記得個晚上完堂已經差唔多九點,超級肚餓,但上環閒日夜晚好靜,完全唔知有咩食,即刻上openrice 搵餐廳,見到呢間係附近又未收,就即刻走去醫肚。餐廳裝修走懷舊風,感覺好吸引遊客,餐牌選擇好多,有配飲品嘅套餐亦有單點食物。我好耐無食過越式撈檬,見到餐廳有提供就點左豬頸肉撈檬,可能太夜嘅關係,侍應話已經無檬粉,問我轉唔轉金邊粉或者幼麵,我揀左金邊粉。餐廳上菜速度好快,豬頸肉撈金邊粉好大碗,而且豬頸肉亦比我想像中多,有超過十塊,首先試下豬頸肉,肉嘅厚度切得啱啱好,仲幾入味,又有咬口,比我想像中整得出色。再試埋金邊粉,爽口彈牙,加埋汁撈,汁嘅味香又唔會太濃,唔會搶去豬頸肉嘅風頭,整體配合唔錯。唯一就係金邊粉比檬粉粗,個人覺得撈檬口感會更好。最後值得一提係餐廳唔洗加一,五十幾蚊有如此質素同份量,性格比算高,下次有機會會再黎試其他野食。

最後值得一提係餐廳唔洗加一,五十幾蚊有如此質素同份量,性格比算高,下次有機會會再黎試其他野食。

今天誤打誤撞來到這間地底餐廳,竟然是吃越南菜的。中上環真的很多越南餐廳,在如此大的競爭下,能生存下來的應該都有一定質素吧。餐廳很光猛,佈置跟一般越南餐廳有點不同。簡單來說這裡的佈置比較隨意,有梳化坐也舒服的。蝦餅扎肉撈濛 原本想食湯粉的,但除了生牛肉那些,它的選擇不多,所以最終選了蝦餅扎肉撈濛。蝦餅很大塊,而且很美味,蝦味濃郁彈牙,很想再多吃一塊。扎肉數量不多,薄片,但味道也不錯。撈濛大大碗,配料亦很足。眾所周知,撈濛最講究的是汁。這裡的汁可以自己隨意倒,而且夠酸甜。唯一美中不足之處是盛著蝦餅醬汁的小碟也放到撈濛內,感覺有點不衛生。

今日約左朋友去睇維尼與我,睇戲前食個午餐先,早兩日食完錦麗個牛肉河認真唔錯,心思思又想食越南野,見到有間新開嘅餐廳,就入去試試佢。個午餐餐牌都幾豐富,有成22款選擇,不過黎得食越南野,食牛肉河先是常識吧。我叫左個越式生牛肉河,黎到個牛肉都真係幾生下,有d嚇一嚇。不過個湯就好夠熱,一浸落去,好快就熟晒。飲啖湯睇睇先,個湯又幾濃喎,牛骨味算重,都幾真材實料。配料有金不換同青檸,芽菜反而無,就有d失望。 而個牛肉呢,就一般般,肉味唔太重,都切得幾薄身,食落都算嫩滑,合格啦。另外叫左杯越式滴漏咖啡就幾有驚喜,咖啡溝煉奶,雖然有dd甜,但幾滑身,值得一試。總括來說,都算係唔錯嘅越南餐廳,有機會會試下d飯。

我叫左個越式生牛肉河,黎到個牛肉都真係幾生下,有d嚇一嚇。不過個湯就好夠熱,一浸落去,好快就熟晒。飲啖湯睇睇先,個湯又幾濃喎,牛骨味算重,都幾真材實料。配料有金不換同青檸,芽菜反而無,就有d失望。 而個牛肉呢,就一般般,肉味唔太重,都切得幾薄身,食落都算嫩滑,合格啦。

眾所周知中環食午餐係會相對貴嘅!呢一間越式餐廳其實係喺地庫,但係佢嘅環境就比較舒適、唔會好逼!呢排仲唔使等位、就已經有得坐啦!佢有一個lunch set,會較為經濟、而且選擇都好多、又有得轉特飲(當然要加錢啦)!如果鍾意食生牛肉嘅朋友,就一定要食呢間啊!!今次我就冇再食生牛肉,我就食咗呢個雞絲扎肉河、但湯比較清淡、份量充足!同行朋友食咗牛肉河、佢話呢個牛肉好香口!而且牛肉嘅件數好多架、食極都食唔完咁

最近發現中上環有間越南菜的餐廳,裝潢跟茶餐室格局差不多。位置坐落於地庫,講真不為意就會行過咗了。夏日炎炎飲番杯青檸薏米水,解渴又去水腫。味道清清地,最合胃口。點了碟小食,魚露全雞翼。好惹味,表層甜甜,又帶少許辣。連內𥚃雞肉都好入味,保持嫰滑有汁。做到不油不膩,滋味!越南菜唔食生牛肉河好似欠缺什麼似的。湯底清甜有肉香。牛肉雖然不是高質那種,也不錯。肉質尚算軟熟。最鐘意伴有洋蔥,增添香味。份量大碗,以五十多元抵食。

星期6 晚上嘅中環,估唔到仲有抵食嘅越南晚餐~C4 越式海鮮炒金邊粉$78呢個炒金邊粉好夠鑊氣,有蝦、青口、帶子,足料,份量又夠多,男仔食都夠晒飽加配左越式蒸粉卷(3件)雖然係跟餐加錢嘅,但係用料同份量都唔馬虎架!粉卷皮煙靭又夠薄滴漏咖啡加$20睇住佢滴漏,好吸引~底部係鍊奶,滴完攪勻就可以飲喇,夠晒香濃C3 越式三寶飯$70有雞翼、扎肉、豬扒,雖然係三寶,但一樣咁足料,切件豬扒1大塊,雞翼有2隻,扎肉又夠厚,女仔一定食唔晒呀我仲加左一份越式扎肉片,好滿足呀咸檸梳打加$10有食開越南野一定認得呢隻梳打,加$10就有得飲啦,好開心!
