參考上面見到有一道餸叫做DIY($58),好奇心驅使之下叫咗啦。原來係自己整嘅類似越南春卷咁樣嘅,有菠蘿,生菜,青瓜,酸菜,而且有濱洗(米粉)。呢碟完全中晒我想食嘅嘢,好有越南嘅風味,味道可以自己調校之餘,仲想食咩就可以揀乜嘢,正。


甜品叫左Sticky rice & coconut ice cream ($118): 完全冇諗到呢兩樣嘢可以加埋一齊,但係加咗一齊又幾好食,好香嘅椰子雪糕,而且糯米飯會係個底嘅,所以加埋一齊食咗幾夾,自己覺得如果可以加少少新鮮嘅椰子肉會更加好。


飲品方面每人叫咗一杯: Citrus Splash ($88) 幾清新容易入口。Mamtom Cooler ($88)比起前者,呢個青檸味道更加突出。French red wine ($75 per glass) 朋友拎嚟送牛扒嘅,佢話正正常常。


總結:自己覺得呢一間雖然話係酒吧,但係嘢食更加出色,絕對啱晒班朋友過嚟傾偈咁樣過一個夜晚,三個人食晒所有嘢都真係幾飽。而且呢度新裝修得幾靚,價錢亦都唔貴,我哋去食嘢嗰晚係平日,但係好耐冇見過全院滿座嘅情況!

*Citrus Splash & Mamtom Cooler*
The Citrus Splash, with galangal, calamansi, mint, and soda, was refreshing. The Mamtom Cooler, with homemade lime cordial and lemongrass, was equally delightful and a perfect way to cleanse the palate.

Overall, MAMTOM delivered an outstanding dining experience with its flavorful dishes and excellent service. I highly recommend visiting for a taste of creative Vietnamese cuisine.

平時行過尖沙咀旁都見到一排酒吧餐廳,但從未試過,今日就約左朋友試下其中一間,呢間餐廳主要係食越南菜。Pho Bo Beaf呢個菜式入面有一大條燒過既牛骨髓,中間既骨髓入口即溶又香口,亦配有牛肉薄片,仲有河粉,河粉質地非常煙韌,湯底唔會太濃味。steamed red snapper with spicy Thai Garlic chili & lemon grass呢個菜式份量十分大,一條好大條既紅鯛魚。用左好多唔同配料香料,食落十分惹味。魚肉大大舊,鮮嫩多汁。DIYdiy其實就係用米紙包左d配料入去而成既菜式,配有生菜、菠蘿、米粉餅、蒜粒、青瓜可以自己diy包黎食,另外仲有酸甜醬,少少辣。成個菜都好有特色。Morning Glory呢款姐係炒通菜,用左蒜頭辣椒炒話爆香,食落香口 ,通菜爽脆。榴連糯米飯配椰子雪糕頂上有榴連蓉,之後就係榴槤雪糕同椰子雪糕,榴槤味極濃,椰子雪糕亦充滿淡淡椰子味,最底層就係糯米飯,成個配塔都好夾,值得一試。Mango silk sling呢款cocktails十分有特色飲落好香芒果味之後帶點椰子味,酒精味唔太濃。Citrus splash呢款係冇酒精係梳打製成
