今日要過九龍做野,難得過海,約左係尖沙咀返工既老友聚聚~九龍唔係我地頭,老友就揀左呢間餐廳~本身諗住食套餐,但係見佢個肉眼樣好吸引,侍應姐姐仲話唔識燒會幫我地燒(幾大都話唔識啦),橫掂之後仲要出去飲野,都係唔好食咁飽,叫個牛肉眼同芝士泡菜煎餅算,自己又唔駛點郁手~PREFECT~芝士泡菜煎餅($90),整得好脆好香口,面頭好多芝士,當小食送酒一流!不過略嫌唔夠辣,如果可以多少少泡菜就好嘞~主角特級牛肉眼($198),本來以為得200g會好細塊,但係原來都唔細wor,有我手掌咁大,色澤均勻,肉質鮮嫩,望落好似好肥,但係其實燒完之後d油脂已經溶化成油,食落口好香牛味,落嫩滑得黎有咬口兼帶油香,一d都唔會膩。(侍應姐姐無呃我地,幫我地手燒埋~仲要切到靚靚仔仔,要畀個LIKE佢~)前菜、爐邊蛋同芝士都可以任加,我地食左唔少~味道OK。芝士味唔算濃,剩食都唔會過咸,蛋本身無味,要靠泡菜,我地試過加埋d泡菜煎餅汁去煮。不過可能人手唔係好夠,有時要等好耐先有人SERVICE,呢樣野有待改善

前菜、爐邊蛋同芝士都可以任加,我地食左唔少~味道OK。芝士味唔算濃,剩食都唔會過咸,蛋本身無味,要靠泡菜,我地試過加埋d泡菜煎餅汁去煮。

不過可能人手唔係好夠,有時要等好耐先有人SERVICE,呢樣野有待改善

所以話,其實韓燒真係好適合一班friend 燒下食物chi-chat一番!

香港周街都係韓燒,要搵性價比高既真係好難,呢間炑八真係唔錯呢個前菜好有韓國特色,有韓國既特色醬汁,好特別 加上可以令自己更開胃而且任加真係好正個白飯都幾大,加埋d芝麻都唔錯,但就唔係好抵呢個主角厚T骨真係好 唔算好肥亦好多肉汁! 加上有d黑椒係上面真係好香!其實真係好抵,平均都係200幾,但就食到好多野,同埋d牛真係好高質,極力推介

最近韓風又吹近本港,因最近太陽的縁故, 我和朋友們都迷上了oppa XDXD我們决定食這間位於尖沙咀的炑八烤肉店,徐除了上述的原因,也是因為太掛念烤肉的味道韓國餐廳既特色就系除了主菜外, 還有林林種種的小菜,如泡菜,酸辣芽菜,粉絲,海带等我們點了一個韓色拌飯及韓燒牛胸肉, 牛胸肉肉質厚實,脂肪分佈平均,肉色新鮮,看得出是上品。配上醬汁食下去,十分野味,加上滿滿的烤牛肉香滲透出來,真是色香味俱全餐廳食物水準高,價錢合理,烤肉真系一試難忘大家都去開飯啦

我們點了一個韓色拌飯及韓燒牛胸肉, 牛胸肉肉質厚實,脂肪分佈平均,肉色新鮮,看得出是上品。配上醬汁食下去,十分野味,加上滿滿的烤牛肉香滲透出來,真是色香味俱全

天口咁慶,梗係想食D清清地透心涼既野,消消暑氣,同個friend講完我既想法之後,佢竟然帶我去韓燒餐廳,係咪玩野先?我friend就叫唔好心急,跟住佢去睇睇先……原來食燒烤以外,仲有其他好多選擇既,唔講咁多,一人整返杯青蘋果梳打先,底部「青BB」既青蘋果糖漿,混入芳香紅茶同梳打,色彩悅目之餘,飲落更加係清爽醒神,又夠晒冰凍,正!之後朋友發辦,叫左個雜錦拌飯同一個水冷面齊齊食,雜錦拌飯D蔬菜配料相當清,芽菜、甘荀、靑瓜等,口感爽脆,食落覺得好健康,順便清下腸胃;水冷面同樣清爽開胃,有蕎麥麵、水煮蛋、青瓜、泡菜同蘋果片,夠味又夠晒凍,韓味十足!食完呢餐,成個人降左溫幾度~~~

之後朋友發辦,叫左個雜錦拌飯同一個水冷面齊齊食,雜錦拌飯D蔬菜配料相當清,芽菜、甘荀、靑瓜等,口感爽脆,食落覺得好健康,順便清下腸胃;水冷面同樣清爽開胃,有蕎麥麵、水煮蛋、青瓜、泡菜同蘋果片,夠味又夠晒凍,韓味十足!

今天和同事們來到炑八吃午餐,同事都推介是抵食夾大件之選。大約一時左右,仍然有很多位,絕對是一個不用等位之選。一行五人,坐低後,侍應先放下前菜芽菜爽口海帶甜甜的泡菜夠辣和爽脆湯很清甜,有點瓜肉*滑蛋雞扒飯($46)飯用上了一個鐵穫般的盤盛上;飯的份量不少,對女生來說,吃完一整個非常飽;滑蛋的份量很大,估計用了三四隻蛋,而且半熟的狀態,很滑,蛋味亦很濃;飯用醬炒過,但不會太咸;雞扒有五塊,黑椒味重,不過太薄,所以煎完後偏乾;附上的醬汁試過味後偏咸,所以都沒有倒出來拌飯。

本身係想食午餐,不過遲左去所以變左食下午茶可能係平日既關係,所以依個時間唔多人,一坐底店員已經自動會上兩款配菜(泡菜同芽菜)泡菜偏甜唔太辣,個人比較喜歡偏辣既,所以不過不失啦。叫左個牛肉粉絲湯下午茶餐,前腳落單後腳已經出左個沙津同湯,有得食下野先都ok。 配菜同沙津但好快手咁上左個湯同沙津之後...就等左半個鐘左右先上到個主角比我 整體上唔錯,最中意係白飯加紫菜好少地方會加埋紫菜落去。但我本身就好中意咁食加上湯本身料多,而且唔會好鹹有d類似係韓國個時食既味道。總結黎講食物同服務都唔錯,加上係尖沙咀黎講依個價錢既下午茶都唔算話貴既
