🤗 總結: 服務員有問必答, 密密斟茶, 但上菜節奏怪怪. 講番食物, 魚料豐富, 原汁原味, 相對傳統壽司廚師發辦, 調味略欠變化, 又冇咗師傅詳細介紹食材嘅互動, 但性價比出色. 第一啖嘅海膽麻麻哋, 秋刀魚不俗, 鯖魚表現遜色, 我愛白子, 太刀魚銀鱈魚出色, 其實底層仲有細細隻嘅蝦. 大滿足, 十個讚!

之前食omakase食過一次鮟鱇魚肝之後就念念不忘
用上心形最中餅包入大量魚肝醬入口超級濃郁又鮮甜🥰味道久久不能消散
那種味蕾沖擊真心好正 裡面還加入脆青瓜減少膩感
唯一挑剔的是最中餅不夠脆稍為影響了口感🥺但價錢絕對好抵食的!

食極都未食哂…..魚仲多過飯!

由海言剛開業到而家,食過大約十次😺😺最抵食一定係廚師發辦魚生飯(特上),$430可以食到十幾種魚料、師傅亦都會跟season俾最好既食材客人🫡 如果有特別野唔食,都可以落單前通知staff,佢地都好樂意幫忙江戶前散壽司(特上)魚料比廚師發辦少,但勝在係有味飯🤣如果當日去到唔算好餓,我通常都會叫呢個🍚除咗魚生飯,醋鯖魚卷亦係必點🙈 $80有兩件,絕對係佛心價錢😂 如果要講餐廳嘅缺點,就係門口太細真係有啲難搵😵‍💫

一序難求嘅魚生丼專門店,想book收工後6:30PM食,係要早一個月上佢地個website book枱加落訂。個門面係幾隱蔽,由繁華嘅威靈頓街入去行落一段樓梯之後,就好似去咗另一個世界咁,店舖入面好光鮮,主色調係用木色,感覺好乾淨。Confirm Booking之後,店員會帶你去座位嗰度,之後好細心咁幫你拉岀坐位下低個籃,再指示隨行手袋可以放響個籃度,帶完你去座位之後,好快就會送上兩杯熱茶,放低menu後,佢哋會俾少少時間客人消化一下個Menu,再問係咪第一次食,從而再介紹,落單之後,都會再問有冇對任何食物敏感。成餐飯整體都好滿意,有機會都會再嚟食。

魚生飯共有15款魚料,貝類, 白身魚, 小肌, 火炙至魚膽拖羅都有齊哂. 廚師發辦該有既佢都有齊. 魚生整體新鮮, 唔會有太多調味. 最欣賞佢既白身夠鮮甜同埋赤身拖羅等都好厚切!!
佢個set仲會有沙律,茶碗蒸同味噌湯(正常味道)

Booked this after seeing it for a while, forgot since it was actually quite hard to book when they first opened.This is the OG Porker location which is very near where we live. All the seafood was very fresh and it was helpful that the sashimi items were explained and what order to eat them in. Tea was served frequently (perhaps because we sat at the bar) and everything was very fresh. Love eating chirashi bowls since there's a large assortment of everything! This is the OG Porker location which is very near where we live. All the seafood was very fresh and it was helpful that the sashimi items were explained and what order to eat them in. Tea was served frequently (perhaps because we sat at the bar) and everything was very fresh. 
Love eating chirashi bowls since there's a large assortment of everything! Really wanted to try their 1 year anniversary shellfish don but unfortunately they only serve a very limited amount everyday. Hopefully if we get a chance again can give it a try since Ark Shell is one of my favourite pieces!

Worth the try.
