聽講其他時間去需要排隊,我地係18:30食晚飯,可能比較早到嘅關係唔洗排隊,係門口嘅點餐機叫野食同俾錢就入去吧枱坐。上菜時已經聞到到和牛的香味。和牛丼用左日本尾崎和牛,價錢係$180,雖然整體份量唔算多,但和牛份量都唔少有6-7塊,味道鮮美,肉質柔軟,口感順滑,充滿油脂香味,撈埋蛋黃一齊食味道更加順滑。飯嘅醬汁都調味得啱啱好,成個飯加埋好夾,唔洗10分鐘已經食曬😋另外,餐廳的服務員態度都非常好,值得推薦。

之前去了但一直未有時間寫食評…因為我真係巧中意食牛!所以呢間一直有book mark我地係夜晚過去食嘅,都要排下隊!等左四五個字入座啦!基本上個飯同沾麵點都要試!真心話個沾麵湯少到飛起,仲要唔夠熱呢!個飯又係勁細碗真心覺得有些O咀。生蛋黃加上半生的和牛,整體口感係漏左少少。餃子也是普通,未見突出。唯一要稱讚嘅係啲店員都好有"戲"!上菜上到做騷咁!好鬼ChoK😄體驗感先加翻少少分!所以我認為試一次就足夠了,畢竟價錢都不便宜啊!

真心話個沾麵湯少到飛起,仲要唔夠熱呢!個飯又係勁細碗
真心覺得有些O咀。生蛋黃加上半生的和牛,整體口感係漏左少少。
餃子也是普通,未見突出。唯一要稱讚嘅係啲店員都好有"戲"!上菜上到做騷咁!好鬼ChoK😄體驗感先加翻少少分!所以我認為試一次就足夠了,畢竟價錢都不便宜啊!

牛:和牛級別嘅,但絕非好多食評所講脂肪均勻,有好多片都係有成舊肥膏,並唔係雪花果隻。份量都算ok,食頭一兩片係美味嘅🤭但再食就好油膩,而且飯太少,唔足夠平衡油脂感。🥶

還記得三年多年Wagyumafia開張時的盛況空前, 主理人濱田先生見到如此形勢, 一口氣開了兩條副線, 一條是沾麵店的Mashi No Mashi, 另一條是主打燒肉的Yakinkumafia. 熱潮過後回歸平淡, 三年前Mashi No Mashi剛開張的人潮與盛況, 如今冷清了不少. 唯一不變的是, 從它開張到現在, 依然保持着全香港最貴沾麵的頭銜.繼承着大哥Wagyumafia的浮誇風, Mashi No Mashi的待應同事在菜式上枱前, 也會擺下很Chok的Post而已了經典的打卡位. 說回其沾麵, 絕大部份的成本也落在燒尾崎牛片身上. 微微烤過, 油香肉香豐盈, 肉的質素完全沒有擔心過, 只是為保持牛肉的質素, 烤的時間很短, 所以烤香度就有點不足. 沾汁不是傳統的魚介味為主軸, 而是以牛骨和牛肉粒煮成, 味道濃重而不死鹹, 平衡度高, 再加上蛋香蛋甜夠強的流心蛋, 不能斷定它是全香港沾麵水準的Top 5, 但在味道和價錢上, 印象絕對夠深刻呢! As the second line of famous Wagyumafia, Mashi no Mashi establishes her imagine as the most expensive Tsukemen in Hong Kong. The ingredients are really luxurious as she uses Ozaki Wagyu that is a rare species in Japan. Extremely meaty, juicy and fatty, it really enhance the flavour of the noodles so cannot criticize too much on the pricing.

入到去自肋點餐 款式唔多 但 都 好 好 食 🤤 而且餐廳上菜速度都幾快 食物份量唔算多 加上呢到座位比較少 坐bar枱 同有時鋪頭出面都大排長龍 所以唔係同朋友慢慢吹水嘅地方 而真係嚟食碗好食嘅日本和牛丼😚

Each mouthful of wagyu slice dipped in yolk is just pure bliss of happiness, highly marbled n super tender🤤personally prefer wagyu donburi with genrous amount of beefu, even their rice is filled with bits of wagyu🫰🏼tsukeman topped with ozaki beef, broth is made by brewing of wagyu bone for more than a day, holds onto the noods really well but its slightly too salty for me🥢 will definitely revisit when im craving for wagyu, imagine how goooodd it is, still drooling when im typing this😂

碧咸都話好食你唔係唔嚟試掛?呢間和牛專門店雖然每次嚟都要等位,但真係好出色。舖頭入面有部自助機,齊人買完飛先可以入座。餐廳裝修簡約,只可以容納到12位客人,吧枱座位仲可以望到師傅用噴槍燒和牛。相信大家一定係你哋嘅ig feed 不斷見到佢哋嘅招牌手勢,上菜方式就係拎住碗麵俾食客影相,好有氣勢。

薄切嫩滑嘅和牛沾咗蛋漿,配上淡淡嘅油香味,真係好高質。和牛丼比較有驚喜,除咗牛嘅份量多啲之外,啲飯仲要撈咗啲和牛碎。沾麵用咗宮崎尾和牛骨髓熬製咗超過一日,掛麵配濃郁嘅湯都唔錯,但係有啲鹹。鍾意食和牛嘅一定要黎試吓,真係食過返尋味。

位置不好找,座位不多,而且不設訂座,到店後要留資料排隊呢~ 店內是用自動販賣機先點餐揀好晒食物,然後付款,店員再安排位置坐低,埋位等食呢度有個傳統,上菜前店員都會擺出指定pose 任你影,俾你打卡用🌟半熟和牛飯飯上的生蛋黃非常吸睛,份量有點迷你。。蛋黃加上牛肉同油香毛 非常好味🌟和牛沾麵牛肉好好味,加埋我揀嘅極辛口味沾麵湯,湯味好好好濃,配埋個麵質算彈牙,非常之好味兩個菜式都好高質,但價錢比較進取,食得唔夠暢快。
