峰壽司,係白沙道果間最正,呢間最靜亦唔洗排咁耐隊最新既產品係厚切三文魚壽司,強烈推介!!海膽就算唔係peak seaon都能夠保持鮮味,所以三色軍艦係每次必點,當然蟹槨柳同帶子都好正!!!  可惜壽司師傅越後生越是但,每每點鵝肝都係重手過火燶哂,唉。。。最後,服務生唔該跟足d啦!!

今日去食完峰壽司之後, 覺得這間壽司店的水準很高, 可算是全港頭三名好食的壽司店 (我自己的排名)特別好味的, 係燒鵝肝壽司, 第一次食, 有豐富的肉汁, 好香的味道, 面頭的金薄對味道幫助不大, 但令到賣相更高級, 加上香蔥的味道配合, 忍唔住再叫多兩碟食, 自己總共食了三碟, 但完全沒有肥膩的感覺另外的壽司, 都好好食, 今次仲食佐炸蝦天婦羅, 三文魚腩, 蟹棒, 飛魚子壽司, 好味, 很大的原因係壽司飯夠酸, 很開胃, 又或者因為這原因, 食了三碟鵝肝都唔漏價錢唔係貴, SERVICE 不差, 我會再去食的

I'm convinced that I was Japanese in my past life. Having been to this restaurant 2 days ago, we were faced again today with the question where should we go for lunch?? For those who reside in HK, the thought of visiting the same restaurant twice in a week is highly unusual, for the simple reason that HK is described as 'Food Heaven' and you are spoilt for choice.

Back to my lunch decision today. It took me a mere 5 minutes to decide it was sushi again and no other restaurant than the one in discussion.

It was a late lunch and we arrived at the restaurant for 4.30pm, where we had the restaurant all to ourselves. We ordered straight from the menu. I personally love the crabstick sushi (simple I know but the taste is exquisite). I prefer mine without the mayo on top, simply dipped into my wasabi and soy sauce mix. This was quickly followed by my favourite octopus sushi. My friend particularly likes the BBQ eel sushi - the Mi-Ne version. We tried for the first time today, the fried oyster and prawn tempura sushi - again delicious.


We ate 11 plates of sushi in total and paid HK$207, which includes 10% service charge. The service is good and not fussy.

The environment was welcoming. As soon as you walk into the restaurant, they all chant 'welcome' (I think) in Japanese. Whatever it is, this is one restaurant worth visiting, it's good value for money and I just can't get enough of it.

One helpful hint: There is a branch in Pak Sha Road but avoid, as there is often a queue for a table. This is a better option if you don't want to hang around waiting for a table.

以中低價壽司黎講, 呢間的確係最好. 就算係普通的蟹柳壽司都帶給人驚喜.魚背壽司係推介, D油甘甜到不得了, 不過一定要趁熱食, 凍左就唔好食架啦.另外炸秋刀魚壽司都唔錯, 好脆好特別, 都係要趁熱食, 凍左軟軟地就麻麻.火炙盛都係不錯的選擇, 好食. 蔥三文魚腩都係不錯的選擇. 總結非常滿意!

Openrice的食家多極力推介峰壽司, 我想不用多形容吧. 這裡出名"抵食夾大件", 但人多, 聽說以前人們要排隊數小時呢!這次吃了最喜歡的特大帆立貝壽司($25, 味道雖較淡, 但吞下時極有滿足感), 鹽帶子壽司($25, 海鹽和檸檬很能帶出帶子的鮮美), 火炙/普通三文魚壽司, 鰻魚壽司($25), 八爪魚/墨魚壽司 (也是海鹽加檸檬), 池魚壽司, 吞拿魚軍艦壽司($25)等.

拾貳‧廿三日 (晴)跟好友旗整個月沒見,是時候一聚了。本想慳一點的吃一餐,最後大家還是打消了這個念頭~~就決定來試一試峰壽司,痛快的吃個飽頓~~點了:北海盛:食過返尋味的三点盛~~ 三文魚子在口中爆開散發的鮮味固然令人幸福,海膽是出乎意料的鮮甜,相較之下蔥吞拿魚腩食味就有點淡~~ 35大洋有齊三種鮮味真的很抵食,安哥了兩次,自己吃了一份~火灸盛(汁):沒有試三文魚~~火灸鰻魚感覺普通,不大肥美~~ 帶子是很滑也大件,可惜淡而無味,只靠醬汁帶來味道~ 也安哥了一次~旬三味(喜靈魚、鰹魚、天使蝦):只吃了喜靈魚~ 第一次吃,真的一試難忘,那條喜靈魚在口中游走久久不離去~鵝肝:油份不足,有點乾~ 不過,如果不要上面的金箔可以多換一件就好~ 甜蝦、峰玉子:友人吃了~ 看峰玉子端上來時還冒煙的樣子該不錯吧~蔥三文魚腩:很滿足,這個比蔥吞拿魚腩甜美得多~侍應很殷勤的加水,服務算不錯吧~~ 是地方有點擠,不大好談話哩~~不算貴,晚飯地點沒頭緒的時候會再來

旬三味(喜靈魚、鰹魚、天使蝦):只吃了喜靈魚~ 第一次吃,真的一試難忘,那條喜靈魚在口中游走久久不離去~

鵝肝:油份不足,有點乾~ 不過,如果不要上面的金箔可以多換一件就好~

甜蝦、峰玉子:友人吃了~ 看峰玉子端上來時還冒煙的樣子該不錯吧~
蔥三文魚腩:很滿足,這個比蔥吞拿魚腩甜美得多~


侍應很殷勤的加水,服務算不錯吧~~ 是地方有點擠,不大好談話哩~~
不算貴,晚飯地點沒頭緒的時候會再來

推介厚切三文魚腩加價了!唉,好在只係部分食物(只記得北寄貝沙律軍艦、海膽),否則金融海嘯下,真係令人卻步。呢間峰壽司質素個人覺得一直都keep到,近期個人覺得要推介厚切三文魚腩壽司!第一次食係加價前,$25,切得夠厚(其中一邊有5mm),味道又豐富,唔會淡而無味,實在難得,可惜而家要 $30,又好似縮咗水,不過個人覺得都係值嘅。另外缺貨多時嘅甜蝦軍艦,懷念 峰池魚賣由 $15->$12,可能唔當造?覺得係 $15 時好食啲。
