個人認為雪糕咭是一個細心位。雪糕不會跟其他食物一起送上,不怕溶掉。客人可吃過牛扒後,再用雪糕咭取雪糕🍦。

等了約10分鐘,牛扒便送上,好Large大塊!放在鐵板上,熱得冒煙。肉質不韌,有牛味。若嫌太多蒜,可撥開。又可自行加喜瑪拉亞粉紅鹽和黑椒。試了朋友的封門柳,一咬下去,就有牛的油香味。襯熱吃,超好味😋!一定要熱食呀!否則,放涼了便會變膩。

跟餐的沙律🥗有很多爽口的椰菜絲,再淋上日式胡麻沙律醬。麵豉湯味道不過不失。雪糕是朱古力🍫味。味道頗濃郁。

用餐後,客人需自行將托盤放回托盤回收車。這是另一個值得欣賞的地方。疫情😷期間,客人自行放托盤,便不怕店員因收取不同托盤,又送餐,做成交叉感染。
還有一點,客人如有健身會藉,逢星期二、四到餐廳用餐,會有9折!

再加埋飯中間隻流心溫泉蛋 送飯食又得 攞黎當蛋汁點肉食又得 兩種食法都有唔同風味😙肉飯同蛋一齊 又會有唔同既效果😋正!

一樣燒到5成熟,肉味非常香濃,岩晒Meat lover。
唯獨封門柳筋位較多,比較難切同有D位太硬唔食得,感覺就冇西冷咁抵食啦

朋友嗌左味噌湯,不過不失,唔會太稀/太咸。食得多肉可以飲啖湯解解膩。

除左牛扒,都有好多款丼飯: 牛丼、鰻丼、櫻花丼等等。適合細食既朋友或者小朋友。
整體尼講性價比算高,2百幾蚊食到高質石燒牛,有埋side dishes,推薦大家一試。

我叫左肉眼要300g,店員刀功一切就切左320g,其實都好厲害🤪 到出菜時見到牛扒勁厚勁大塊,未食見到已經垂涎三尺🤤

配合餐廳名字 「ミディアムレア 」,英文即medium rare,全部牛扒只會煎至三成熟。見到後腰三角肉表面剪至焦香,但切開後原來三成熟也沒有,牛扒中心接近全生肉。本來這是石燒牛扒的特色,由客人自己煎、決定生熟程度;但問題又是那塊火山石,唔知係石材質素問題抑或廚房燒熱石板的時間唔夠,溫度很快降低。只好盡快將原件牛腰肉扒切成細細塊,趁石板溫度降低之前煎熟牛扒。雖然後腰三角肉已經是可以選擇的牛肉款式之中質素(價位)較佳部位,但仍然幾差;好韌、好嚡口,有肥膏、亦很多筋膜。失望。
