Came by for the breakfast the other day and was presented a table immediately upon arrival.Started off with the milk tea and it wasn't very good. It wasn't very smooth and was bitter.Moved on to the toast and it was too thick.The over-easy egg was okay and the ham was very thin.The satay beef nissin ramen was excellent. Definitely a must-try.Service was okay as other patrons were being loud in the dining room!

We went with the obvious choices today, which were a set of Pork Chop Buns, Egg Tarts and some Noodles with Curry Potatoes. All very macau style dishes and all were good in taste. Served hot (important!) and fresh.

早了過海,是日的我在銅鑼灣找地方食早餐,而比較多優越既早餐地點有,就是謝斐道的銅鑼灣段。已經拜訪過不少這一頭的茶餐廳,新的,舊的,連快餐店都食過。是日,開始去拜訪"名牌"茶餐廳了。而名牌的第一章,就是澳門茶餐廳。其實有點好笑,我剛去了澳門兩次,一回來香港,就來食返澳門野,是怪就真是怪了點。不過,香港同澳門的文化差異並不太,說真,香港的茶餐廳文化同澳門的茶餐廳文化,的確是大同。我被安排坐上去樓上的雅座,在餐牌看到的,我所點食的,也就是我每次寫茶餐廳早餐食評中,經常會看見的五香肉丁公仔麵。肉丁粒,肉厚方正,湯底是有味的,絕對不是光身麵的無味湯底,早上的麵,有肉有菜配套仲有蛋有麵包,感覺豐富。人家食的英式早餐,就是大魚大肉的腸仔、煙肉、茄汁豆;歐式早餐就是麥皮牛奶加麵包;而真正的港式早餐,就是公仔麵、煎蛋同方包。各有各特色,而我常吃的港式早餐,這兒做得很是出色。

請問香港法例列明了十五分鐘的規定嗎? 反正我喝了一口, 按道理也會把它倒掉, 不會讓其他客人喝吧? 早說或遲說有什麼不同? 一杯奶茶的成本有多高? 我真的是第一次遇上如此囂張的"部長"!

今時今日這樣的服務態度, 不趕客才奇怪!

午飯不知吃什麼好,和同事去了澳門茶餐廳。見到有蕃茄螺絲粉便二話不說地點了。 因為蕃茄配雜菜和牛肉一定很好吃~! 比我預期的更好~! 有很多配料,而且是熱騰騰,太快吃會盪傷口的那種。湯也不錯很濃郁,很香蕃茄味。只是茶餐廳的人手一到中午便十分不足夠。雖然可見待應們都已很勤快,但點菜很難叫到待應,要舉約3mins手。幸好上菜算是不慢的,不需等太久。等天氣再冷,去吃一碗熱盪盪的蕃茄牛肉螺絲粉一定很暖身~! ^^

多年來光顧澳門茶餐廳的次數,一隻手數得晒。早上要到崇光買東西,便先來吃個早餐。當然不是吃甚麼醒身早餐ABC,而是吃個豬扒包,加杯熱奶茶。到過澳門多次,從沒到過大利來吃個豬扒包,反而在其他地方,吃過些不錯的。豬扒包也是用豬仔包,入口脆而帶鬆軟,中間的豬扒則乾了一點。配角炒蛋尚算香滑,吃下去更有蛋汁流出。另外的奶茶,結構頗薄,奶味多過茶味,不是一杯好奶茶。

成日都鍾意來買這間的萄撻返回食,今天正好有時間路過,約咗朋友傾D事,食D嘢先。門口企著個水牌:用餐請在此候位。我一個人入咗也沒有人理我,知道人家生意好也不敢坐卡位,自動自覺坐在了靠窗的二人台,餐廳內燈光倒也算光猛,乾淨明亮。朋友還沒到,我點了一只萄撻、一個通菜煲、一碗雲吞(六只),朋友來時我已食咗雲吞和萄撻。朋友再加了碟豬扒炒公仔面、一杯紅豆冰。萄撻:甚是好味,皮夠脆、夠薄,上面的焦糖不太甜,恰到好處;因爲太好味,我們食咗五只,只是麻煩了侍應生,如此繁忙還要讓他們分三次加單並送到台面。通菜煲:上台時嚇我一跳,以爲侍應生上錯食品啦,好大個煲仔,打開見的通菜的顔色倒是不錯,但味道就不必恭維了,除了鹹還是鹹,唯有用雲吞的湯洗過再食,仲有些沙。雲吞:有六只,不是太飽滿倒也有蝦味,算新鮮,仲有幾條鮮嬾的唐生菜伴在裏面。湯都算清,基本上沒有什麽油。炒公仔面:很是幹身,少油。豬扒很香,生粉的味道不俗,公仔面炒之前煮的時間掌握得很好,買相不錯,只是碟子太多缺陷。紅豆冰是朋友獨享的,見佢飲得見底應該不會差到哪裏去。用餐中見到成間餐廳真係好旺,沒停過。兩三個的就多數要上樓上搭台,或卡座就要求坐在一邊,茶餐

i went around 11 pm on a friday night. i was super hungry. upon entering, there was no wait. it's a pretty fast service place, i wouldn't expect top notch service, but they bring out your orders very fast.there are a lot of choices at this restaurant, it's not a fancy place, it's more like a diner. i decided to order the famous pork chop buns with scramble eggs and two pieces of fried dumplings. it was THE BEST PORK CHOP BUNS EVER. the buns were crispy and baked perfectly. the fried pork chop ba

the fried pork chop baked with rice was delicious as well. the tomato sauce was excellent as well.

the seafood over rice with creamy sauce was just okay. i really liked the seafood but i thought the portion was too small. when you finish eating all the seafood, u are left with a lot of rice! i wouldn't order this one again. even though everything was about $30 each, not expensive, but i was feeling hungry after eating there. b/w two people, you should order 3 things to share.

overall, i would go back again just for afternoon snacks. definitely will order the pork buns again!
