之前lunchtime食過幾次,好full;今次改食dinner可以輕鬆慢慢食。小食叫左牛油雞翼同春卷,外脆香口,唔油。點少得叫出名嘅火車頭,的確好大碗!!好足料有牛肉,牛丸,牛柏葉,牛根等等,所有配料都好味,尤其個牛丸彈牙,牛柏葉夠爽口,牛肉肥瘦均勻。牛柳粒紅飯,炒得好香,牛柳粒好味。椰青解喝,新鮮好飲。滴流咖啡,清得黎唔會太苦澀。而且賣相都好靚,但要等佢滴一輪先有得飲。好味抵食,會繼續幫襯!!

今日同老公喺中環行街順便食個下午茶,行到中上環地段時見到有間特色越南菜!鳴越裝潢十分特別,充滿舊香港色彩!同老公各點一客下午茶餐醫肚!老公點了牛坑腩片湯河($42)牛坑腩口感軟滑,而且不油不膩,配上湯河甚是好吃!我就點了香茅豬頸肉撈檬($45)豬頸肉烤到兩邊金黃,而且非常肥美!配上酸酸甜甜的醬汁十分醒胃!串燒(+$22)再追加雞串燒,雞串燒十分惹味!另外凍檸茶和凍奶茶也是充滿茶香!完全不是普通茶餐廳的味道!是日下午茶也是百多元,十分抵食!

平日夜晚,唔需要等位,店內亦不算好多人有2人餐亦有1人餐點了2個1人餐, 好快就到越式火車頭 $74有生牛肉,牛腩片,牛丸(1粒切半)牛柏葉,牛筋.望落去好淡冇乜味,但又唔係,都濃味架!!  牛筋就當然冇咁入味. 生牛肉都夠嫩,湯底真係唔錯每款料都有2-3片冬蔭功海鮮炒飯 $82雖然好快送到台上,但都夠熱,而炒得夠味,不過唔夠辣架!唔會好油,都有2隻蝦,青口,蟹柳.越式蒸粉卷$18 (跟餐加的)同平時個D分別不大太,皮唔會太厚.法式蒜蓉牛油雞亦 $42好好味,好香蒜味,炸得好香脆,又唔會太燶.食過咁多間,呢間算好好味!!!!滴漏咖啡 $20 (跟餐加的)有煉奶係度,慢慢滴,都夠味,再濃多D就更好喇店員有禮貌~~~

望落去好淡冇乜味,但又唔係,都濃味架!!  牛筋就當然冇咁入味. 生牛肉都夠嫩,湯底真係唔錯

雖然好快送到台上,但都夠熱,而炒得夠味,不過唔夠辣架!唔會好油,都有2隻蝦,青口,蟹柳.

同平時個D分別不大太,皮唔會太厚.


法式蒜蓉牛油雞亦 $42
好好味,好香蒜味,炸得好香脆,又唔會太燶.食過咁多間,呢間算好好味!!!!

晚餐今天選擇了越式藏身於中環地底不太起眼晚市有一人或二人套餐懶得去想就點了一人套餐作罷越南餐廳當然要點越式生牛肉湯河有青檸羅勒葉洋蔥作配料湯頭看似混濁但味道清甜牛肉被剛好湯溫度灼煮肉質因而相當嫩滑值得一提是湯粉份量極大另一主菜是豬頸肉馬拉盞通菜配白飯醬汁濃鹹惹味配白飯一流加十八元可加配越式小吃香茅雞中翼炸得香口惹味越式炸春卷配以生菜享用加八元可加配越式特飲椰汁珍多冰杯身高達十九厘米份量大果然是這家店的特色之一

今日同朋友相約去上環站行幾分鐘的越南菜,好大間落地庫全層,有多個卡位,最特別牆上好多越南風情的掛畫,令到環境更有越式風情,今次選了二人餐 ,唔洗諗太多嘛。鳴越火車頭二人優惠套餐 (2 位用)$ 188 先來兩款小食炸蝦餅,已切好一片片,蝦餅彈牙,有啲炸蒜蔥花調味,夠惹味,蘸少少甜酸醬好夾。還有兩杯餐飲,叫了珍多冰同三色冰,有紅綠豆,大菜糕條,椰汁味香,唔太甜。另一小食 ,香茅雞翼 ,煎香有三隻,雞肉嫩滑。主食上枱,係一大碗巨型的火車頭 ,我地選了金邊粉底,二人食夠晒,面鋪好多餸,有新鮮生牛肉,夠薄身軟稔,牛肉香味十足;又有牛腩片;彈牙牛丸開邊;也喜愛牛筋,炆得稔滑,黏口;牛栢葉好爽口,唔太韌。最欣賞個牛骨湯底,超清甜,牛香濃味;金邊粉好爽滑,二人食份量剛好。見餐牌有大頭蝦餐,下次都可試下先。

今晚舊同事放工後約食晚飯,她在上環附近上班,便介紹我到一間新開的越南菜餐廳,位置在地庫,要落長樓梯,沿路佈置很有色彩,行多幾步路都冇所謂,環境很光猛,第一印象感覺良好。見到有不少優惠,亦有套餐,領隊話事點菜,我只好跟着食。越式滴漏咖啡滴滴咖啡雖然試過,依然覺得特式,富懷舊感,我鍾意係用煉奶調味,飲起來唔苦。青檸薏米水味道清新唔甜,調味在預期以外的好。大虎蝦米紙卷餡料多花款例如豬頸肉、軟殼蟹、龍脷柳,有七款米紙卷的選擇,我覺得大虎蝦最特別。米紙百分百通透,蝦肉有彈力,配粉絲生菜組合爽口,一定要點酸甜汁一齊食,效果會好很多。順化庶蝦$68 有4隻唔算貴,蝦膠夠滑味道好,支庶仲可以咬出汁,做得好,法式牛柳粒紅飯法式做法唔知係咪加左紅酒煮,總之牛肉唔靱,味道濃郁就對,調味有多少辣椒香,汁水夠足,我們全碟清晒,一粒飯都無剩。鐵板蝦頭膏醬爆這一味很惹味,有鑊氣熱力足,雞肉香滑味道濃郁,洋蔥青椒都炒得好香。
