有時都要對自己好啲,慢活一下~今次去了跑馬地這間意大利餐廳食Fine Dining,餐廳裝潢主要以簡約時尚設計為主,食物高水準,店員態度親切,上菜的餐碟也會先預熱,確保食物的溫度得以保存,非常細心!👍🏻首先侍應先上餐前的🥯自家製麵包籃包括有兩色脆片和酸種麵包給我們,脆片搭配蕃茄忌廉芝士醬,味道濃郁,酸種麵包煙韌軟熟,麵包入面有些提子乾帶來微甜,麵包沾上橄欖油與黑醋更提升了麵包口感及層次!1. 🦑 Grilled Arrow Squid ($250)烤魷魚上枱時已切開一件件,魷魚帶點香烤的風味,好新鮮,口感彈牙!再搭配薯蓉和堅果,非常開胃!👍🏻2. 🌟Acquerello Risotto ($380)和牛牛小排非常軟腍,入口即化,另外,還有配搭意式羽衣甘藍燴飯,選用了世界聞名的Acquerello陳年米,經過精準烹調,吸收湯汁的精華,散發出濃郁而獨特的香氣,使口感達到外層柔軟,內部口感Q彈!😍😋3. 🍝Homemade Tagliolini ($420) 餐廳擅長製作手工意粉,意粉上層放上大量的世界頂級Roval Cristal Caviar魚子醬,毫不吝嗇,鮮味十足!做到口感,醬汁加入檸檬、香蔥,味道獨特,令人回味!☺️👍🏻4. 🐮Full Blood Wagyu Oyster Blade (M7) ($580)M7和牛牛板腱煎得好粉嫩,肉質非常軟腍,肉味濃郁,有油香,🤤搭配脆薯餅、菇菌和沙律菜,推薦!😍😋👍🏻🌟Braised Seafood (For 2 Persons) ($980)這個燉海鮮盤有🦞龍蝦、🦐虎蝦同埋香煎🐟白身魚,加入車厘茄一起烹調,非常鮮味,食材又新鮮,好正!😎👍🏻另外,還附上用左fregola 呢款珍珠意粉,用了煮Risotto 的方法去煮,醬汁用上類似青醬,食落有淡淡的清酒味,口感煙韌,很有特色!👍🏻🍮Chocolate Millefoglie ($158)最後點了這個朱古力千層酥,表面淋上巧克力醬,用上千層酥與濃郁的巧克力內餡組成,帶有濃郁的Espresso味道,每一口都帶有輕盈的層次感,內餡柔滑順滑!為這餐意大利菜作結!☺️👍🏻 continue reading
