The Japanese restaurant in Central borrows the name of the pornographic magazine Lung Fu Pao. The logo and interior are filled with neon colour. The plate and poster are playfully pornographic. Despite its gimmick, the food there is prepared delicately with refined ingredients.Spicy Salmon roll $128Eight pieces of minced spiced salmon rolls are sprinkled with dry shallots and topped with Japanese mayo. Spicy Salmon roll $128
Eight pieces of minced spiced salmon rolls are sprinkled with dry shallots and topped with Japanese mayo. Not too spicy and the flavours are well balanced.
Dragon Balls $68
I recommend these fried mentaiko corn balls, definitely one of my favourite dishes of the night. The tender fried balls of dough with bits of sweet corn are satisfying.
Seared Salmon w/ Jalapeno 2p $58
The seared salmon is paired well with the creamy hot jalapeno sauce.
One Night Stand $98
What a name for the soft and tender grilled squid.
Snapper Carpaccio $158
Another favorite dish of the night. The itamae sliced and served the sashimi with precision and expertise, ensuring that each of the eight thinly sliced snapper is made with utmost care and attention to detail. Oishii!
Grilled Skewer
Squid Stick w/ Prawn $58
Wing $38
Eggplant $28
It’s always a good idea to have a few skewers in the Japanese restaurant.
Kanjuku Momo Saida $50
