小時還有「夜茶」的時候 基本上每逢星期五 晚上🌃都會和爸媽一起吃點心 作 晚餐🥣 但現在「夜茶」都沒在營業了有次坐 巴士🚌 經軒尼斯道時 發現晚間時份 還有家霓虹燈點心店馬上約了時間 下班後來吃~~港原味燒賣拼盤 $68一個蝦餃燒賣控 一個燒賣控 又怎能不吃這盤~每個格子都是不同口味呢,粟米🌽  肉粒燒賣又真的有忌廉汁在裡面 而 粟米🌽 肉粒又真和平日吃到的「盤頭飯」有像芫荽馬蹄燒賣芫荽們溫柔散發 初吃芫荽者也能接受蜆蚧魚肉燒賣噢~~第一口很有熟悉感 知道是魚肉們 但完全不腥!!尾韻時 很有平日吃到的鯪魚球的味道(而且混打得非常細膩沙嗲牛頸脊燒賣還沒進口就已經有股沙嗲的香味 大家可能覺得這就不是牛肉球嗎?但他們所用的牛頸脊真是吃得到的美味 脂肪相對較少 有咬口 牛香味更濃甜梅菜扣肉燒肉喜歡💕  這~~裡面有一小粒一小粒的梅菜 而肉 又完全不肥不膩但又和過往吃到的梅肉扣肉像似不用一大塊肥肉吃光 但又能品嚐到回憶中的美滿懐舊燒賣吃了這麼多不同的燒賣 還以為這顆不就是平平沒奇的燒賣嗎?誰知 他們所用的豬肉有咬口微Q彈 蝦🦐 又微紮實 還有汁流出68塊就有6個不一樣的享受口體驗、試新感~可以啦

味道唔傳統,餐具污糟好地地香港點心硬係要加辣味落去例如鳳爪排骨飯點比細路食,但係放左辣椒係面頭蒸,辣到個細路一啖都食唔到拉絲菠蘿包淨係食到舊包入面有一舊硬實實既甜糕,完全無拉絲舖面裝修光猛,不過呢,碗碟異常污糟油膩我自己將碗碟洗左三次都未甩到油膩感最後要拜託店員幫手係後面用熱水洗先洗到如果唔係今日湊細路,細路太餓既話我一早起身走左全間舖由樓面到客人全部都係講普通話感覺唔係做香港本地人既店 可能係小紅書熱推?

好地地香港點心硬係要加辣味落去

早前喺灣仔大樓辦事有search過附近的食肆,收藏過呢間點心,見食評都幾好,今次臨時起意過黎試一試。夜晚到店鋪門口㩒飛等位,眼見店內其實空間唔大,仲有幾張都係2人坐4人檯,毛毛雨一陣陣都企住等左有15分鐘,除左我哋暫時冇人等位。入到店內坐低自己scan QR落單,等嘢食期間無意聽到店員話有張檯坐左兩粒鐘??門外其實有提示寫住用餐時間60分鐘。心諗,食客喺點心舖度傾閒計唔覺意傾到過晒鐘,2人坐緊4人檯,店內其實有張吉嘅2人檯,店外我哋仲等緊4人檯,咁店員都冇諗過上前提醒一下?明白食肆唔想有趕客行為,但係咪都要考慮下仲有人等緊位?嗌嘅嘢食陸續上黎,都算快。點心實際上睇落冇食評咁吸引,用料足但味道唔出彩,賣相就肯定比茶樓好好多,不過慣左去親食肆都影相打卡嘅家人,今次興致麻麻。提醒我以後openrice嘅食評要認真辯別下,唔係單單指今次)。全程應該係得店員嘅服務態度算好。睇menu心水唔多,淨係嗌左四樣嘢,埋單茶位加一$350起。食嘢過程中檯與檯距離太近,唔小心整污糟隔離台食客件衫,不停道歉先至無起到大爭執,期間無店員上前關心過。之後用餐氣氛相當差,仲要睇住時間交檯。講返食物,喺附近可以一試,
