位置比較偏僻,初初給人一種酒香巷子深的感覺。被安排坐在吧檯位,對面的廚師一副生無可戀的樣子在切蔥。一看菜單,一碗麵128,可能是真的很好吃才敢賣這麼貴吧。點了兩份198一位的套餐,共兩個小菜,兩碗麵和兩杯飲品。因為是open kitchen,看到廚師做菜。全部沒戴手套,摸廚具,抓食材,生熟都是同一隻手,用的是電磁爐,心中大概也有了一種不會好吃到哪去的感覺。明明只有兩桌客人,大概花了二十分鐘才上餐點,蝦和所有食材都毫無味道,湯也是一種不新鮮的感覺,在新加坡熟食市場六七新幣一碗的福建蝦麵都好吃過這碗十倍。全程處於一種不知道自己在吃什麼,但不想浪費食物的心理吃了大半。接著就是等飲品,大概等到麵快吃完了才上飲品。看著廚師hea拉兩下送上了拉茶。可怕的體驗,人神共憤。

#麵佬到 (上環)上環永樂街148號南和行大廈地下4號舖-----作為一個喇沙控 B仔不時就會上網搵下有無新ge餐廳有賣喇沙~🤤今次就比我搵到呢間開左唔係好耐ge麵佬啦~見個名好似好麻甩咁 本身仲以為應該係裝修好頹ge地方 點知去到之後發現麻甩ge名之下 竟然係一間裝修好靚ge餐廳😍-馬來西亞喇沙($128)成碗喇沙擺得好靚 謀殺左我電話唔少空間 材料好多 有大蝦 半隻半熟蛋(蛋上有馬拉盞醬)炸魚蛋 白魚蛋 魚片 豆腐pop 通菜等等 麵底就將蛋麵同米粉mixed埋一齊~雖然豐富 但係味道方面 所有食物都唔入味 湯底其實好濃郁 椰奶味好重 但材料好明顯全部分開煮完再擺落湯底 雖然咁做可以擺得好靚 但係就令食材同湯底味道完全融合唔到 浪費左高質ge湯底🥺(整體唔會唔好食 但係因為唔融合而變得相對普通)-炒粿條($118)材料有香港好少見ge泰式肉腸 蜆肉 蛋同蝦 泰式肉腸質感有d似臘腸 但比臘腸腍身d 甜少少 味道好特別 唔多機會食到呢種味道 而蜆肉同蝦都係普通冰鮮質素 雖然唔係所有材料都好出色 但係成個粿條依然調味調得好好 惹味到不得了 比起喇沙入味好多 會令人想返黎再食😄-餐廳加分位

雖然住附近但最近先發現呢間野,不過不在大街,在後行所以除非突登搵,如果唔系唔會經過到。我第一次去叫左個馬來西亞叻沙加左份雞翼,味道好濃好正中,啲料亦系真材實料。好滿意。第二日中午又忍不住再去,叫左炒粿條同埋八抓魚,一樣好正!可能因為在後行所以價錢公道。一定會再去!Very good and authentic Malaysian noodles! The ingredients are fresh and tasty. I went two days in a row!

呢日去完上環做嘢,想起之前聽朋友講永樂街有間餐廳嘅叻沙麵唔錯,於是就嚟到呢間位於永樂街嘅《麵老到 Mean Noodles》。餐廳門口裝修主調以灰色水泥顏色配以深綠色框邊,感覺十分型格。餐廳入面天花及牆身銅色嘅燈罩亦畀人型格嘅感覺。馬來西亞叻沙,賣相漂亮,湯底十分香濃略帶咖喱味,配以大蝦、魚蛋、雞蛋、魚片及豆卜等材料,以黃麵及米線做麵底,整體惹味豐富又好食。呢碗叻沙真係幾好食,下次經過呢頭可以再嚟幫襯。

Oh My God! This was such a delicious treat!The place is a little hidden and not necessarily easy to find, but totally worth it.The deco and design are beautiful (the owner is actually a designer), the staff knowledgeable and kind, and the food was to die for.I'm quite the picky eater but after trying two of their dishes (Char Siu Noodles and Laksa) I would not hesitate to try any new dishes on the menu.

We were lucky that day. The restaurant has just opened at 12 pm for us to try out the food while it was pouring the most. The staff crew had including the bartender had uniform and the owner/Head Chef, Kevin, stood out with casual clothes. Kevin came up to us with a smile. He then patiently and thoroughly explained each item the restaurant has on offer in their brunch option. Apettizers and drinks are offered unlimitedly. For a foodie like me, this is a very desirable option!

Baby octopus with cucumber salad in home-made dressing and pork collar rolls.  Cucumber salad also has a bit of Belacan.  The pork collar rolls have in it slices of carrots and bean sprouts to give a sense of multiple textures.  The rolls are bite size as well which makes it again perfect pairing with alcoholic beverages.

The prawn mee has a nice amount of pairing ingredients.  Kevin asked to  start by squeezing lime juice into the soup in order to strengthen the aroma and give the soup base another dimension of aroma.

It is typical in Malaysia to have a mix of egg noodles and rice noodles in prawn mee.  This gives two different textures in your mouth while having the rich Belacan flavor running through taste buds.  Total enjoyment.  The prawn mee also comes with few slices of fish cakes and fishballs.

With such warmful hospitality, I could not leave the restaurant without asking Kevin to take a photo with me.  It was the first time we met, and I will again pay visits in the future enjoying the food, drinks, the scene and the conversations.

Complimentary Bak Kut Teh.  Kevin is planning to introduce it on the menu soon.  This shows Kevin is such a down-to-earth restaurant owner who values and aporeciates customers' opinions.  He takes customers' opinions very seriously and humbly.  Great works, Kevin!

再嚟就講吓麵食了,今次就叫咗 ”馬來叉燒乾撈麵”,一想到枱之後,本人妻也是醉了,十分精美十分漂亮,叉燒肉質分明,乾撈麵不會有油泡嘅感覺,乾身爽,配合芽菜韭菜襯托,仲有美味嘅花菇,的確係一個頂級嘅麵食。將全部配料攪勻之後,食落口別有一番風味,店舖在面上淋上嘅醬汁鮮甜可口,叉燒入口即化,芽菜韭菜增添口感,再加埋乾撈麵爽口彈牙,花菇每一啖咬落去厚身得來有花菇汁,食落口每一啖都係一個享受。後來有同店家傾計,同返我講原來佢哋嘅叉燒每一日會slow cook 24小時,難怪肉質如此軟熟可口。

“馬來西亞拉茶”:飲落口非常之有茶香,亦都有層次,甜度適中。我自己又係位度偷偷望,真係見到店舖職員係即叫即拉㗎,好貼心。

“草莓梳打”:擺上台已經有驚喜,外表非常吸引眼睛,粉紅色充滿少女心。飲洛口之後唔止咁都淡淡果肉,梳打唔會得一味死甜,兩者配合非常出色。

暑假就快結束,每年這個時候都會來到上環買校服。來到此地,總會找找有沒有特別的餐廳,順便來吃頓午餐。今次來試新餐廳,地點不在大街,但也不難找。「麵佬到」是新派東南亞餐廳,在馬來西亞生活的創辦人從小便對東南亞菜式有濃厚的興趣,是次在香港開店,為香港人炮製最原始的地道東南亞麵食。weekend brunch 中的appetizer 和飲品任點,小食每一款都很有特色,所以差不多每款都點了來試試。 草莓梳打這飲品把士多啤梨blended,加入梳打水,絕對新鮮,天然,和健康,酸酸的,很開胃也很解渴 。 怡保白咖啡不算甜,沒有咖啡的苦澀,很易入口 。點了六款小食,每款都很精緻,可見廚師是多麼的用心。當中有不同的醬料,都是由店主親自調製出來的,非常獨特。以下兩款是我最喜歡的小食,蝦片拌麵老到醬,蝦片已經香脆,蘸上秘製的麵老到醬(味道有點似蝦醬,但又沒這麼濃烈),又香又惹味!另一款是香茅豬頸肉卷,爽脆的豬頸肉包著青瓜和蘿蔔絲,口感層次豐富,令人回味無窮。這款印尼花生沙拉也是我喜愛小食之一,新鮮蔬菜拌酸酸甜甜的醬,真的好滋味!這款香蘭蛋布甸也是很好味,入口有陣陣的香蘭味,也吃到蛋香,也很軟滑!主食選了檳城
