今年慶祝生日揀咗龍亭,俾kkday買一送一既promo吸引咗。見佐敦本店都有唔少正評,中環又新開,諗住試吓點知真係伏味濃。事前有打電話remark bar枱同慶祝生日。去到有安排bar枱但擺到明夾硬砌多至少2-3個位出嚟,我係個個時間段最後一個入座,坐中間同旁邊客人真係手貼手。坐得唔舒服真係已經扣哂分,但因為想睇師傅燒所以無出聲調去普通位坐。個晚同一時段6點入座未計普通位,bar枱已經有10個客人,但得一個師傅,睇得出overbook哂。師傅好盡力想同內場同事協調,希望我哋唔會等太耐野食,appreciate 佢。但係內場同事服務真係有待加強,前菜order次序亂哂有甩漏。慶祝生日既人唔少,甜品有special deco。可惜唔記得上我甜品不得止,仲無埋生日既special request ,留意到當晚都有其他客人有同樣情況。唔夠staff,service真係唔夠經驗。有經驗既又掛住sell酒。食物中上個人感覺偏咸成個體驗真係差。

真係唔明點解咁多好評,唯一合理解釋係比錢買打手。好衰唔衰又中左計,比好評呃左,去左一試,心諗:其實將啲「廣告費」放係食材到,真係會好好多。起碼,啲沙律菜新鮮啲,唔係「霉」既;起碼,帶子係新鮮,唔係冰鮮。又或者,將啲心機放係處理食材,唔係整色整水,最最起碼,糖心蛋唔會有蛋殼,法國生蠔唔會有蠔殼碎…….丫,話時話,標明係日本高級餐廳,佢對筷子同普通茶餐廳嘅筷子係一樣。起碼,都俾返對日式尖頭嘅筷子我丫,夾粒魚子會容易啲丫嘛!

價錢一啲都唔平但食物水準有待改善餐廳管理都有啲亂落單又落到錯晒廚師同職員都好似唔知發生咩事啲海鮮切晒喺度等成個鐘頭都冇得食個個人都望住等最慘係啲小朋友同老人家非常失望如果唔係額外叫咗海鮮真係冇可能食唔飽但係價錢就貴咗好多優惠又冇咗從網上嗰條片比較有好大嘅落差連最基本嘅炒飯都做得唔好點樣叫高級日本餐廳呀?如果大家都有去過其他日本餐廳就知道呢間餐廳質素有問題冇比較冇傷害大家真係要有有心理準備

記得朋友講過龍亭鐵板燒出名抵食,仲要好新鮮。前菜今次冇點套餐,反而單點都好多驚喜。海鮮新鮮肉品選擇多。斑馬瀨尿蝦新鮮得讓人驚艷,肉質鮮甜,超級享受,手臂咁長,大尺寸,仲要滿滿膏。接著是厚牛舌,經過精心調味,用鐵板一烤,外焦裡嫩,汁水四溢,粉嫩粉嫩爽彈的口感。然後,鵝肝炒飯也是必試,香濃的鵝肝和炒飯搭配,層次感十足,絕對讓你的味蕾驚喜飯粒煙韌。而A5和牛厚燒更是鐵板燒的亮點,肉質嫩滑,油花分布得恰到好處,瞬間熱烤後肉汁四溢,和牛的極致享受。喺佐敦嘅分店已經好出名,估唔到開咗喺中環更加方便。服務一流,更設有吧枱和普通位置,單點和套餐都任君選擇。
