星期一往往是最繁忙的一天,所以下班後要對自己好些,與友人到灣仔一間中菜用膳。他們提供晚市套餐及散點,我們看見二人套餐有鲍魚,二話不說便直接落單。套餐包括四餸一湯和一甜品。燉雞湯用燉盅上的螺頭雞湯,火候十足,潤喉暖胃,螺肉鲜味,淮山雞肉香甜,好滋補,完全不含味精。脆皮燒腩仔皮燒得香脆,肉質腍身,肥瘦均勻,都不會有肥膩感覺。南非四頭鮑鮑魚新鮮彈牙,肉質鮮甜,在家很難處理製造出如此優質的出品。蟲草花浸翡翠其實是一般上湯浸時蔬的做法,放上一些蟲草花浸煮,令整道菜變得清新之餘又增多一點貴氣。XO 醬爆炒龍躉球將龍躉拆肉,配菜合甜豆紅黃椒,並加入他們秘製的醬料,野味可口。木瓜雪耳糖水味度相對較甜,但仍可接受,木瓜清甜,雪耳爽脆,它們天生就是絕配,為這晩餐昨完美的句號。

「山竹」襲港使不少公共設施受損,我家屋苑的街市和商場酒樓冷氣系統亦不能倖免。一想起要去冇冷氣嘅街市買餸煮飯,就索性出街食。昨天晚上就去了灣仔近地鐵站的一間中菜館開餐。中菜館雖然地方細細,但也有兩層,裝修雅緻,碗筷用具亦有特色。紫薯炸鮮奶($88) 見係廚師推介,所以叫了碟試下。炸漿夠薄,而且鬆脆,有啲像日式天婦羅。饀料則是紫薯蓉加鮮奶,質感像奶凍,有奶香之餘亦有紫薯的微香,不太甜,還不時食到一兩顆紫薯粒粒,是一碟出色的前菜。本人不甚喜歡食炸物,但也食到停唔到口,不愧是廚師的推介。西檸雞半隻($128)雖然係等得稍為耐咗少少,但係都值得,因為係新鮮炸起,咬落熱辣辣,雞肉夠嫩滑,外脆內軟。最值得讚就是啲檸檬獻汁,清新開胃,非常適合餸飯。蟲草花蝦滑浸翡翠($108)小棠菜用上湯灼過,份外清甜,而且煮的時間剛剛好,能保持翠綠的顏色,又夠爽口。_蝦滑尚算彈牙。加上蟲草花,使菜式有特式和更加矜貴,而且又能增加營養嘅元素。蟲草花顏色鮮艷,配上翠綠的蔬菜和粉紅色的蝦滑,使餸菜更加吸引。覺得這間中菜館無論在格局和食物方面,都頗為用心。
