位於銅鑼灣希慎廣場14樓佢個景觀本身已經好壯觀,望到成個銅鑼灣鬧市呢間茶樓嘅環境幾骨子,適合同屋企人一齊靜靜飲茶食飯-兩點後入席有下午茶點心放題~$120就可以嘆到多道精緻點心其實真係抵食嘅-我地叫左3 rounds最impressive嘅係佢個「泡椒魚皮絲」非常彈牙爽口,而仲有一陣淡淡嘅麻香味上面撒左啲芝麻同芫茜-佢個蝦餃同鵪鶉蛋燒賣都好好味其實各叫兩籠已經抵翻曬啦!-最後要推薦嘅係個天鵝酥個外相好吸引裡面嘅餡料係紫薯蓉,好香口唯一嘅缺點係食放題嘅時候,食呢啲比較油膩嘅食物就會好快滯左所以如果要精明地利益最大化嘅話,就建議淨係叫一籠天鵝酥啦留胃食其他點心!

難得平日放假,帶着爸爸媽媽同小朋友,一家大細來銅鑼灣飲下午茶,<名館>平日2pm後入座,下午茶放題非常優惠,每人連茶介加一,埋單都衹係$117一位,真係非常抵食,仲要保持到高質既水準,令我真心愛上呢個地方。餐廳環境裝修時尚,座位同枱都好濶落好舒適,唯一吾好既係下午茶優惠時段吾可以訂位,一定要walk in排隊等入座。如果帶住老人家,可能會擔心去到冇枱,不過好彩當日下午茶時段吾算太多人,入座率大約一半左右。另外,由於餐廳服務員不多,加單或下單都要耐心等候。雖然有收茶錢,不過就衹供應玄米茶,沒有其它茶葉的選擇。如果額外付費的就有豆漿,汽水,圓肉杞子茶等等。餐廳點心選擇不少,做得精緻好吃,各方面水準都吾錯,全部即叫即蒸。海南雞米線既雞肉非常嫩滑,蝦餃屬中等size, 蝦肉爽彈,煎叉燒包入面既叉燒切得大大粒,叉燒醬汁惹味好食,腸粉夠嫰滑,小籠包肉汁夠甜,天鵝酥入面係紫薯蓉,脆口好味,最後來的甜品,棋子餅和玫瑰奶皇糕亦不會過甜。就連餐廳既餐具都非常精美,富有現代感,別具一格,大人和小朋友都過了一個非常開心寫意既下午。

海南雞米線既雞肉非常嫩滑,蝦餃屬中等size, 蝦肉爽彈,煎叉燒包入面既叉燒切得大大粒,叉燒醬汁惹味好食,腸粉夠嫰滑,小籠包肉汁夠甜,天鵝酥入面係紫薯蓉,脆口好味,最後來的甜品,棋子餅和玫瑰奶皇糕亦不會過甜。就連餐廳既餐具都非常精美,富有現代感,別具一格,大人和小朋友都過了一個非常開心寫意既下午。

困咗屋企成個禮拜又要出去唞唞氣,星期日又去咗希慎廣場樓上嗰間名館食lunch,貪佢地方闊落,枱與枱的距離空間足夠,比較安心,再加埋政府的新防疫措施要求,枱與枱之間的距離要1.5米,客人的數量也比之前少。今次唔係食特價乳鴿,而係食點心放題。點心放題原價$148,而家做優惠減多$30,即每位$118 茶錢加一另計。覺得抵食,於是試吓。點心放題包括點心、涼菜、粉麵和甜品,飲品則可享半價。種類雖然沒有傳統酒樓般多,但都不乏選擇。點心即叫即蒸,熱辣辣已經攞到80分,味道大多不錯,賣相也挺精緻。但有點美中不足的是大良鮮奶脆網卷和玫瑰奶黃糕不能達標。外層炸網又厚又太硬,鮮奶芯不夠軟綿。玫瑰外型吸睛,但奶黃蛋皇醬少兼不流心。份量方面是按照人頭計,二人份量則每碟點心有兩件,三人份量就有三件。這樣的安排可令客人多吃幾款不同的類型。我們兩個人就已經食了11款點心,非常滿足!

原本一心諗住去食嗰個麻雀嘅甜品,點知係Menu搵極都搵唔到,跟住唯有叫咗第二啲嘢食。叫咗個脆皮炸鮮奶,如果佢油嘅味道冇咁重其實佢都幾好食,我叫咗盅鱷魚湯,好清甜好飲。叫咗一碟酸菜魚,出奇地好食,我以為食呢啲菜要北上先食到果隻味,原來唔洗,我係銅鑼灣都食到,我哋仲帶咗水煮牛肉,不過唔記得影相,水煮牛肉裏面嘅材料好豐富好似打邊爐咁,味道就一般啦,冇酸菜魚咁好食,叫咗一籠小籠包,因為裏面啲豬肉餡有加埋蔥包,所以唔啱我口味,我哋仲叫咗個唔知咩上湯魚腐,點知食極都冇魚腐只有魚蛋,我哋問個經理,佢話原來個Menu打錯字,應該係上湯浸魚蛋,但係我哋唔問佢哋都唔講,呢啲事情唔係應該要係落單時通知個客人咩?

相約朋友們茶聚午膳便到訪名館,除了地點便利之外,餐廳座位舒適自在,食物的選擇也有很多鴛鴦流汁叉燒包丶懷舊鵪鶉蛋燒賣、秘製飄香荷葉飯、風味口水雞、太極馬拉糕、陣陣煙吹的雪茄鮮蝦春卷,脆口好味的大良鮮奶脆網卷⋯⋯⋯吃到肚子脹脹的才離開。

甜品我地叫左鮮奶脆網卷同宮廷點心盤,鮮奶脆網卷既外層好香脆但唔油,包住中間半凝固既鮮奶一齊食好夾好有口感﹔宮廷點心盤包括有太極造型奶皇包、兔仔造型豆沙水晶包、綠茶同藍莓布甸等,味道就無咩驚喜不過不失,不過成個擺設好精緻唯美,剩係叫黎打卡都值回票價。
