同朋友去中環搵食,見到呢間叫龍虎豹餐廳,日式餐廳但裝修懷舊中式風格,menu 見佢哋嘅菜式好多元化,於是就試試鯛魚刺身絕對令我驚艷。鯛魚新鮮鮮美,切得薄片,肉質鮮嫩,入口即化,嚐到魚的鮮甜秋葵串燒秋葵燒得剛剛好,外脆內嫩,配上炭火烤香味,好好味!炸雞炸得金黃酥脆,肉質嫩滑多汁,外脆內嫩,一口咬落去真係好滿足。燒粟米粟米燒得金黃,外皮炭燒香脆,內裏粒粒飽滿,甜味十足,真係好好食!雞翼串燒雞翼燒得恰到好處,肉質鮮嫩多汁,外皮炭燒香脆,加上燒烤醬汁,味道更加突出。龍卷龍卷內有吞拿魚、蟹肉、牛油果同蟹子,組合得好豐富。卷得好緊實,一咬落去,各種食材嘅味道交織在一齊,口感豐富。

雞翼燒得恰到好處,肉質鮮嫩多汁,外皮炭燒香脆,加上燒烤醬汁,味道更加突出。

龍卷
龍卷內有吞拿魚、蟹肉、牛油果同蟹子,組合得好豐富。卷得好緊實,一咬落去,各種食材嘅味道交織在一齊,口感豐富。

喺中環Soho區嘅呢一間龍虎豹,聽就聽得朋友講得多啦,今日終於的起心肝同朋友兩個人嚟試一試佢,佢個門口嘅design已經好特別㗎啦,全部都係用霓虹燈寫住大大隻龍虎豹三隻字,入到去更加特別全部長身都連咗龍虎豹或者一啲比較特別圖案嘅圖畫😚😚😚仲有大大隻吹氣Barbie係天花板😂😂😂講返食物,當日叫咗啲串燒同埋燒粟米,帶子刺身,蘑菇湯,每一樣個味道都唔錯,特別推介個燒粟米好香口好好味,但係每一碟個份量都比較細,如果係大胃王嘅話,就要有心理準備可能要叫多幾份啦,整體來講價錢喺中環來講唔算特別貴,但係每一碟菜式嘅份量真係比較細,所以性價比唔算太高,但係餐廳嘅氣氛design玩味都會值得大家來試一試

喺中環Soho區嘅呢一間龍虎豹,聽就聽得朋友講得多啦,今日終於的起心肝同朋友兩個人嚟試一試佢,佢個門口嘅design已經好特別㗎啦,全部都係用霓虹燈寫住大大隻龍虎豹三隻字,入到去更加特別全部長身都連咗龍虎豹或者一啲比較特別圖案嘅圖畫😚😚😚仲有大大隻吹氣Barbie係天花板😂😂😂

講返食物,當日叫咗啲串燒同埋燒粟米,帶子刺身,蘑菇湯,每一樣個味道都唔錯,特別推介個燒粟米好香口好好味,但係每一碟個份量都比較細,如果係大胃王嘅話,就要有心理準備可能要叫多幾份啦,整體來講價錢喺中環來講唔算特別貴,但係每一碟菜式嘅份量真係比較細,所以性價比唔算太高,但係餐廳嘅氣氛design玩味都會值得大家來試一試

充滿香港特色的餐廳,主打日本料理~入到餐廳入面,大開眼界,牆紙係龍虎豹刊物,第一次見識到!食物方面,點咗加加州州卷,裏面有雪蟹肉、香辣油甘魚、芒果莎莎、辣青椒,少少辣辣地、但帶有清新的感覺。油甘魚夠晒多,入口脂香。鯛魚蒲切排得好靚,鐘意佢嘅調味,有芝麻、香葱等,好香,刺身也鮮甜。白汁蒜香蘑菇蘑菇湯加入唔同嘅菇菌,有金菇、蘑菇等,好豐富,而且啲菇索晒啲汁,好juicy~串燒有好多款,蔬菜類點咗茄子、秋葵。肉類點咗雞翼,雞皮仲係脆脆地,仲熱辣辣!但都唔夠炸雞正,外脆內軟,沙律醬令到炸雞更滋味。飲品除咗有酒精飲品,都有其他非酒精類,例如蜜桃汽水和波子汽水,令人冰爽涼快~

當後悔有d overorder時, 5件加州卷就上菜了
開始擔心會食唔晒, 點知加州卷又打開左個胃多一次
就咁睇個卷因為蟹肉同飯撞左色貌似餡料好少咁, 所以一入口非常驚喜
蟹肉份量超大方再加埋牛油果,多左種绵軟潤滑既感覺
