第一次見冇膏的油鹽焗奄仔蟹

今日特意走入流浮山買金蠔,順便去食海鮮。原本諗住去海灣試吓,點知無開門,所以就揀咗去對面間龍如。入去時見唔太多人,心諗唔知點唔點,但勝在地方非常乾淨,而且枱與枱之間亦闊落,都坐得幾舒服。去門口揀咗幾款海鮮,伙記即時送去廚房煮,不到15分鐘就已經逐樣上枱,較率幾高。餐前還送兩碗海鮮湯,個人覺得送得不夠大方,流浮山亦食過幾家飯店,一般送海鮮湯係會一大湯碗上,但呢家只送兩小碗,感覺有點吝嗇。豉油王蝦 : 炸得香脆,但不會蓋過蝦嘅鮮味,食落口帶有微微脆香。豉椒蟶子皇 : 肉嫰多汁,不會煮得過老,味道剛好,不太鹹。炆斑腩 : 伙記話係得獎名菜,推薦我們一試。一般炆斑腩都會用到支竹火腩去炆,但呢度師傅做法係先微炸再炆煮,醬汁濃而不會失咗魚嘅鮮味,果然名不虛傳。砵酒焗蠔 : 味道雖然可以,但實在食落有點膩,可能兩個人份量實在太多。油鹽水浸菜芯 : 呢個反而係全餐最唔好食,有點過鹹。飯後還有免費水果及甜點。

Other Info. : 沒有預期反而有驚喜,各款海鮮濃而鮮,員工服務非常好,收盤很快,中間亦有幫忙換碟。最重要係價錢非常公道抵食,唔怪得我們坐低後陸續有多枱客入坐。相信日後我會再光顧。

Total cost was only $980 for crabs a bunch of pipis and oysters to ways, also had some veggies and a fried noodle. The seafood cost 460 and "processing fee" (which is an additional charge for cooking seafood that you buy at their own shop) was about 240. It never really makes sense to me since I never needed to pay any processing fee for cooking a huge lobster paid by the gram in any way I want a

來到流浮山不吃海鮮對不住自己。看完日落,就到呢一家龍如酒家食海鮮。先在門口揀海鮮。由於一個人,只係揀左蟶子同鮑魚。大部份餐館都會送魚湯。魚湯非常新鮮。無碎骨。有魚肉渣。真係好鮮甜。蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子用來送飯最好。果皮蒸鮑魚帶出鮑魚甜味。廚房好細心。幫我起左肉。青色的鮑魚內臟放一邊。這是排泄物。不可以食。全部蒸得剛剛好。這一餐3隻鮑魚加3隻蟶子,材料價$222。再加人工$120。連茶芥白飯360元。雖然無加一,但都覺得有點貴。好彩質素唔錯服務態度好。都食得開心。下次會再來。

問佢先至話出面賣海鮮同入面坐底係分開,我都知有啲舖係可以買料去加工,但冇諗過2步路已經係分開兩間舖,而且又多烏蠅,我話咁同呃人有乜分別,仲夠膽話唔收加一,以後可以黑名單成個流浮山,仲要有咁多明星相合照,希望大家唔好再去呢啲黑過墨汁嘅黑舖,而且咁樣做唔只影響成個流浮山,係直接影響成個香港嘅旅遊業。

打完8 號風後, 一班老友如常去食海鮮, 真係打風都打唔甩我地既聚會, 哈哈! 流浮山今日比平時少人,  可能完風球原固, 反而有另一種風味, 寧靜中帶有一種人情味. 以前都有試過流浮山好多間樓家, 好多都名不副實, 今晚朋友大力推介, 真係無介紹錯. 今晚我們包2樓場, 我們選擇海鮮套鮮, 員工服務親切, 菜式份量足, 好食, 唔油膩, 個個食到讚口不絕! 由於打風, 酒家無足夠時間煮海鮮湯, 酒家轉碟菜比我地, 夠彈性又體貼. 當日鮑魚非常美味, 又大隻, 煮的恰到好處. 值得推介: 砵酒蠔和炆頭腩, 砵酒蠔外脆內軟,炆頭腩唔會大大舊粉漿, 經員工透露原來曾經獲獎的名菜.  值得再去流浮山海鮮酒家!!!!

昨天午餐忽然想吃流浮山的海鮮午餐,就駕車去吃。可能是星期一中午的關係,所以整條海鮮街都只有十多人。我係們都只是隨意找一間來吃,看見龍如的海鮮挺生猛,挑好了就直接入餐廳用餐。店員在我們入座後立即送上小食與魚湯,她都叮嚀我們小心魚湯熱騰騰,不要急著喝燙到嘴巴。魚湯挺鮮美,加入豆腐,肉碎,魚肉,芥菜,令湯不會過於單調,口感頗為豐富。本身我不喜歡吃芥菜的,因為我蠻討厭它本身的苦澀味道,幸好這芥菜不會這樣。豆腐與魚湯向來是最佳組合,魚湯滋潤豆腐,變得更滑溜,湯亦入口順滑。先來蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子,蒜蓉味不是太厚重,可能怕喧賓奪主搶去帶子的鮮甜味吧! 豉油不會死鹹,粉絲完全吸收豉油的滋味,混合蒜蓉吃不錯的說。主角帶子飽滿至極,入口彈牙,鮮美的幸福盡在口中。隨後清蒸東昇斑也上場,店員細心提示我們先吃魚身的兩側,因為魚肉較薄,最容易熟透我位置,如果不是即時吃的話就不能吃到它的最嫩時刻,所以我們都趕快地吃。尤其魚腩均勻的油脂部份,真的很嫩甜,肉質完全不鬆散,愛吃魚的我們都很滿意。粗壯如我的手臂般的瀨尿蝦是我最愛之一,蝦膏豐腴,將蝦殼剪開後,我將蝦膏挖過不停,鮮橙的蝦膏明艷動人,其鮮香不斷在口中散發出來。這泰國

魚湯挺鮮美,加入豆腐,肉碎,魚肉,芥菜,令湯不會過於單調,口感頗為豐富。本身我不喜歡吃芥菜的,因為我蠻討厭它本身的苦澀味道,幸好這芥菜不會這樣。豆腐與魚湯向來是最佳組合,魚湯滋潤豆腐,變得更滑溜,湯亦入口順滑。

先來蒜蓉粉絲蒸帶子,蒜蓉味不是太厚重,可能怕喧賓奪主搶去帶子的鮮甜味吧! 豉油不會死鹹,粉絲完全吸收豉油的滋味,混合蒜蓉吃不錯的說。主角帶子飽滿至極,入口彈牙,鮮美的幸福盡在口中。

隨後清蒸東昇斑也上場,店員細心提示我們先吃魚身的兩側,因為魚肉較薄,最容易熟透我位置,如果不是即時吃的話就不能吃到它的最嫩時刻,所以我們都趕快地吃。尤其魚腩均勻的油脂部份,真的很嫩甜,肉質完全不鬆散,愛吃魚的我們都很滿意。

粗壯如我的手臂般的瀨尿蝦是我最愛之一,蝦膏豐腴,將蝦殼剪開後,我將蝦膏挖過不停,鮮橙的蝦膏明艷動人,其鮮香不斷在口中散發出來。這泰國瀨尿蝦蝦肉較少,主要是吃蝦膏,故想吃蝦肉的可選別的品種。這瀨尿蝦的清蒸出來的湯汁深得我心,它實在太鮮甜,我沒理由不把它喝光吧。

油亮亮的鹽焗掩仔蟹雖然製法簡單,但是有著無窮海鮮風味。就是因為沒用過多方法的烹調,更能突顯掩仔蟹原有的天然的鮮和蟹肉的扎實感,它的蟹膏同樣豐盛。經鹽焗後,蟹肉漸漸滲透出它那肉香,我一口吃了一隻半呢。

最後也點了椒鹽骨與生菜,怕吃不飽嘛。椒鹽骨挺酥香,沒有入口乾巴巴和油膩,加上炒香的洋蔥與蒜蓉,盡是惹味的鑊氣,下飯一絕。

呢個地方我未嚟過,一心只想食海鮮同行吓睇吓,香港食海鮮比較出名嘅地方我都會想試吓,多數都會比較偏遠,呢一站嚟到流浮山。嚟到已經係夜晚,好多舖頭都閂晒門,我哋隨便揀咗間坐低食海鮮。餐廳嘅枱布係綠白色格仔好懷舊,客人唔多,只有幾枱,我哋兩個人揀咗啲海鮮,另外再叫咗半隻雞,味道唔錯但都幾細碟,埋單嘅價錢可以接受嘅。半斤蝦,蝦肉新鮮彈牙,份量有啲少。豉椒炒蟶子,幾惹味。蒜茸粉絲蒸扇貝,蒸得唔錯,清清哋,粉絲吸晒扇貝鮮味。怕唔夠飽叫多半隻雞,雞肉都幾韌,味係夠嘅。鮑魚蒸得唔錯。斑仔都蒸得幾滑。
