前排去左新蒲崗一田買野,之後去左附近既餐廳食石燒牛。無食一排,吾知質素有無改變到呢?所以特意再幫襯下!西冷部位(350g): 西冷部位再配合洋蔥油,洋蔥放左鐵板上,可以感受到洋蔥既香口味,同時油份適中吾會太油膩。剛取餐,切開西冷中間帶紅潤牛肉色,可知新鮮。食客可以自行燒到自己喜歡進食既程度,燒時牛肉滲出適量油份,牛脂比例正常,燒後肉質實肉,帶點彈牙!再配合餐廳所提供既燒肉汁,令味道昇華!當然西冷會帶有肥膏的。另加$28可轉套餐,三款中選了白飯、溫泉蛋、汽水。白飯飯粒軟熟,增加飽肚感。溫泉蛋好滑口。汽水可解渴。

今日難得去新蒲崗做嘢,午餐就要四圍睇下有咩好食⋯⋯炎炎夏日最緊要係冷氣足,所以就走入商場找食!去到商場發現都有好多嘢食選擇,一落扶手電梯就見到一個著晒粒的牛頭門口,好吸引我呢個牛魔王,於是去試下先!丼飯都好抵,仲有大細分,朋友叫了個雙溫泉蛋燒牛丼,跟餐加飲品和一款嘢,都係$15,都幾抵喎!我就行近佢的雪櫃時,見到雪住的牛肉,就立馬改變主意要試下鐵板牛,食幾多叫幾多,都相當好的概念,唔怕唔夠食式食唔晒,所以叫了300g,仲可以加28跟餐選3款!我叫了配蒜蓉,一拿餐時就勁香蒜蓉味!牛柳好好食,上嚟3成,之後自己要幾熟就煮幾熟,所以我喜歡5成,熱一熱就即食,配埋蒜蓉更香口!佢仲有黑椒和鹽俾你自己磨,所以想點咩食都得,可以話係貼心的!朋友的飯都好靚,牛肉都好有牛味,下次可以試吓先!呢間不錯,值得再去!

今次黎到新蒲崗Mikiki呢邊鋸扒,位置都方便,係一田超市隔離。入店點餐已經流哂口水,因為望到好多牛肉,有肉眼,西冷,牛柳,牛板腱,和牛肉眼,後腰三角肉,見到咁多肉都好難揀。呢次我揀左西冷,嗌左300g,望到店員切左塊西冷再磅一磅佢,感覺良好。嗌餐方面,我揀左洋蔥汁,之後揀左沙律,溫泉蛋,同埋汽水。到拎餐個陣,我無比興奮,因為塊扒係大過塊鐵板,啲肉吱吱作響嘅聲音係好令人食指大動。事不宜遲,我開始切啲西冷先,真係切到好多舊,同埋裡面都夠熟,最令我驚訝係啲筋都好好食,好咬勁,而且好有西冷個種蘇味,呢種蘇味我完全接受到。溫泉蛋同沙律都好掂,最緊要係鋸扒有可樂,罐裝可樂好滴骰但好夠飲。呢間店係值得我再黎食,因為真係可以享受到鋸扒同最佳狀態咁食塊扒。

真心欣賞後腰三角肉 牛味好重 瘦得來唔會乾唔會鞋 反而仲好多汁 鍾意牛味重既朋友一定會好鍾意
配既蔥油 基本上係淨蔥 冇油既
但呢個組合 好好 可以好純粹咁欣賞塊肉 加咗少少枱上面既岩鹽 完美提鮮 唔需要太多醬料 已經好完美 推介!
