🔮中部大蝦頭菠蘿酸湯配檬粉   
這個菜絕對是小編真心推介之一,先是賣相極具睇頭,原鍋上,湯底係用咗新鮮嘅菠蘿汁蕃茄,取其的天然酸甜味,加入大量的大頭蝦熬製鮮蝦湯底,再加入香茅,檸檬葉,芫荽等天然香料,湯頭滿有大蝦的香味,入口更加有酸,香,鮮的感覺,味道濃郁,十分開胃,我更一連飲咗兩碗啊!而且鍋入面更加有五六隻大頭蝦,蝦肉爽口彈牙,而蝦頭位更有不少的蝦膏,湯底裏更有無數片鮮菠蘿,絕對用了新鮮十足呀!廚師亦很有心思將檬粉整成一團團的檬粉球,可以直接淋湯食,麵質彈牙有口感,絕對是心思誠意之作

🔮蟹肉臘腸西瓜炒飯配鹹蛋黃醬   
餐廳的創意之作~真係冇諗過西瓜,臘腸和鹹蛋黃可以變成一道美味的菜式! 真的不敢要稱讚廚師的創意呀!講真一開頭我絕對有一種試伏的心態,但係試過之後,味道絕對有驚喜,甚至乎比我想像中好食!先炒香大量的蟹腳肉和臘腸粒,再加入米飯,再倒入自家調配的鹹蛋黃長醬炒至粒粒分明, 然後巧妙之處就是在於最後會加入一些西瓜蓉再爆炒幾下才上菜,而且呢個炒飯的擺盤確實冇得輸,入挑空整個西瓜,將部份炒飯釀入其中,在將其他飯平鋪咗啲碟面,上面加上幾片西瓜和青檸作點綴,擺盤非常吸睛;而且味道非常香口,鹹香的蛋黃,惹味的臘腸,鮮甜的蟹肉,再來清甜的西瓜味,還可以在食之前加上一些青檸汁,這個配搭起嚟絕對是一個美的和諧,味道十分有層次,我和朋友也不禁讚美這一道真的是值得我們thumb up👍的菜式

🔮斑蘭布甸法包配自家製椰子雪糕   
超級signature的甜品,自家製的班蘭布甸青BB,確實非常搶眼, 法棍包新鮮烤焗外脆內軟熟,斑斕布甸質地冰涼,味道香甜滑溜,一冷一熱, 口感很有驚喜,而自家製的椰子雪糕味清甜而椰香味濃郁,有清新口腔之感

經過銅鑼灣東角道總會見到一共兩層既餐廳,上層一片七彩燈籠,打造到越南會安鎮咁,好岩打卡。星期三晚去到仲有live band添,真係幾有氣氛。安格斯生牛肉湯河($148)湯底牛骨味濃郁之餘帶點清甜,重點安格斯牛好重牛味之餘,每塊都有小小厚度,唔係好薄果啲,然後咬落去係好林好有牛味,真係好好食🤤。同埋睇相以為好生,其實浸一浸啲湯底就熟晒㗎啦。西貢雞春子湯檬 ($119)好足料,足足兩排雞,同埋啲雞件都幾大件,食落有種淡淡地既醃料味,都幾滑唔柴。雞春子係好似蛋黃咁,而湯頭都幾清甜,我加咗小小青檸就感覺fresh d,食咁多件雞都冇咁滯。小食自選拼盤 ($120)豬肉春卷/2件 • 粉包炸两/6件 • 柑桔汁雞翼/2件一共有九款小食可以比自己揀,今次揀嘅呢三款,最欣賞豬肉春卷同埋粉包炸两,春卷炸到好香口,餡料又好食,粉包都幾特別,似平時我哋食開嘅炸兩,不過入面唔係油炸鬼而係春卷。斑斕布甸法包配自家製椰子雪糕 ($148)法包係外脆內軟,斑斕布甸相對流質啲,不過好濃斑斕味,中意斑斕味既一定好中意呢個甜品,而且椰子🥥雪糕唔算好甜,同法包又好match!

湯底牛骨味濃郁之餘帶點清甜,重點安格斯牛好重牛味之餘,每塊都有小小厚度,唔係好薄果啲,然後咬落去係好林好有牛味,真係好好食🤤。同埋睇相以為好生,其實浸一浸啲湯底就熟晒㗎啦。

一直都好想嚟呢間餐廳到時,結果今日終於來到食午餐。首先入到去睇過餐牌,完全沒有散叫,全部都係餐,但都可以接受。牛肉湯味道可以嘅,但咖喱檬粉味道怪怪,個餐可以加小食,我就叫咗粉包同甜品,結果睇到真實個甜品,簡直個心想少一聲,個糕竟然收我$36 ,係普通地方買一盒都係咁上下價錢!我覺得中伏了
