿蔔、馬鈴薯爽脆清香,鮮嫩味美。

飯後甜點是朱古力心太軟、檸檬雪葩,吃過整頓的鹹食後,正好吃些甜食緩和。心太軟外層鬆化柔軟,內餡朱古力醬呈現流心狀態,於口腔中徐徐咽下,口感綿密絲滑,香甜濃郁。檸檬雪葩入口即溶,酸甜清香,作結尾緩和解膩最適合不過。

總結而言,餐廳裝潢高雅大氣,環境精緻有情調,且富有復古氣息。菜餚足料新鮮,味道出色甚佳,不管是與家人朋友們吃飯聚會,或是情侶的浪漫約會均很是適合。

The Sunday roasted rib of beef is the primary reason I come to visit. One dish includes multiple sides together with roasted duck fat potatoes, glazed carrot, creamed spinach, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese. The rib-eyes are perfectly cooked medium rare, tender, and juicy with horseradish sauce and beef gravy. Nothing's better than digging into a juicy steak for a meat lover.

This is such a perfect ending to this Sunday brunch, a classic sticky toffee pudding made by warm date sponge, earl grey tea marinated dates covered in toffee sauce and served with vanilla ice cream. Super sweet and collapses in the mouth in a dense and moist texture.

疫情下有冇辦法只好外賣到家吃飯,聖誕正日我們預訂了這間的海鮮拼盤和他們的意大利飯還有黑毛豬扒,豬扒非常棒,肉汁豐富口感非常好,切開來就是有如Gordon Ramsay 說的 perfect pink colour ! 我要重新說一次我們差不多是外賣後接近個半鐘才進食,都沒有影響肉質和入邊的感覺這是非常難得的,但也要說一下他們的意大利飯口感和質地也還好,中規中矩不是特別出色,但他們的魚生,醬料所有也非常充足外賣包裹得非常完美,所有東西也是對得起他們的價錢!!圖片也可見除了意大利飯,他們的薯蓉也非常濃郁芝士味,我建議大家有機會可以堂食!
