燒得恰到好處,肉質鮮嫩多汁,每口都是享受!


**菊花豆腐白麵豉湯**
這道濃郁的豬骨昆布豆腐湯,豆腐切得非常精緻,
展現了廚師的刀工。但稍微有點鹹。


**黑松露海鮮炒飯**
我最期待的就是炒飯,看到廚師將白飯炒至金黃的過程十分過癮。這裡的炒飯材料豐富,廚師不斷添加蘭王蛋、海膽醬和黑松露,最後還加上三文魚籽和鮮蝦。炒飯外脆內乾,每一粒都炒得非常入味,讓我有些後悔沒有再要多一些。


**甜品**
最後是紫薯雪糕配大馬士革玫瑰,味道不會過甜,紫薯的香濃味道恰到好處。最有趣的是裡面的爆珠,咬開會有如紅豆沙般的味道,十分過癮。
