一個非常足料的菜式,每一匙羹都有蟹粉蟹肉加上燕窩,每口都鮮味感及咬感。

玫瑰虎蝦球:
蝦肉肉質爽脆,口感有點似玻璃蝦。

清蒸大閘蟹:
五両重的雄蟹,含膏量雖然未到爆膏,但份量是令人滿意的。

蟹粉扒時令有機菜苗:
蟹粉芡以蟹肉蟹黃碎薑整成,絆以鮮嫰爽口的豆苗,由於較多薑偏微辛。

生炒臘味糯米飯:
糯米飯煙韌,內裡有冬菇及蠟腸香口。

这家不知道怎么上的米其林的,是不是买通了米其林评分员,第一次吃到这么难吃的燕窝,燕窝居然是咸的??!这么多好无语好吗!!!!😓还有一个鱼咸的吃不了,一个大厨咸度都把握不好。青菜叉老,不新鲜。出品比不上利苑的50%,价格却贵了3分之1。没有一个菜好吃的,所有菜都很差,第一次在香港吃到这么难吃的餐厅,还是米其林和黑珍珠。希望看到这个评论的避坑别来这家。千万不要给团购软件安利过来了,谁来谁知道,难吃到你不相信。

龍皇披金甲係另一款明閣必食嘅功夫菜,將蝦膠釀喺龍躉上,一齊攞去炸,食落外皮香脆,龍躉嘅魚油十分之香,估唔到兩樣海鮮咁嘅配搭出到嚟咁好食。每一份仲有蝦頭同蝦尾,可以食埋蝦頭嘅啲蝦膏,而蝦尾肉亦都好紮實,推介!

明閣炸子雞🐓
炸子雞係明閣另一招牌菜,但我哋食完好失望,冇想像中同其他食評講到咁驚艷😢一方面,炸子雞火候太老,雞肉唔夠嫩滑,仲要偏老。另一方面炸子雞嘅外皮應該好香口,散發油脂香,但今次完全冇,淨係食到脆口,但一啲都唔香😢家母直程話海港嘅炸子雞仲好食過佢,真係好失望🫠

金耳榆耳扒菠菜苗🥬
金耳榆耳我哋都係第一次食,後尾查返先發現原來都係啲營養豐富嘅食材,食落幾爽口,配菠菜苗都幾夾,用料幾特別。而菠菜苗非常幼嫩,但味道就正常啦,冇乜太大驚喜啦。

窩燒滋補竹絲雞炒飯 🍛
呢個炒飯都係明閣嘅招牌菜,唔小心叫佢分咗先上,所以冇成個砂鍋上菜時嘅相。用料一樣幾特別,烏雞炒過之後好香,幾好食。因為炒飯係用砂鍋上,所以仲食到少少飯焦,而飯都炒得好乾身,幾好。至於味道方面,呢個炒飯始終都係比較普通,冇一樣嘢特別吸引同驚艷,而且味道好淡,連屋企人食得比較清淡都話冇乜味。

薑汁桃膠燉鮮奶 🥛
呢個薑汁燉奶非常推介,味道好好,燉鮮奶超嫩滑,而且加上桃膠,又多一重口感,雖然細碗咗啲,但都超滿足!

今次係為咗慶祝媽媽嘅生日,所以訂枱嘅時候都有特別留到remark,餐廳另外準備咗一份小甜品,碌柚啫喱紅豆糕,加埋用中文寫嘅生日祝福,即刻加咗分!

計埋開咗一杯酒俾爸爸,成餐飯大概每人$700,比我哋想像中仲要貴,講真唔太滿意,因為幾份招牌菜都冇想像中咁好食,而炸子雞更加係出咗事,所以整體嚟講性價比算係幾低。

另外一個扣分位係職員的專業,食到後尾餐廳都已經空得七七八八,突然間有個負責埋單嘅職員喺我哋身邊行過,聲量唔細咁講咗聲粗口,我哋喺隔離聽到晒但就完全唔知發生咩事(佢係自言自語唔係講比我哋聽嘅)如果呢一間係中低價位嘅中菜,我唔會覺得有任何問題,但呢一間係一間價錢不菲嘅米芝蓮星級食府,職員突然間喺隔離講粗口,好影響成個用餐體驗,而且亦好突兀。服務態度嚟講,就好似好多其他食評一樣,佢哋真係有好大嘅進步空間。

另一方面,作為一間米芝蓮食府,如果上菜嘅時候可以同客人簡單介紹菜式嘅烹調過程同用料,成個用餐體驗亦都會更加圓滿。

總結,唔會encore了🥺😢
