To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1. 海鮮湯(送既)
味道好鮮甜, 好正. 一飲就知落足料煲. 但係一煲太大, 兩個人真係飲唔晒. 而且湯一凍, 腥 味就出晒黎, 要趁熱飲.

2. 豉椒聖子
聖子肥美, 一流. 食過番尋味. 相比起本小姐最近於長洲食的那一碟真的天壤之別. 值得推介!


3. 豉油皇中蝦
好香口, 脆卜卜, 脆到真係想成隻放入口. 連老公仔唔食得蝦都忍唔住食左兩隻.

4. 蒜茸粉絲蒸扇貝
本身哩個係我地最喜歡, 亦係最想食的一道海鮮. 但係可能期望過高, 雖然未去到唔好食的程度, 但就覺得蒸過左龍, 有d " un ". 但亦奇怪一碟4 隻, 其中一隻無咁既問題. 一d 都唔" un ". 可見師傅的火喉仲要改善.

5. 椒絲腐乳通菜
味道一般, 同出面食無太大分別. 但我地本身見叫得三碟海鮮, 不如加碟菜啦. 但點知個湯咁大, 結果d 菜食唔晒.

6. 甜品: 椰汁馬豆糕 和 橙
椰汁糕就一般. 椰汁味唔係太濃. 而個橙就.........太差啦, 金玉其外, 入面卻有少少爛爛地.

最後收錢好搞笑, 埋單$404, 我地給多少少叫佢唔洗找. 個女侍應就問番我有無4蚊. 即叫我給實數. 哈哈, 到底佢地係唔收tips 定係嫌tips 太少呢?

不過今餐整體都食得幾開心, 值得開飯.

星期日難得約了班莊員一齊嚟元朗玩,先去南生圍再去流浮山睇日落食海鮮,日落就睇唔到,唯有去食海鮮醫肚入到去條大街間間都差唔多,唔記得左之前係openrice睇過邊間好,唯有揀間門口比較多人的,結果就嚟左呢度一行九人點左豉椒聖子、海螺、豉油皇中蝦、清蒸鮑魚、扇貝、蝦醬炒通菜、椒鹽骨、仲有佢話會送個海鮮湯。d海鮮出奇的快上桌,聖子的數量比想像中少,鮑魚就真係無淡味d,其他都ok。但上晒d海鮮後等左成半個鐘都無上其他野,個海鮮湯追左一次單先來,但入面就似芥菜豆腐湯,真係想搵件海鮮都無,而椒鹽骨就追左兩次都無影,結果就cut單走算數。唔知係咪佢地唔做小菜,只係做海鮮就夠呢?咁樣我地每人都食左$162,睇返海鮮的價錢同三聖比真係貴成半,上次同中同係興記度點左條四百幾蚊的魚,食得豐富過佢,但最後每人都只係100多d。對於住左屯門的朋友,未有更好的選擇前還是留在三聖吧

難得同朋友去到天水圍, 於是就一齊搭的士入流浮山食海鮮, 其實我地全部都係第一次去!見兩間餐廳都勁好客咁叫我地入去, 一間叫愛民, 另一間就係呢間龍如! 佢地問我地大約想食幾多錢, 因為我地主要係學生, 唔想食咁貴, 話最多想食一百, 佢地話得我地先入去!侍應帶我地上左二樓, 環境算坐得舒服, 又有電視睇!呢度冇餐牌, 侍應叫我地落去揀下想食咩海鮮, 佢地都好好推荐左幾款菜比我地食, 我地話想食蟹, 佢又話做到比我地, 佢地幫我地決定煮法, 相信佢地唔會介紹錯, 之後都同我地覆左一次單!豉椒炒聖子, 蜆湯, 炸生蠔, 椒鹽排骨, 油菜, 避風塘炒蟹(一碟兩隻), 楊州炒飯, 大菜糕同橙六個人埋單七百蚊, 都不錯啦!

見爸,哥攞咗車,就提意入流浮山食海鮮.哥friend介紹呢間,一行六人.有乜斑兩食(油爆骨,斑炒西芹)一斤鮑魚(每人一隻)一碟聖子(每人都有三四舊肉既)一碟扇貝(每人一隻)一碟椒鹽蝦(每人一隻)一打生蠔(半打蒸,半打炸)一碟油生菜(超勁油)四個白飯三支汽水(細樽裝)甜品生果(大菜糕八件,橙八舊)竟然要$1400,嘩!我情願食Buffet好過,食完後仲超口渴,真係唔熟唔食囉!
