今次我哋晚餐時間黎到來佬餐廳,地面行上一層先至到 ,喺餐廳門口前面,有個怖景同燈光都好適合打卡嘅位,仲有架小小嘅手推車仔,係一個糖果bar嚟嘅入到去個環境有好多張枱,但係都仲係好闊落, 唔會話一路行就左撞右撞入正題,前菜,我哋有茉莉茶香煙燻白鴿胸田園沙律 ,白鴿, 皮燒得香 ,肉唔韌 喺湯方面,意式泡沫黑松露野菌湯脆炸豆腐串,上枱非常精緻 ,用透明嘅小茶杯裝住 ,有非常濃郁嘅野菌香味 ,面頭嘅脆豆腐串,有啲似好香豆味嘅脆脆麵包 ,另外有一個非常值得推介嘅主菜燒西班牙橡果黑毛豬配蘋果蓉肉質燒得啱啱好,外皮有燒過嘅香味,裏面仲係好有肉汁一啲都唔會乾爭爭, 加上蘋果蓉非常清甜, 甜度適中最後到甜品,自家製心太軟配朱古力雪糕,外脆內流心 ,而且個朱古力雪糕一啲都唔輸蝕,好香濃嘅朱古力味值得再次幫襯丫😉

喺湯方面,意式泡沫黑松露野菌湯脆炸豆腐串,上枱非常精緻 ,用透明嘅小茶杯裝住 ,有非常濃郁嘅野菌香味 ,面頭嘅脆豆腐串,有啲似好香豆味嘅脆脆麵包 ,
另外有一個非常值得推介嘅主菜
燒西班牙橡果黑毛豬配蘋果蓉
肉質燒得啱啱好,外皮有燒過嘅香味,裏面仲係好有肉汁
一啲都唔會乾爭爭, 加上蘋果蓉非常清甜, 甜度適中
最後到甜品,自家製心太軟配朱古力雪糕,外脆內流心 ,而且個朱古力雪糕一啲都唔輸蝕,好香濃嘅朱古力味

出入依間餐廳總覺得有點貴氣,因為要經過一個旋轉樓梯先到裝修小巧,但格局非常精致,有種餐廳小館的感覺。不嬲知道呢間餐廳既乳鴿好出名,今次黎食佢地全新Menu的多國菜,見到佢地既乳鴿出左款「茉莉茶香煙燻白鴿胸田園沙律」,乳鴿肉雖然好食,食慣左滷水口味,換依種煙燻乳鴿都幾特別。一上檯已經有略有少少花茶及茉莉花香味,令到乳鴿變左部西餐菜式,非常特別難忘。其實黑松露野菌湯已經好多餐會都有做,好欣賞依間餐廳會將黑松露野菌湯做少少變化。佢地將個湯既一步份打至起泡,雖然味道一樣,但口感就完全唔一樣。幽香的黑松露露配濃厚口感,用口都試得出大廚的心機,抵讚!另一個我覺得難忘既菜式,係「鵝肝煙鴨胸批」。一上檯個陣仲以為係威靈頓牛柳。後來經理同我地分享,師傅將鵝肝與鴨胸批的配搭,用威靈頓牛柳的做法呈現。咁矜貴既鵝肝,竟然用鴨胸包裹,味道好複雜,非常好味。

橡果級黑毛豬呢個味道好好好濃烈。但係呢有 d 漏,要陪返個蘋果蓉就可以中和返味蕾上面 d 豬油,可以再食過。佢 d 配菜都幾好味,特別係蕃薯片👍👍

最後甜品,心太軟 ok,朱古力味夠力,standard 雪糕。個 Tiramisu 個 presentation 好好,但係味道一般般。建議試下其他甜品

總括來講,好滿足食左個好好味既晚餐, 開心❤️

今次Lunch我哋就叫咗佢哋經典美食,我試咗個「無骨海南雞飯」,雞肉當然已經去骨,肉質鮮味,嫩滑有彈性,雞皮爽口唔會太肥。一上枱就聞到好香油飯味,油飯粒粒分明,帶有油光,食落帶有淡淡香料味。醬料方面,三色醬酸、甜、辣都有,恰到好處,配埋個雞令人胃口大開!

好耐冇出外lunch了,今天約咗位同事諗住年尾食好少少。 揀咗來佬餐館試吓。內裏環境十分寬敞,雖然餐價比起其他餐廳是貴了一點點,但坐得舒服。未來漢堡半黑松露薯條我覺得呢份餐都幾化算,因為未來漢堡喺出面都不便宜 的,漢堡煎得不錯,比起真牛肉雖然冇咁juicy,但感覺健康一點。而薯條份量多, 配上黑松露醬份外好味。來佬叉燒飯叉燒十分滑而且燒到有燶邊,分量足, 加上一隻荷包蛋。一啖叉燒一啖蛋配飯來吃,真的不錯,但以叉燒飯來說了一點點。

二人限聚前夕,放工後一家三口在灣仔吃餐好的。平時午餐時常常在來佬餐館點叉燒蛋飯,女兒說想吃,趕快在網上訂座(還有折扣)。餐廳內人不多,安排了卡位,疫情期間最怕就是人迫迫,這裏座位寬敞,乾淨企理,帶小朋友來也吃得安心。服務也非常周到。女兒最喜歡的是有個糖果櫃,經理說吃飽飯後便可以隨便挑選😄。原來晚市餐牌是沒有叉燒的😅,便點了海南雞、來佬汁乳鴿。海南雞很嫩滑又不失雞味,醬汁也很對版,原本打算不吃白飯的我也忍不住點了一碗。乳鴿是即點即浸的,來佬汁比瑞士汁還好味😋。想食點蔬菜,九唔搭八地點芝士焗西蘭花,出乎意料地好吃。女兒又要吃肉醬意粉,她竟然又吃得完一整碟。最後經理介紹火焰雪山甜品,簡單來說是兩球朱古力雪糕,被蛋糕包住,最外面是忌廉,上枱時淋酒點火,有得睇有得食😆。飲品對我們來說也是一大驚喜,很多款式,我最喜歡的檸檬薏米水再了蜂蜜,很滋潤。主菜甜品飲品我們三個都十分滿意。可惜短期內只限二人同枱,要遲一點才可以一家人再來了。餐牌價錢合理,再加上有折扣,好抵食,捧住肚子走,十分滿足。
