想食下日本嘢,聽元朗谷友講開咗間新日式料理餐廳叫第九味,是晚就同家人去試下。大概八點左右去到餐廳,發覺餐廳真係唔大間,大概只有18個座位,建議人多嚟食嘅話真係訂咗坐先。店內除咗日式料理,都仲有啲特色嘢食,例如白雲鳳爪、燒元朗烏頭等,價錢都幾親民。⭐無骨鳳爪家人愛食鳳爪,先來一盤無骨鳳爪作為餐前小食,酸酸辣辣好開胃,其中嘅芹菜香甚是對胃😋⭐三文魚腩刺身再來分三文魚腩刺身,刺身相當厚切,每一件都肥美可口,入口魚油甘香,十分美味。⭐海膽壽司再來一份海膽壽司,海膽鮮甜,入口即化,正喎。⭐燒鮮白鱔 & ⭐豚肉露筍卷之後有燒白鱔同豬肉蘆筍卷,燒得甘香但唔會過份乾身,少少嘅鹽調味已經好好食。⭐蒜香燒生蠔在整咗份燒生蠔,要咗辣味,上面嘅蒜蓉、蔥同辣椒十分香口惹味,蠔肉肥美鮮甜,又係勁正。⭐雙色鱔鰻竹筒飯最後仲有個竹筒飯,入面係白鱔同鰻魚,一種爽口彈牙,另一種軟腍甜美,加上軟綿綿嘅珍珠米係好食喎。竹筒望落唔大,但實際上飯好多,一人分到一大碗,十分飽肚😆小店即叫即製,製作需時,近乎食完一碟先至上下一碟,食得輕鬆冇壓力,感覺良好,可以多多支持一下小店呀。 continue reading

唔知點解今年啲風打到歪晒,夏天去旅行都會心慌慌,反而返工冇事冇幹冇風假唔敢去旅行,就去元朗呢間居酒屋話吓東瀛癮,一樣好有mood喺日式居酒屋,食雞泡魚事就最有feel,佢地燒到魚乾蠟蠟炩,好有蜜香,加上少少七味粉,再點沙律醬,勁好嚼牛舌芯又係無法抗拒嘅一味串燒,價錢ok,一串就有三大塊,仲幾厚切,燒得好彈牙,上面嘅椒鹽落得啱啱好胃民未食過酒盜芝士,大胃真係要氹佢入坑,嗰種鮮鹹香,同芝士完美混合,配埋梳打餅食,剛剛中和又開胃食一串串燒唔夠喉,但又太多選擇,呢個海陸空串燒盛真係啱晒有齊魷魚、羊肉串、豬肉蘆筍卷、翠肉瓜、雞軟骨、免治雞肉棒、雞肉串等等,串串都搽晒醬燒得勁惹味配埋佢地秘製嘅七味粉食,就會覺得呢間好與眾不同,味道好特別另外嗌份年糕串,一串有兩嚿,都好大嚿吓燒到好有醬汁嘅色誘,一咬開香綿到不得了,極之煙韌嚟到當然要食時令刺身,大胃都好耐冇食生蠔喇,一份有兩隻蠔咁抵食,仲要好creamy又帶甜爽,食到勁爽至於魚生,好多選擇又唔知揀咩好,不如雜錦刺身,咩都有得試啲呢碗丼飯都幾大碗,兩個人食都飽,仲有好多刺身,玉子整得好滑 continue reading

常言道嘅八味指:酸、甜、苦、辣、鹹、澀、腥、沖,人生歷盡食物味道嘅層次,今日就嚟到元朗嘅第九味,尋找八味以外嘅「鮮」味。第九味係一間日式餐廳,以新鮮嘅食材,將食物最原始嘅味道,開放你嘅第九味蕾。北海道帶子雜菜沙律沙律絕對係鮮味嘅代表!新鮮嘅雜菜配搭北海道帶子,而滿滿嘅蟹籽同蔬菜非常爽脆,加上味道鮮甜而口感柔軟嘅北海道帶子,令鮮味更上一層樓。鹽燒深海池王魚頭連鮫配鮟鱇魚肝燒過嘅池魚皮脆肉嫩,而臉頰部分肉質鮮甜,加上醬油令味道層次大大提升;而被稱為海上鵝肝嘅鮟鱇魚魚肝嘅口感就截然不同,軟腍之餘仲帶有少少海水味,非常清新。日本活赤貝刺身+三色盛三色盛嘅刺身有三文魚、北海道帆立貝同牡丹蝦。北海道帆立貝味道清甜口感紮實;而活赤貝刺身口感爽彈,咬落肉質柔軟,食落有陣陣鮮甜味。海陸空串燒盛串燒盛份量十足,海陸空嘅代表都有齊曬。店家手作嘅免治雞肉棒燒到微脆,再鋪上帶有甜味嘅照燒汁,口感豐富;牛肉串嘅肉味濃烈,火候控制得好,所以咬落去肉質軟腍。記得要配埋自家製嘅辣粉,輕輕嘅辣味令串燒食落更加惹味。 continue reading
