To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日早放lunch,試下德福新開拉麵店(其實都開左一段時間,係未有機會試),門口買飛就入去坐,得巴枱,每個位上面都有水杯同水壺,好日式呀!仲有個籃俾你放野,好細心呀!咳咳!都係講返野食!佢得四款拉麵,我買左黑蒜豚骨拉麵,來的一碗,黑黑的黑蒜油蓋滿了成碗麵,只見上面有木耳絲同蔥花,一大塊紫菜,仲有一磚豬肉,嗯!係一磚,方型五花腩,皮有焦,應該係燒過或者煎過,湯中隱約有一團暗紅色的,似係香辛料,還有淡黃色的拉麵,唔好忘記仲有原隻流心蛋。先試一試湯,撥開黑蒜油,下面係奶白色的豬骨湯。嗯!好香濃嘅豬骨湯!但面嘅黑蒜油入口就有啲油膩。再打散辛香料,再試一口湯,無左油膩感!而且微辣仲令濃湯同黑蒜油味道更加特出!然後試下麵,麵係正常size, 有啲煙韌,好掛湯,無怪味,連埋湯,木耳絲同蔥一齊食,好好食。平時拉麵嘅蛋係開半嘅,而且通常都會醃左醬油,上左色,但呢度就係原隻上,無上到色,咬開就見到流心蛋黃流出!好吸引!連湯一齊食,有蛋香,有濃湯,口感豐富!最後講下果磚豬肉,我覺得係唯一不足之處。肉其實都淋,但方型肉磚,肉嘅纖維太長,除非煮到好似東坡肉咁淋,否則有啲難咬斷,攪到食完要用牙籤。肉係有肥肉的,但

最後講下果磚豬肉,我覺得係唯一不足之處。肉其實都淋,但方型肉磚,肉嘅纖維太長,除非煮到好似東坡肉咁淋,否則有啲難咬斷,攪到食完要用牙籤。肉係有肥肉的,但唔肥膩,入口溶化,有油香。皮燒焦增加了肉香。所以其實佢再煮淋啲就會好好。
整體上我係幾喜歡呢個豚骨拉麵,下次可以試另一款。

以往小妹偶有經過德福廣場時,皆會到一風堂拉麵光顧用膳,近日得知其已轉型並售賣別款拉麵,便特意前來品嚐品嚐。餐廳門口設有售賣機,顧客只需點取心水拉麵並付款後,把收據交予店員,便可靜靜等待拉麵的到來,如此的設備著實富有置身日本的感覺。而在裝潢上店舖以木系配搭紅色為主,再襯上黃調燈光,整體是簡約樸素。黑豚骨帆立貝拉麵此道拉麵是限定的款式,其湯底貨真價實,表面帶有著一層油份,飲用時黏度恰當,蒜味濃郁,甘香鮮美。而麵條選用上粗身的蛋黃曲麵製作,咀嚼時爽口彈牙,並帶有蛋黃香氣。配料方面則用上了三種食材,包括有肥厚飽滿的兩顆帆立貝,食用口感鮮爽帶甜,細嫩滑溜。和蛋香馥郁,綿密濃稠的溏心蛋。還有特色的立方豚腩叉燒,其外觀寬闊正方且肥肉比例較多,入口是鮮嫩微焦,甘香濃郁。明太子雞翼雞翼外層炸得金黃亮麗,並帶有適量油份,而內層則釀入了明太子作為餡料,食用時外脆內嫩,濃郁鹹香。總結而言,餐廳環境簡樸舒適,整潔衛生,菜餚真材實料,用心製作,味道可口,是一所會推介朋友前來品嚐的拉麵店。

呢間日本過江龍拉麵店「METRO豚骨BASE」係九龍灣開香港地區分店, 今日路經九龍灣德福廣場,即刻嚟試下先。餐廳位於德福商場一期,附近亦有不少餐廳選擇。去到「METRO豚骨BASE」,入到門口有一部自動賣票機, 選擇自己嘅拉麵後,將收據交俾店員,稍後就會將拉麵送到面前第一次食呢間拉麵,試下醬油豚骨味先($72)拉麵湯頭濃厚,麵質有咬勁,豚肉大大片,配上溏心蛋及蔬菜, 味道還算不錯呢 份量對我黎講有少少偏少,如果可以大份d就好啦

係九龍灣行完街,係德福見到新餐廳食拉麵,原來係來自東京嘅過江龍拉麵,入去試下先~餐廳座位數目唔多,食客需要在門外嘅自助點餐機落單及付款,再由店員安排座位,似足日本啲拉麵店!◼️煮干豚骨 $78拉麵上枱聞到好香,先試一啖湯都覺得唔錯,幾香濃而且湯好熱。有一塊好大好長嘅豚肉,燒到有焦香味,肉質偏腍,味道唔錯;而其他配料有一隻溫泉蛋、荀、紫菜!拉麵偏粗身,唔會煮到好腍,保持口感,如果店家可以俾食客自己揀麵嘅硬度會更加好!◼️辣蕃茄蟹肉混麵 $88呢個係撈麵嚟,連埋香料同配料撈埋一齊食味道都唔錯,幾濃味。車厘茄有兩三粒,佢話辣但完全食唔到辣!而蟹肉份量都比想象中多,除左有兩隻細蟹腳,仲有一堆蟹肉,仲有半隻溫泉蛋食添!麵質同樣係偏粗身,煮完都保持口感!▶️額外加麵只係要$5,男士都唔怕唔夠飽。

拉麵上枱聞到好香,先試一啖湯都覺得唔錯,幾香濃而且湯好熱。有一塊好大好長嘅豚肉,燒到有焦香味,肉質偏腍,味道唔錯;而其他配料有一隻溫泉蛋、荀、紫菜!拉麵偏粗身,唔會煮到好腍,保持口感,如果店家可以俾食客自己揀麵嘅硬度會更加好!
