OVERALL: minimalistic design with counter seatings giving out a cool and industrial vibe, this one-of-a-kind wagyu tsukemen by @mashinomashi would leave you wanting more with each visit 😋 Expect to wait a while outside, but it’s worth it 👌🏻 Only available in #hongkong, #tokyo and soon in #sydney!
DISHES:
🍜🐮 The Mashi No Mashi Tsukemen - topped with super tender slow-cooked Ozaki beef, Pan really enjoys the chewiness of the noodles dipped in the bowl of strong meaty flavoured broth. Awfully delicious 💯
🐮🍚 Wagyu Donburi - for those who have tried the Tsukemen and want a change, you get more slices of beef with this Donburi and topped with a japanese egg yolk. The perfect order for a chilly afternoon.
