原條上枱看似平平無奇,但其實每樣細節都好對版,包括佢送上枱嘅豉油,在店員為大家切開期間,會聽到魚皮嘅酥脆聲,見到魚肉嘅滑嫰程度,就知道你將會食到一道美味嘅招牌菜,佢地用上泰國野生河魚,鮮味定必十足,但佢地煮法極之出色,用少量炸粉都可以令魚皮炸得非常酥脆,同時保持到嫰滑嘅肉質,而佢地嘅秘製豉油同依道菜相當之夾,入口唔鹹。

今日出旺角搵朋友,朋友帶我去食好西,雖然地方細但都坐得舒適,燈光又明亮。火焰A級奄仔蟹,奄仔蟹來自菲律賓出面買唔到,制作需時需要耐少少。奄仔蟹超多膏一見都流口水,店員淋上玫瑰酒之後再點火,提升蟹的鮮味,蟹肉好結實,蟹膏好香濃,蟹好大隻,好新鮮又鮮甜。油浸野生筍殼魚,筍殼魚原條炸炸到好香脆,再淋上蔥花,配上自家醬油更加突顯筍殼魚的鮮味,魚外層好鬆脆,魚肉厚嫩滑又鮮甜,店員好細心幫我地切一塊塊方便食,切落去果下卜卜脆又香噴噴。黃金魷魚,外層粉唔會太厚,加上用咸蛋黃炒好香好好味,魷魚又爽口又新鮮。牛肉通菜,通菜炒到剛剛好,牛肉嫩滑牛味香濃,又夠味道。前菜花生好香又鬆脆。

這間臥虎藏龍的小店出品的確令人好驚喜,不但用料講究,對食材有要求。r雖然小菜成日都食,但這裏的粵式小炒上加入了不少新派元素,精挑細選的材料,入口一刻就食得到店家的心思。因為太好食的關係,我地臨走前連辣椒醬都唔放過,一人買了一樽俾阿媽做手信!!!!

作為一個吃貨,在明厨的用餐體驗真的是太棒了!這個餐廳環境整潔,服務也非常出色。當晚點了多道菜品,其中四款是我強烈推薦的:油浸筍殼魚、德國鹹豬手、椒鹽鮮魷以及火焰斷片海中蝦。油浸筍殼魚非常鮮美,魚肉鮮嫩,沾上香油,蔥絲,入口香脆鮮美(內脆外軟)讓人難以忘懷。德國鹹豬手肉質鮮美,配酸辣醬,更是滋味無窮。椒鹽鮮魷 鮮嫩有彈性,味道鮮美,而火焰斷片海中蝦均勻地預先淋上了酒6-7小時。所以令蝦肉鮮美入味,一口咬下,有微微酒味 甜香甜香 讓人非常過癮。不過都有少少燶味另外都少少驚架成個火係隔離,建議可以比d 紙巾 之類比客人遮擋一下 都有少少彈除了美食,明厨的服務也十分出色,服務員非常熱情和細心,在用餐過程中一直照顧著我們的需要。總而言之,明厨 (旺角) 是一家實力強大的餐廳,食物非常好吃,服務一流。如果你正在找一個適合與摯友共度美食之夜的地方,這裡絕對是最佳的選擇。
