本人對中餐米芝蓮確實都有期待嘅
不過 食完呢餐 應該唔會再行入四季

首先 我們book左包房 訂左菜單
用餐嘅服務都幾好嘅 (但係成日出出入入都唔幫我地關門)

Pic 1️⃣: 葡汁鱸魚千絲酥 - $108 hkd
— This sounded really interesting on the menu but the flavours weren’t as rich as what I had in mind. The flavour of the Portuguese sauce is quite faint, though the sea bass flavour was really pronounced. The puff itself had a crispy exterior though it was a bit oily.


Pic 2️⃣: 崧子叉燒菠蘿包 - $108 hkd
— The pineapple crust was crispy and contrasted well with the softness of the bun. The chasiu filling was flavourful and I really loved the addition of pine nuts for added texture and fragrance.


Pic 3️⃣&4️⃣: 非同「飯」響 - $350 hkd
— A MUST ORDER! I’ve heard so much about this “fried rice” and had to try it out for myself. This isn’t actually made with rice but actually Puntalette pasta that is cooked and stir fried to a dry finish that resembles rice. This dish was boasting with flavour coming from the minced beef and X.O sauce. This is definitely a dish to try out if you’re looking for something unique with complex flavours.


Pic 5️⃣: 花枝帶子鳳眼餃 - $108 hkd
— The cuttlefish filling was flavourful and had a nice springy texture. Loved the chopped fresh scallops on top.


Pic 6️⃣: 竹笙雜菌餃 - $108 hkd
— Fragrant mushroom filling. Usually not a fan of bamboo piths but these really added a “crunchy” texture to the dumpling which I enjoyed.


Pic 7️⃣: 黃湯雞粒粉粿 - $108 hkd
— This was their special weekend dimsum! The dumpling had a rich chicken broth filling that was bursting with flavour. However the texture of the dumpling was overly soft.

— Presentation is super adorable! They definitely did not skimp on the amount of crabmeat in this. Each bite was full of crabmeat with a strong crab flavour that paired really well with the accompanying vinegar.

炒得乾爽粒粒分明係有既,但呢個只不過係最低要求,成碟飯完全冇鑊氣食落唔香口。海鮮份量極少,質素亦好普通,呢個情況下仲要將海鮮切到咁碎,冇口感之餘亦冇鮮味。而調味都可以完全冇特色,材料普通咪加啲鮮味啲既調味料,落XO醬都好過而家就咁落鹽糖去炒啦。收得咁貴仲要唔比心機去炒,想點?

完美是一個十分主觀的感覺,屬於一個非常個人的期望,但若忽略了客觀的條件,便會破壞了事情,更可能令人失望及沮喪。品嘗米芝蓮三星中餐廳,對食物質素有要求是十分正常的,但如對每一細節都與城中最高水平比較,大家難免會有疑惑;個別招牌食物已有太多人評論過,不贅了,我反而想講一些綜合的感覺。海景真是美,但餐廳樓層略低,景觀有點雜亂,太高太低也是不好,始終覺得 sky lounge 的正維港景才是最漂亮的。談到食物,菠蘿义燒包的外皮造得極好,有爆開,鬆化但又緊貼包身,不會一邊咬,包皮一邊四散,師傅心機與技巧功不可沒,但义燒醬卻剷得不夠香,不是不濃,而真是較平淡,义燒吃得出是鬆化的,但切得又頗厚,是要咬多幾口的,我個人就較為喜歡傳統的薄切了。椒鹽田鷄腿最值得一試,脆漿水準滿分,而雖然田鷄肉質嫩滑,但難明為何吃不出田鷄肉的鮮甜味。但最精彩的是墊底的炸銀魚,用了炸雀巢的技巧,卻棄用芋絲,口感味道都提升不少,根本可以獨立成菜,收2丶3百個大洋絕不為過,現在當陪襯奉上,更令這道菜成為超值之選,我個人認為這比田鷄腿更可口。服務是非常貼身的,很到位,侍應似是時刻都觀察着顧客,但又不會令人有壓迫感,但不知是否我挑剔

難得地去左龍景軒食晚餐,雖然我冇預先request要海景位,但餐廳好貼心預備左窗口位比我地。由於餐廳每道菜式逐樣上菜,等我地食完一道再上另一道,我地由6點半開始食到8點半可以清楚睇到日落同維港夜景,真係一次好滿意嘅餐飲體驗!一開始茶藝師會為我地沖茶,我地分別揀左小青柑普洱同鳳凰單叢:前者味道較濃郁帶酸後陳皮味,茶藝師表示呢款消滯用效原錯;後者則比較清香帶甘。龍帶玉梨香整體其實係蝦膠加帶子,口感彈牙,配合香梨不但增加口感仲令味道好清新!中間仲夾雜左啲金華火腿令味道更有層次。廚師精選三拼分別係厚切叉燒、蝦多士同鴨舌。先講叉燒,厚切但一啲都唔鞋唔韌,肉質非常鬆軟!蝦多士好鬆脆,亦唔會好油膩,蝦膠都係彈牙。鴨舌無骨方便食,滷水入味!菜膽北菇燉竹笙個人覺得味道略嫌太咸。北菇不單止聞落好香,食落都好香而且有甘味。薑蔥蝦球皇相對咁多道菜泥講呢道菜比較平庸,蝦有啲韌而且冇咩鮮味。純粹薑蔥搭夠有味。蠔皇南非鮮鮑伴和牛面肉鮑魚好有鮮味亦好軟滑,好食!和牛面肉好滑一啲都唔鞋,好味!之後有道上湯杞子浸時蔬,不過忘了影相。xo 醬法國乳鴿崧炒米型意粉初時見賣相以為係炒飯,點知原來係米型意粉,比一般米飯更加煙韌!

xo 醬法國乳鴿崧炒米型意粉
初時見賣相以為係炒飯,點知原來係米型意粉,比一般米飯更加煙韌!米型意粉炒得好乾身亦都唔油膩!配埋佢地嘅自家製xo 醬法國乳鴿崧更加香口!

香芒楊枝甘露
令人最驚喜係楊枝甘露下面原來仲有一層芒果布甸!層次豐富而且仲有西米增加口感,粒粒芒果肉唔會過酸好食!

食完呢個甜品同時會再上另一壺茶消滯,非常貼心!之後佢地加送左另外2款甜點比我地試:

椰汁紅豆糕加奶黃酥
紅豆糕唔會整到好硬,淡淡椰香味唔會搶左紅豆味。奶黃酥上檯時仲係微熱👍🏽好重奶黃味不過食落有點兒膩。
