龍燒賣($46)一籠有四款口味:懷舊、麻辣牛肉、龍蝦汁墨魚及滷水鵪春蛋。懷舊燒賣算比較正常,但沒有蝦膠,肥豬肉的比例又太高,只吃到爽口口感,缺少了豬肉的鮮味及咬口。其餘三款創新口味燒賣實在不敢恭維。麻辣牛肉古靈精怪,乾蒸牛肉燒賣好食過佢;龍蝦汁墨魚沒有龍蝦汁味,只似普通蒸墨魚丸。滷水鵪鶉蛋燒賣最難食,鵪鶉蛋浸煮時間過長,又硬又實、亦沒有滷水味;用上懷舊燒賣的相同餡料,完全唔匹配。如果品嚐過傳統口味的懷舊點心鵪鶉蛋燒賣,高下立判。

星期六一起伸想飲早茶諗起上次巴士經過灣仔見到呢間新興酒樓,一於試吓! 😍😍得咗一陣終於入到去叫咗三款嘢食,燒賣都好多款,我地叫咗傳統燒賣,豬肉偏肥多,整體都可以。之後叫咗呢個類似炸蝦卷嘅味道正常一般般仲有呢個鳳爪排骨飯呢個反而有驚喜,鳳爪排骨份量唔錯,鳳爪色澤、肉質都好,飯唔乾身整體來講,餐廳裝潢特別,點心都別具特色,服務尚可,不過星期六日都一定好多人等位,所以下次想試其他點心都係平日去好了☺️

紅色的賣相好精緻,出面都好少可食到紅米腸。紅米腸內包住炸衣同蝦肉,腸粉同炸衣食落外軟內脆,口感一流,食落好似炸兩。蝦肉都非常好食,又爽又鮮。隨餐有3種醬汁,我覺得配甜辣醬最好食,麻醬都ok,佢呢款麻醬都幾杰身。

龍點心是一間新派的點心店,裝修新潮有特色,融合懷舊與創新風格,很有中國風,座位寬敞舒適,光鮮整潔,門口有個figure公仔,打卡一流,第一次來的確有驚喜。點心製作精緻,選擇都算多,口味都不錯,很多創意點心可以選擇,還有綜合點心籠可以一次過滿足多樣的點心要求,創新又有心思,好可愛;好獨特,賣相吸引,價錢就不算抵,係有啲貴,服務有待改善。

難得星期日放假諗住出黎試下新野掃下雷點知一掃就中伏又貴又難食,連壺茶都無味,平時office 翻沖五六次個茶包都濃味過佢最基本既點心都未做好 走黎做Fusion,叫左個一龍大滿足同龍燒賣,十粒野無一粒正常,連最普通既燒賣都難食過街邊嗰啲點心鋪。 個蝦多士得一浸千年油味,同要連埋舊蝦殼係中間又唔食得,唔想整污糟隻手成舊放入口仲有㔆親,啲嘢食處理好先拎出嚟俾人食啦,留返,喺度做乜,拎嚟打卡都唔係靚啦。服務又差,入去食餐飯,俾人當臭四請都唔會再黎 痴能線 真係屎都好食過佢
