放工時間太晚了,又是跟南區薛生出外找食的時間,這次南區薛生選了一間中餐廳!位置在灣仔酒吧街上,餐廳共有兩層,有升降機的。前菜我們點了一個沙薑豬手,花椒油香而不辣,沙薑香而有咬口,豬手脆而爽口,正!飲食要均衡,所以點了個菜,乾扁四季豆野味好下飯,可以略為油膩。主菜方面我們點了欖角一字骨,蜜糖、欖角再加油炸豬肋骨,一定不會輸!螺頭海底椰湯,好好味!鮮甜潤肺!補身一流!味道濃郁!值得一試!但是豬肉和雞肉湯渣就一般般,可以不吃~

今天晚上一行仨人去了灣仔的味苑。我們被安排在二樓的房間內,相比一樓二樓比較高級。我們點了燒肉,豬手燻蹄做前菜。燒肉的味道很不太鹹,外皮很趣很好吃。之後我們叫了黃金蝦球,黃金蝦球在外邊的餐廳比較難吃到,確實這個黃金蝦球並沒有令我們失望。外邊鹹蛋造成的外皮很香口,裏面的蝦雖然是冰鮮但也有一種久違的感覺。最後我們叫了多款甜品,包括椰汁糕,紅棗糕,薑汁糕和雙皮奶。雙皮奶有點像鮮奶布甸,說不上是雙皮奶。紅棗糕和薑汁糕除了形狀不一樣之外味道吃上去其實還是一樣的。椰汁糕是四款甜品中最好吃的椰汁味很濃郁。但我估計這餐廳主要不是做甜品的所以不能要求那麼高。

燒肉的味道很不太鹹,外皮很趣很好吃。

之後我們叫了黃金蝦球,黃金蝦球在外邊的餐廳比較難吃到,確實這個黃金蝦球並沒有令我們失望。外邊鹹蛋造成的外皮很香口,裏面的蝦雖然是冰鮮但也有一種久違的感覺。

最後我們叫了多款甜品,包括椰汁糕,紅棗糕,薑汁糕和雙皮奶。
雙皮奶有點像鮮奶布甸,說不上是雙皮奶。
紅棗糕和薑汁糕除了形狀不一樣之外味道吃上去其實還是一樣的。
椰汁糕是四款甜品中最好吃的椰汁味很濃郁。

但我估計這餐廳主要不是做甜品的所以不能要求那麼高。

同朋友約了在灣仔一間叫”味苑”的酒樓食晚飯, 這酒樓的地點非常就腳, 出了灣仔地鐵站行幾步路就到了, 上到來間酒樓, 哇! 原來人頭涌涌, 好旺場哦!大家座定之後, 好快order了幾樣餸, 數分鐘後, 最先上來了脆皮燒腩仔, 有兩排燒腩仔排列在碟上, 另有一碟芥末醬, 各人傾解都傾得興高彩烈, 都沒有太留意的燒腩仔, 待大家各自將一塊燒腩仔送入口, 個個都同聲講出” 好脆哦”, 個脆皮燒腩仔看上去同普通的燒腩無分別, 但食在口中, 除了入口咬到脆卜卜之外, D燒肉都非常好食, D肉仲有肉汁在裡面, 絕對不鞋口, 燒肉肥瘦相間, 最上層的皮脆, 脆皮底下的肉滑, 大家即時對這碟脆皮燒腩肉讚不絕口, 燒腩肉認真好食!好快, 又上來了另一碟菜蟲草花蝦滑浸翡翠, 綠油油的小棠菜鋪滿碟底, 有些上湯浸住的小棠菜, 而小棠菜的上面有好多粒蝦滑及蟲草花, 綠色的菜, 橙色的蟲草花, 粉紅色的蝦滑, 呢道菜看上去顏色很是吸引, 色香味三大標準中的”色”已贏了大家的讚賞, 食落口, 這小棠菜清甜, 蝦滑新鮮彈牙, 味亦都唔錯呢!之後欖角牙簽骨及生煎咸魚茸肉餅都陸續上枱了, 這間酒樓上菜的速度亦都相當快

大家座定之後, 好快order了幾樣餸, 數分鐘後, 最先上來了脆皮燒腩仔, 有兩排燒腩仔排列在碟上, 另有一碟芥末醬, 各人傾解都傾得興高彩烈, 都沒有太留意的燒腩仔, 待大家各自將一塊燒腩仔送入口, 個個都同聲講出” 好脆哦”, 個脆皮燒腩仔看上去同普通的燒腩無分別, 但食在口中, 除了入口咬到脆卜卜之外, D燒肉都非常好食, D肉仲有肉汁在裡面, 絕對不鞋口, 燒肉肥瘦相間, 最上層的皮脆, 脆皮底下的肉滑, 大家即時對這碟脆皮燒腩肉讚不絕口, 燒腩肉認真好食!

好快, 又上來了另一碟菜蟲草花蝦滑浸翡翠, 綠油油的小棠菜鋪滿碟底, 有些上湯浸住的小棠菜, 而小棠菜的上面有好多粒蝦滑及蟲草花, 綠色的菜, 橙色的蟲草花, 粉紅色的蝦滑, 呢道菜看上去顏色很是吸引, 色香味三大標準中的”色”已贏了大家的讚賞, 食落口, 這小棠菜清甜, 蝦滑新鮮彈牙, 味亦都唔錯呢!

之後欖角牙簽骨及生煎咸魚茸肉餅都陸續上枱了, 這間酒樓上菜的速度亦都相當快, 生煎咸魚茸肉餅入口都熱辣辣, 肉餅的肉質鬆軟, 聞落有咸魚香, 但食落不是太咸, 送飯一流, 裡面仲有少少馬蹄, 肉餅香口得來仲有少少爽口, 好食!

欖角牙簽骨原來是豬脾骨, 先上去大大件, 但食起上來肉質一D都唔硬, 好易咬, 豬睥骨的外層裹了一層欖角,咬落去大大啖的豬肉加欖角特有的咸香, 味道非常夾!

大家食了幾道菜, 對幾道菜式的味道都非常讚賞, 買單時, 原來每人都不用200元, 相當抵食! 大次我會帶埋朋友去食, 無論菜式, 味道及價錢, 我都覺得非常好, 值得推介!

今日同男朋友去左灣仔食飯,男朋友突然想食中餐,出左地鐵站行無幾耐就見到一間中菜館,男朋友即刻拖左我入去。環境好大好光猛,座位間好寬闊,男朋友即刻點菜啦!脆皮燒腩仔,燒到好卜脆脆呀,外層豬皮位置入口卜卜脆,肉質鬆化爽口,唔會好肥膩!男朋友秒速清哂一碟呀!蟲草花蝦滑浸翡翠,蟲草花菌味濃香突出,蝦滑最岩我心水呀!蝦滑爽口彈牙,入口清甜架!湯汁清清地唔油膩,好健康啊!欖角牙簽骨,卜卜脆的排骨,咸香軟腍,的確夠哂驚喜!生煎咸魚蓉肉餅,咸魚蓉咸咸地,好吊味,肉餅軟腍脆脆地。最後我地加點一個甜酸菜鴨絲炒河。河粉炒到濕濕地,爽口唔會太碎,鴨絲份量夠多。
