很久沒有四人聚會,來名館四五六人也沒有問題,見到很多人吃酸菜魚,我們就偏好小菜。鎮江水晶餚肉$48小巧精緻的餚肉,肉質細緻,加上啫喱般的外皮,用作前菜不錯。灌湯鮮肉小籠包$68小籠包一定要趁熱食,冷了外皮會硬,要小心夾起它,不要穿破,保留湯汁,怕熱可咬開少少皮先喝湯汁,湯汁夠豐富而且十分鮮味,再來薄薄的皮配嫩嫩的肉,一絕。XO醬啫啫唐生菜$98上菜後大家密密食,我也把握機會多夾幾次,因為這啫啫生菜煲實在太香太惹味,XO醬帶少少辣很對味,自己煮不這樣的佳作。金銀粉絲蒸元貝 4隻$88喜歡吃海鮮,這裡都有,超多蒜又夠香,粉絲索了元貝鮮味和蒜,不能錯過,元貝都夠大隻,啖啖肉滋味。十三么$128玩味十足,一定要打卡呃like,一副靚牌,以為好看不好吃,但卻比想像的好,味道清新椰汁香味,吃飽飯也能吃到。
