中午經過荃灣,聽聞有一間拉麵叫做麵屋福,入邊嘅沾麵幾好食咁樣,咁我就入去試吓啦。疫情嘅關係,我入去係戴住口罩,當除低口罩嘅時間,我就發覺舖頭有一陣豬肉嘅蘇味,唔緊要,味道唔算太濃烈,可以接受,整間鋪嘅衛生做得其實幾好。咁我叫咗一個沾麵,啲面排得好整齊,賣相好靚,個湯底好濃好熱,非常好。唯一敗筆嘅地方,就係麵嘅溫度冇得揀,正常嘅沾麵係可以揀冷麵、室溫,或者熱嘅麵,最正統嘅食法其實就係冷或者室溫。免屋復使用嘅係熱嘅麵,不過都幾彈牙,如果可以有得揀室溫嘅麵就最好啦。整體來講係值得推薦。

日式拉麵有兩種,一種的普通湯拉麵,另一種就係沾麵,而兩者之中我更愛沾麵,原因係沾麵對於麵的硬度。今日突然想食沾麵,但發現原來荃灣做沾麵的店舖不多。最後選擇了麵屋福。它有三種湯,我同友人分別選擇了蕃茄紅油和黑蒜油豚骨沾麵,而麵的硬度並不能選擇。下單後不久就上餐。麵是熱的而硬度是偏硬,這合乎我個人口味,不過友人覺得可以再軟一些。而湯的部分,蕃茄湯酸中太點辣,不過我個人覺得太過咸,以致到最後加清湯之後,我都無法飲用呢個湯。而相對的友人那個湯就覺得咸度還可以。值得一提,它們有十分足夠的材料份量,有三塊叉燒,一隻糖心蛋。整體而言,除了偏咸以外都算是一間值得一試的餐廳。

自從上次去日本旅行食過沾麵後,就愛上沾麵。可惜,香港無乜食沾麵既鋪,有啲食過都唔係日本食果回事報紙介紹,心郁郁又黎試下! Menu: 有三款湯 魚介、黑蒜、紅油蕃茄湯:我地食左魚同黑蒜,味道好濃厚,正! 湯內已附有豚肉、溏心蛋、荀麵:menu無得揀麵既粗幼、硬度.... 有少少失望。 佢啲麵略為硬.... 扣左少少分食完可以叫店完加湯,將濃湯變淡,飲埋剩下既湯,一滴都唔浪費。 湯雖然濃,但無口渴既感覺!真材實料👍🏾總結: 雖然佢仍比起上次喺日本食果間沾麵日稍瞬,但喺疫情下去唔到旅行,都可以代替下☺️☺️

麵:menu無得揀麵既粗幼、硬度.... 有少少失望。 佢啲麵略為硬.... 扣左少少分

食完可以叫店完加湯,將濃湯變淡,飲埋剩下既湯,一滴都唔浪費。

總結: 雖然佢仍比起上次喺日本食果間沾麵日稍瞬,但喺疫情下去唔到旅行,都可以代替下☺️☺️

疫情之下每次出街都要先擬定行程及時間,盡量避開繁忙時間減少接觸人群😆 呢間沾麵店想試好耐,趁佢一開鋪比較少人去食。番茄紅油沾麵 😋4/5 湯底比較濃稠而且有大量蕃茄蓉,因為有紅油所以比魚介豚骨油些少,幸好整體酸度足夠消除油膩感。麵底份量多,粗身麵條質感滑溜,軟硬度無得揀不過都算適中,附上一塊紫菜夠晒正宗。想加強酸味可以落啲檸檬醋,而鐘意食重口味嘅就可以加日式辣醬或者炸蒜增添風味。魚介豚骨沾麵 😋4/5 湯底鋪滿大量蔥花加上白芝麻及魚介粉末,內附兩塊叉燒,味荀及日本半熟蛋。肩胛肉叉燒好味,肉質軟腍,肥瘦適中,如果切厚一點或者燒到佢表面微燶應該會更好食。味荀唔錯無怪味。我欣賞佢隻日本半熟蛋做得非常出色,蛋黃非常流心,入口即溶味道又夠晒香濃,蛋白夠滑又食到醬油味道😍 加埋檸檬醋一齊食可以令湯底帶點微酸提升味道層次。總結:日本半熟蛋係必食,叉燒亦都有日本風味。餐牌選擇唔多,沾麵亦只有3款,小食欠奉,呢種做法就似日本職人專心做好一件事,堅持對食物嘅要求一樣。兩款沾麵味道都唔錯,下次要試埋黑蒜油豚骨比較下🤤 ..

之前見到介紹見到這間沾麵店,是正宗日式的,我未食過沾麵,今次第一次食。店子好小,只有幾張枱。餐具整潔齊全,還有教你沾麵的食法,另外每枱也有搓手液。還有印仔咭儲滿10碗送一碗。午餐仲送汽水一罐呀。餐牌簡單,也附有日文潻,沾麵共有三款,黑蒜豚肉,魚介同蕃茄。我們也叫了黑蒜油豚肉沾麵,一碗拉麵有一塊紫菜,麵的份量也不少的,另外一碗沾麵湯料,好香蒜味,有蒜,葱,芝麻,黑蒜油好黑的,下面仲有豚肉及溫泉蛋一隻。夾起少少麵放入湯度食,麵身可以保持住硬度,湯也唔會淡左。湯好足料同夠濃。可能黑蒜所以食到感覺好酸。豚肉好淋又入味,溫泉蛋也非常好味,蛋黃半流心好正。下次可以試埋個魚介!

我們也叫了黑蒜油豚肉沾麵,一碗拉麵有一塊紫菜,麵的份量也不少的,另外一碗沾麵湯料,好香蒜味,有蒜,葱,芝麻,黑蒜油好黑的,下面仲有豚肉及溫泉蛋一隻。夾起少少麵放入湯度食,麵身可以保持住硬度,湯也唔會淡左。湯好足料同夠濃。可能黑蒜所以食到感覺好酸。豚肉好淋又入味,溫泉蛋也非常好味,蛋黃半流心好正。
