我覺得茶樓好有人情味,每碟餸上菜嘅時候都會問你好唔好食!可能我哋本身去過,同店員都認得👍🏻 但係店員同經理記得自己嚟過先至勁!價錢唔算好貴,平過一般大酒樓三分之一~ 所以好抵食,如果非必要去高級餐廳二又想同屋企人有餐簡簡單單嘅飯聚,我覺得可以值得一試

花菰生皇扣鵝掌  $128 , 用鐵鍋上枱保持熱度, 花菇, 鵝掌很大隻, 燘得很稔甜, 調味好醬汁多, 配菜有爽口生菜.  侍應很細心, 如客人忙於跳舞, 可以先把鐵鍋蓋上.

今年又系去這裡食團年飯。因為年尾關係,只有指定全包宴或餸菜叫。第一味上嘅系糯米飯,跟左碟𧐢油(?),個飯好濕又冇乜料,入口有d '聲'味,奇怪!鹽焗雞1隻,幾大隻,但冇乜味,入口似食緊白切雞咁。菠蘿生炒骨,甜酸度適中,冇乜肉又太多骨。金銀旦豆苗,份量大,鹹/皮旦都吾少,豆苗煮到好油,味道就吾錯。龍𧄌仔1條,蒸到剛剛離骨,又多葱花,個豉油汁都好味。炒牛柳粒,好惹味,仲有d西芹、腰果粒。蒸魚肉豆付,冇試。生菜魚肉豆腐煲,冇試。白飯5個,白粥2個,埋單 $1000/9個人。抵食,但吾好食!

Food was average, nothing special. The live music and the singers were pleasant and my parents had fun dancing. What ruined my mood was a waitress who told me not to take pictures of the dance floor because she said people would complain. In anger I asked, "Can I take pictures of me and my family?" Waitress- "Yes, but no flash." There was 1 visible "No Photo" sign. This rule would be more clear if there was adequate signage. I'm fine with following regulations, but I do not appreciate a harsh sc

石硤尾地標之一,彩龍大酒樓連捉精靈都有check Point 地位舉足輕重,其實已經由細食到大,但新舊交替既感覺好唔同,以前既顧客係一家大细而家已經大部分長者幫襯食物水準依舊不錯,今次有驚喜係雜會炒面面脆材料多但點心就差左,用料冇以前咁好,但味道係差唔多既,相信廚師也依舊。大家覺得新舊時代既轉變呢

菠蘿生炒骨,份量大,排骨不脆,甚多骨,個汁就酸甜適中。

蒜蓉豆苗,份量不少,但豆苗個莖好長及有點老,可幸味道也不錯。

薑汁炒芥蘭,帶點薑汁的芥蘭,炒得剛剛好,芥蘭只有菜遠部分,好嫩,正!


羊腩煲併生菜1份,個汁好浠,冇乜味,d枝竹也不入味,冬菇,筍,馬蹄不少,但羊腩就不多。

龍㚄仔2條,蒸得老左少少,個豉油汁調得不錯,䓤花也多,都算ok。

糯米飯,冇乜料,好似荷葉飯,好濕,不好吃,食到最後,仍有半碟無人問津,稍后看見隔黎枱也有半碟食不下便結賬跑了。

芋頭油鴨煲,冇試,個汁好傑,佢地話d芋頭炆得吾太淋。

蒸魚肉豆腐,冇試,但佢地話吾錯。

白飯3碗,白粥5碗,埋單 $1125(10人),街坊價錢,算抵食,味道就一般。

可能近年尾,個個食團年飯,今晚全場滿座!

大年初一,lahris當然要四出拜年,第一站去左石硤尾南山邨的彩龍大酒樓,聽聞呢間酒樓咁多年都屹立不倒,全靠街坊撐場新正頭諗住食餐好,兩圍枱都喪叫點心,然後,問題就來了,舅父話我地兩圍枱同一張單,樓面果位呀姨就好正路咁幫我地寫75A及75,落晒單,點心list都gen out,一個似係較高級的經理呀姨竟然話唔得,硬要張本來係61枱號寫做75,而我坐的那張真正的75號枱就變成61...連我自己都覺得混亂,上菜的呀姐們點會唔覺得亂呢?! 結果我成餐茶就負責做傳菜,將點心由61號枱運去75號枱...咁調轉個枱號得唔得? 這可以說是最折衷的方法,高成本效應,呀姐見到枱號就識自己將點心送去正確的地方啦!這個時候,有位部長又走埋泥,話唔可以咁做!!! wtf 真係火都泥! 唔開佢年都唔得,「剛剛你的同事搞到亂晒...依家所有點心都調亂晒啦..」之後,部長就嚴陣以待,企喺我地旁邊,幫我地處理好..服務就唔再講,講食物質素部份點心是okay的,叉燒腸腸粉又薄又滑,餡料又足,不錯不錯奶黃包也不錯,比起所謂的流沙包,這裡的奶黃更滑,我們這一圍枱KO了三籠叉燒包好軟熟,而且餡料好多豆苗餃皮薄,仲有蝦,正糯米
