Sirloin - We ordered one of the more expensive meat, which was A5 sirloin. There were alot of marbling on it, and was very juicy and oily, almost melting in my mouth. It was tender and flavourful too.

上星期,親友帶了我去位於銅鑼灣專門食燒肉的餐廳 — 肉料理·廣。極上牛小排:外觀可看到牛脂分佈平均,燒起來牛小排滲出不少油份,完全不乾身,將牛小排燒至五成熟即可食用。肋間肉:個人非常推薦的牛部位,因為油份不會像牛小排的油膩,但依然不乾身而是牛脂油份平均,口感彈牙又不鞋口啊!韓式石鍋飛驒牛肉咖哩飯:咖啡飯上加了芝士,讓咖哩飯中可以做到少許拉司的效果。咖哩味非常濃郁,而飯粒比較黏性的。飛驒牛肉粒口感彈牙,不會覺得單調。但整體份量不算太多,二人食用剛剛好。

好姊妹6月生日,梗係要去食佢至中意的燒和牛啦!Lee間餐廳至抵讚的地方係有位好有耐心去service我地的男性waiter哥哥, 佢非常有耐心咁去解答我和好姊妹的問題(因為我地一見到牛肉就已經失控了)。我地叫左個和牛二人餐,之後再散叫左幾碟和牛(太大食了),總括嚟講牛肉係好味的。而且份量其實都公道。

早前同朋友食和牛放題, 嫌質素參差, 於是係網上搜尋一下香港有冇D比較高質D既牛食, 找到一間位於銅鑼灣樓上舖餐廳, 主打飛驒牛, 價錢雖然偏貴, 但相信一分錢一分貨, 於是就同牛魔王朋友去試試!!餐廳內氣氛走高檔格調, 座位都幾闊落餐牌上有幾款套餐, 當然仲有唔少散叫款式, 有一幅顯示牛唔同部位既架構圖, 大部分名稱都未聽過, 好奇之下, 我地就決定散叫, order 平時較少機會食到牛既部位。而且menu上亦很細心地標明牛唔同部位既油脂量同埋肉質硬度, 選擇時都有些少概念~【極上牛小排】HK$320牛小排有豐富油花, 烤既時候, 牛脂湧出, 令火光四起, 稍為烤至5成熟, 入口一咬, 油花四濺, 整個口都充滿牛脂, 肉質林而且很嫩, 但個人唔太好食太油, 就咁食, 感覺油膩。【和尚頭】HK$200反而較喜歡食呢個部位, 相比之下, 和尚頭雖然肉質沒有牛小排咁嫩, 但肉質都幾林, 牛同油花平均一D, 食落冇咁油。 最後order個飯填飽個肚, 【韓式石鍋飛驒牛肉咖哩飯】HK$120石鍋熱辣辣上檯, 有半溶芝士係面, 又有好多咖哩汁, 散發住陣陣咖哩香, 但因為汁比較多, 就算等了一陣

好耐都冇食燒肉但一般韓式燒肉都滿足唔到我地兩個於是同朋友book左呢間試試一入到去裝飾簡單整潔完全感覺唔到有燒肉既油煙味枱櫈上都完全沒有油垢再細心睇睇貴店所有款待客人既牛肉全部都付有出世紙並且全由日本空運非常講究我地分別叫左一份西冷,後腿肉下側同埋和尚頭心西冷屬於飛驒牛一般業界認為飛驒牛比神戶牛同埋松板牛更為優秀牛隻油脂分布非常平均,呈霜降效果燒嘅時候只需要喺鐵板上面略略將表面燙至微焦,即可食用油花若霜,入口即溶後腿肉下側及和尚頭心均屬佐賀牛相比起頭先嘅西冷佢屬於肉質口感比較鮮明肉汁亦都比剛才更為飽滿對於客人追求肉質上面嘅享受最為適合不過幾款肉類師傅已在上台前灑上足夠海鹽或可以用佢哋準備嘅醬汁食用大廚更係由日本專程過嚟無論對於肉類準備及食用方法都非常講究餐廳為我哋準備咗日本空運嘅紅豆雪糕作為甜品而且餐廳坐旁邊有一個小酒吧餐廳職員都建議我哋可以小酌幾杯
